Ginger Nut Cookies & Aussie Music Videos Week 16 Harvest 17 th April 2020 This Entire feminised seed making and growing project was a very good learning experience for me. Right from the very start, when I successfully got a Cutting ,taken from a Barneys Farm Red diesel female plant to produce feminised pollen after treating it with a silver thiosulfate solution. I then used it to pollinate a Fastbuds Girl scout cookies auto plant and let it grow to maturity. This only produced 3 viable seeds one of which is the subject of this Diary. I made up the name "Ginger nut cookies" after a variety of cookies we have here in Australia that are made with ginger. They are the same colour as the distinct red hairs on the red diesel buds. And would you believe those same vivid red hairs were passed on to this plant so I wasn't too far off the mark with the strain name. Her flavour however is nothing like red diesel or girl scout cookies and infact as taken on a smell and aroma all of it's own. She has a lovely tropical fruit like taste and the smell is a bit like fruit yoghurt. It has an unreal after taste on the exhale and the lingering second hand smoke smells very sweet and enticing. She has a pretty well balanced high too not as potent as the GSC nor as energenic as the red diesel but just a pleasant mix of the two. It was a very easy to grow and undemanding plant that didn't seem to require a lot of extra feeding other than the 100% organic nutrients that were within the soil and a few things like compost teas etc. The other element of this diary was of course the weekly Aussie music videos That I provided the links for and put up a little video clip preview of each Artists song. 11/17: I fed today but didn't have time for much of a photo session. Gave them One, Signal, Sweet & Sticky, Cha Ching, and started them on LiquidSoil. 11/19: Still fattening, and beginning to frost up as well.

Fat nugs forming. Flushed into half strenght nutrients. Getting more light green leafs. Smells fruity and have a strong scent. Small yielding strain.

Week 3 for the purple banana punch from our favorite autoflower company, of course fastbuds 420! All looks quite good at the moment. This week we gave bloom, root, silica, calmag amino, sugar shot, sticky fingers and bloom booster all from xpert nutrients!

Week 7 flower : I defoliated a little just to give bud sights more light . Started flush on 6 1/2 weeks I’m just giving plain water and ph to about 6.0 . Watering everyday to about 20-30% run off and the ec of the run off is 1.0ec gonna be flushing everyday for next 1-2 weeks .

This week has been wild. I had to cut the sides of the greenhouse as the plants had it bursting at the seams. These girls are all flowering beautifully and starting to frost up. Happy Growing.

All photos are from the last day of week 3. This week we had some problems with the temperatures, not to mention the broken fan. We solved the problem by removing the power supply from the Lumatek ats 300w pro lamp and taking it outside the tent. Everything seems to be fine even if there are some yellowish leaves.

Day 23-30/04/22 all looking very healthy gave them a nice watering today about half a liter each! Bio grow and calmag!!! - Day 24-01/05/22 everyone of my babies are looking very well 👌. - Day 25-02/05/22 everything looking good no need to water today just let them do there thing!!!! - Day 27-04/05/22 gave them a nice watering today!!!! Went to daily water this week and gave her Royal Rush. I will once a week now till almost flush. Tracking the moisture curve with Ecowitt in coco is working just fine. Can see the cycle getting little by little shorter. Exciting! The timelapse is most of the week? I think. Idk its this week though. I may have knocked it over and moved the plant. But it is what it is. Just playin around anyways. 😁 Back to plant, I was going to top her. But clearly I did not. I may bend her tomorrow, well see. She is eating little, she stacks at 325 ppm but not much. Oh and some ca dots arrived, but its old. Should be flower any time! 😁😻🤘.

A jsme na konci... Palice zmohutněly že už se ani neudrží bez opory, krásně to voní a celkem dost to lepí takže jméno Sticky celkem sedí. Možná to chvilku vypadalo ze toho moc nebude ,ale to co jedna slečna neměla na objemuydohnala na výšce a krásně celou větev zaplnila,Zálivka byla za poslední týden už jen jedna, s minimem základních hnojiv spolu s Green Sensation ph 6.2, Ec 1.9. Světlo až dokonce na 100% ,vlhkost 55%. Zhruba třetina trichomů už je jantarová takže je jasné že tady má cesta končí, kdybych to měl shrnout tak za mě super, žádné problémy jsem neměl ,jedna větev už prošla koštovacím procesem a jak říkám, nestěžuju si 😀. Příští týden až to oschne, udělám poslední foto a snad se to bude líbit i někomu jinému a né jen mě. Ať to roste 🖖

Weekly update on these beautiful ladies. They're starting to stretch upward and started the preflower stage. Seeing no issues from the transition from Athena Grow A&B to the Bloom A&B with some added P&K. I did a light defoliation taking off the lower fan leafs and really anything at the soil level. All in all Happy

All going well now, just lowered my setup by 35cm to gain more space for the ladies... also now my reservoir is below the cabin instead of inside, so much cooler water now (in fact I had to pace a heater to avoid temperature below 18˚C)

Que pasa familia, vamos con la quinta semana de vida de estas F.U.H. feminizadas de Seedstockers. Vamos al lío, las plantas se trasplantaron a macetas de 7 litros. El ph se controla en 6.5, la temperatura la tenemos entre 24/22 grados y la humedad ronda el 70%. El ciclo de crecimiento puse 20h de luz, el foco está al 50% de potencia. Me gustaría estar más encima este cultivo pero la salud me está impidiendo un poco este 100% con el proyecto.
