These girls have been screaming for a feeding for a while and the snow storm has my orders of Dr earth bloom & all purpose delayed. Overdid it with my attempt at lollipoping that girl in the front & I feel as though I’ve removed too many fan leaves in general across the board. Less is more sometimes. All 3 Cheese danish x chem rsv phenos are putting off odors that fill my house with the smell of sweet bread/ fresh pastries with a really gassy filling (like bear claws stuffed with chemicals & gas) & the Dirty bird tester is so frosty & stinky I’m sad it’s going to produce so little. It smells like a nailsalon, like straight up acetone & acrylic with sweet floral air freshener being sprayed on over it. Think flower scented nail polish remover. I also pollinated the sole Apple burger female before culling the male. I thought I had properly misted her before I reintroduced her to the tent but it seems some of the other plants in the tent are forming 1-2 seeds each. Avoidable mistake but a learning moment & I am not upset because I will have a chance to grow some interesting crosses.

well everything is going well without pests without at least not noticeable or minimal deficiencies surely, which leaves us calm, potassium soap and neem oil were purchased but it was not applied at the end, it will be the next one, after this pruning work a new one was installed scrog mesh and as you can see we also did with some or one at least the 2nd largest an attempt at sog, so it's like a mixture, then this big ugly mesh, we change it for an ideal girl what we want is that it doesn't grow too much in that The mesh helps us, well, we also change and go to flowering officially when we see that the plant is already flowering by itself, we spread a little so that the small 5 small pots grow a little more, the intensive pruning is to compensate for the ventilation that The temperatures may still be somewhat high, the air circulation in general, my closet is 60x60x160cm, so it comes in handy, it seems to me that we have carried out a good sativa plant by taming it in such a small space and it is I am proud, in addition to having the other copies as well, I hope I have taken advantage of the space and the light as best as possible, that was the idea.

Day 15. All girls will get either first or second feed. Upside down Kush was left in original pot, newwaver Kush was ripped with fingers from soil and transplanted to new pot, never will i have two plants in same pot ever again !!! And just couldn't throw out one ;))) Kushes got middle of the tent, think i will top them only, it will be too bushy with 11 heavily LST'ed plants. Think day 18 - first training day for 8 girls ;) Day 16. Girls are loving life - thats fact !. Now i have to rethink LST plan, thought to train them on day 18, but they grow so compact, that i have two options : A. Top them on 5 or 6 nod and train from there. B. Lift lights and induce vertical grow. But its such a tricky move, usually they repeate that overstreched patern even if you bombard them with light after ... C. Postpone LST to day 24-26. Never i did it so late, stem becomes very stiff, hard to bend her heavily ... Next few days will show ... Day 18. Girls are real beauty, they started to strech a bit, will give couple more days and will train them hard on monday. Day 20. Dice was rolled !!! LST !!! Girls are very compact, will be fun to veg them will have to plan well how to flatten up them. Kushes are behind, but i had to keep tent as dry as possible, need plants dry, otherwise stems crack from such heavy training. Put couple soft wires to lift leaves from soil .. Pure ph water and loads of spray now !!! Next few days will show ... Happy growing !!!

The solo cup Afghani x Mac1 from DNA Junkies is coming to an end. These sticky buds are starting to fade and turning a blueish purple. The smell is strong. Very fruit forward with petrol. Still feeding off the last top dressing.

An interesting discovery was made with this plant’s pot, I observed how having a row lesser of drainage drastically effected how I water this lady. Her grow medium swamps up if I maintain a 1lt daily water schedule, which would result in drowning the roots, luckily my grow medium has sponges up when wet, allow the slow irrigation to take place to avoid root rot. Luckily it’s spring time and in Mzansi(South Africa) it is hot enough to push my greenhouse’ temperature higher than the outdoor temperature, to encourage some form of evaporation and humidity, next week I will add pictures of the thermometers, and you can see the drastic difference in temperature.

De fanned all plants to help light penetration for onset of flowers. I’ve either got a fungus knats or root aphid issue. I’m usually on a daily watering system but have had to manually feed plants due to some under root development, which is probably due to bugs. Noticed some yellowing but plants seem to be doing fine.

Started off week 2 with heavy defoliation // they took it like champs // they instantly started to fill the space again // back right corner is still a bit behind but the rest of the canopy looks crisp 👌🏼 End of week 2 // kolas starting to form up // currently 27° at 60% // gonna lower the temp to 25 very soon // also collecting the water every day and then water them daily // gonna start using green power phosphor booster in the next week

I put the plants into an NFT system couple weeks ago. I could have waited a bit longer for the plants to develop a stronger root system before placing the rockwool cubes into NFT but I was being impatient because of the slow start and wanted to get the plants under proper light. Now two weeks later they are growing well with good root development. I switched the lights to flowering cycle about a week ago so they should start stretching soon. No preflowers yet.

This was my first grow, so I was happy to get anything to harvest. Ended up with just about a half ounce of some pretty amazing bud. I initially started growing with Miracle-Gro, mainly because I'm dumb, which led to pretty bad nutrient burn and stunted growth around week 4. After some suggestions by the users here at GrowDiaries, I switched to Advanced Nutrients, and followed TaNgs EASY Auto Feeding Schedule that incorporated pH Perfect Sensi Grow Part A &B, Overdrive, and Carboload. My plant bounced back really well after this, but didn't add much growth. This was my first grow, and GSC was very forgiving and survived me messing up many times along the way. The final product smells and tastes delicious, and packs quite a punch. Very euphoric and uplifting feelings, with a moderate amount of dry mouth. I still have a few more of these seeds, so I'll probably be starting another grow in the near future.

We're about 1/3rd the way through flower..these girls are getting really frosty for their age. There's still some yellowing from almost killing them 1.5weeks ago but they've almost full recovered from our neglect. June 7 - We ordered some new lights last week, they are 240w kingbrite samsung lm310h with uv/ir, 3000k, and meanwell drivers. We setup the new room and moved the girls into there. After a bit of LST and a watering (with nutrients) at roughly 7ph, they were ready to go under the 2 new lights and the same SF-1000 we have been using in this grow. The new room is a 12 ft enclosed trailer. I moved everything from the small tent into this. I put clear poly on the walls, floor and ceiling. I put poly on the shelf I am going to be keeping in there as well. I bought 50ft of 6mm mylar and lined the floors, roof and sides with it. I plan to get some reflective tape to seal everything and to cover the wood. I did not get much of a chance to watch temp's today as they it was later in the evening after all was said and done. The inline fan blowing in air from outside. June 8 - 9 AM i checked the plants, they were at 25.2 and 50% RH. Late through the day I had checked and we had gotten up to around 32 degrees. So I moved the inline fan to the closer vent, hooked up to that, and had the air blowing out of the trailer with the inline fan sucking it from above the lights. I then added oscillating fan and had it blowing air on the left side of the room so it would somewhat circulate once I closed the doors. I then checked at about 9pm and we were at 22 degrees. Definitely noticed a decent amount of growth already. I have the lights on a 22/2 cycle as I was worried about the heat at night time. June 9 - Some great growth from the girls, still having problems controlling the temps in the afternoon. I decided to prop the door open a bit to have a constant breeze throughout the day while I am at work. Decided to do some more LST and also a bit of defoliation. I took about 25% of the leaf's that were blocking the new growth as it was getting a bit bunched up. I was then told the leaf's are almost solar panels for them. So from now on I will be trying to just do some tucking unless needed. The leaf's I removed were most of the damaged leaf's, I am not to sure if that makes much of a difference. I gave them a watering with only water as there is a potential I am getting a bit of a nutrient buildup along with the PH problem. Or potentially the reason for the ph problem is nutrient buildup. After watering with A PH of 7 I got some run off and tested it. The smaller plant gave me a PH of about 5.5 where the bigger one is around 5.0. June 10 - Plants are looking happy and showing tons of growth. Seems to be trying to stretch outwards. Not a ton of sign of PH issues showing so potentially getting it under control. Still a bit of damage to previous leaf's but it is what it is! The last few days I have been leaving the door open a bit in order to keep the temps down. I decided to test something and turn the lights off (automatically) at 11AM and back on at 5PM so light schedule has now changed to 18/6 and it seems I may have figured out the issue. We haven't had lots of sun the last couple days so it hasn't been to hard and I have yet to know if it truly fixed the heat issue for now. (I will be looking into a ac unit as well since it typically gets to around 30-35 around here. June 11 - Pulled some of the branches back down and added a few more LST spots. Seems we have a good amount of growth from the smaller plant out of the 2 topped spots. Unfortunately it looks like I fucked up on the bigger plant and only one of the nodes seems to have new growth. I will continue to monitor that but I think I cut the node to low and also to soon. Other then that, the girls are doing great. They seem to be absolutely loving these new lights. I gave them some nutrient water today as well. roughly 3L each. They seem to be A hell of A lot more thirsty under these new lights. June 12 - The girls are doing great , they are still just doing growing away. Lots of progress everyday. I am going to be getting a go-pro so I can set-up a time-lapse for the rest of this grow. I received my new inline fan, I got A ac infinity CLOUDLINE T4 with the temperature humidity controller. I am going to be having one fan pushing fresh air in and one fan pulling out the hot air. I will be doing that tomorrow since I have to work today. June 13 - I ordered another 50ft of mylar and that showed up today. I have decided to remove the shelf and add another 3+ feet to the grow space. So today I installed more poly, mylar, the ac infinity fan. I have it set-up to pump in air if it gets to warm. I am thinking of switching it to the output that way if it gets to hot or to humid I can have that air pulled out of the trailer. Right now my other inline fan is the outtake and I just have it set on full. Overall I think everything is set-up a bit better and more accessible. I will be putting my 2x2 tent in there at the left of the doors so I can have a veg room when these 2 are in flower. I plan to have 4 in veg and 4 in flower for the next grow. Still waiting on JOTI seeds, ordered 3 weeks ago and still have not been shipped. I will be getting those going the moment they arrive. The girls seem to be happy still, did a bit more LST to try to keep everything even, mainly I'm just pulling down on the spots I already have tie wire on.
