🌿 Frosted Guava Auto by Zamnesia | Pheno B | Week 10 ❄️ The Dark Green Sister Is Getting Frostier by the Day Welcome back to another chapter of the 8×8 Adventure! 🌿💚 And this girl... Wow. She's getting even darker. I honestly don't know how many different ways I can describe the colour anymore. 😂 Deep green. Dark green. Rich green. Almost ridiculously green. And now, alongside that incredible foliage, we're seeing beautiful compact flowers, serious frost, a strong aroma, and another characteristic that her sister is showing too: foxtailing. 🦄❄️ And that's getting interesting. Because when two plants from the same genetic line, growing in the same room, under the same general conditions, both begin showing the same unusual characteristic... well... I'm starting to suspect genetics may have something to do with it. I'm not saying that's definitely the explanation. I'm not going to pretend I can prove it from two plants. But it's certainly interesting. And that's exactly what this experiment is here for. Observe. Document. Compare. Learn. And enjoy the hell out of the process. And this girl? She's giving me plenty to enjoy. 🌱 One Room. Twelve Personalities. For anyone joining the 8×8 Adventure for the first time, welcome! The concept behind this project is something I absolutely love. We're growing twelve different plants in the same room, using the same general environmental strategy, lighting ecosystem, irrigation philosophy and nutritional program. The plants are all being grown under a 12/12-from-seed approach. Same room. Same grower. Same general conditions. And yet... they develop completely differently. That's the beauty of it. The environment gives them the opportunity. Genetics decide what they do with it. And Frosted Guava Pheno B is certainly making her own decisions. She's not the tallest. She's not trying to dominate the tent. She's not asking for constant attention. Instead, she's becoming something I really enjoy: compact, dense, dark, frosty and beautifully individual. And now she's showing us that her sister isn't the only one with a little unicorn behaviour. 😂🦄 💚 Even Darker. Even Deeper. Let's start with the thing I can't stop noticing. That colour. She's getting even darker. The lower foliage in particular is incredibly deep green. And I absolutely love it. It's one of those characteristics that has become part of her identity. When I look at her now, I don't have to wonder which Frosted Guava I'm looking at. I know. That's Pheno B. The dark one. 😂💚 And the contrast is fantastic. Those deep green leaves surrounding increasingly frosty flowers make the developing buds stand out beautifully. The plant almost has this layered appearance. Dark foliage. Bright pistils. Green calyxes. And then... frost everywhere. It's a beautiful combination. ❄️ Frosted Guava Is Definitely Living Up to Her Name And the frost... Wow. She's becoming seriously frosty. The resin coverage is increasingly obvious across the flowers and sugar leaves, and the photographs really capture how much the plant has progressed. At this stage, the flowers don't just look like developing buds anymore. They look like proper little structures. Compact. Dense. Covered in resin. And surrounded by those beautiful dark leaves. This is exactly the stage where I start getting impatient with my own camera. 😂 Because there is always another detail to photograph. Another flower. Another angle. Another little pocket of resin. Another structure that looks completely different when you get closer. And the closer you get... the more interesting she becomes. 🌸 Compact, Dense & Beautiful Her flowers are developing in a way I really like. They're compact. They're dense. They're well defined. And they're carrying plenty of resin. She's not producing those enormous elongated structures that some of the taller girls in the room are developing. She's doing something different. She's building compact flowers with a lot of visual density. And I think that's one of the things that makes this phenotype so attractive. She's not trying to be her sister. She's not trying to be the tallest plant in the room. She's simply building the way she wants to build. And honestly? She's doing a damn good job. 🦄 And Yes... More Foxtailing Now let's talk about the little unicorn horns. 😂🦄 Because they're still there. And after looking at her sister... I'm becoming increasingly curious about this. Both Frosted Guava sisters are showing foxtailing. Does that prove it's genetic? No. Not by itself. Could genetics be playing a role? Absolutely possible. And that's precisely why I'm interested. Because they're sharing the same room. The same general environment. The same lighting ecosystem. The same nutritional strategy. And they're both showing a similar characteristic. That makes the genetic component an interesting possibility. There can obviously be other factors involved in foxtailing too, so I'm not going to declare a scientific conclusion based on two plants. But for the purposes of this diary? It's absolutely worth documenting. And personally... I like it. 😂💚 It makes the flowers look peculiar. It gives them character. It makes them less predictable. And you already know... I like peculiar. I like unique. I like unicorns. So I'm perfectly happy watching this expression develop. 🌿 Her Own Kind of Beautiful One thing I really enjoy about Pheno B is that she doesn't need to be spectacular in the same way as another plant. She's spectacular as herself. She's around 108 cm. She's compact compared with some of the giants around her. But when you look at the flowers? She doesn't feel small. When you look at the frost? She doesn't feel small. When you look at the density? Definitely not small. And when you smell her... well... she certainly doesn't feel small. 😂 The aroma is becoming much more noticeable now. That's another sign that we're moving deeper into this stage of the journey. The flowers aren't just looking mature. They're starting to announce themselves. 👃 She's Starting to Smell And yes... she's smelling. That's becoming increasingly obvious. It's another one of those moments in a grow where the plant starts engaging another sense. First you see the flowers. Then you photograph them. Then you start noticing the resin. And eventually... you walk into the room and think: "Okay... hello there." 😂 Frosted Guava Pheno B is becoming increasingly aromatic. And I'm very curious to see how that develops as she continues toward maturity. Because the visual side is already giving us plenty. Now the nose is joining the conversation. ✂️ No Need to Chase Her With Scissors After the selective cleanup we gave her previously, I'm not looking to keep interfering. She's got what she needs. The canopy has been opened where appropriate. The room is being maintained. The plant is developing. And now... I want her to work. This is one of those stages where I think observation becomes more valuable than intervention. The plant has already shown us her architecture. She's already shown us her flowering style. Now we're watching the flowers mature. So I'm not going to chase every leaf or every little characteristic. She's healthy-looking. She's developing. She's frosty. She's smelling. She's beautiful. That's enough for me. 💡 Still Eating Photons The lighting ecosystem remains consistent. The Future of Grow Black Series LED continues providing the primary overhead lighting, while Lumiflora contributes additional illumination into the lower canopy. And Pheno B is clearly making use of the available light. She's maintaining those beautiful dark leaves while continuing to develop her flowers. Again, I'm not interested in forcing an explanation onto every characteristic we see. The foxtailing is there. The frost is there. The flower density is there. The colour is there. And the plant is telling us her story. Our job is to listen. 💧 Feeding Continues The flowering nutrition remains consistent with the general program being used across the room: 🌸 Plagron Terra Bloom — 2.2 ml/L 🌱 Plagron Power Buds — 1 ml/L ✨ Plagron Green Sensation — 1 ml/L 🍯 Plagron Sugar Royal — 1 ml/L ⚗️ pH adjustment as required Current recorded solution strength remains approximately: EC: ~2.0 mS/cm with: pH: ~6.0 Watering is approximately: 💧 1.2 L per plant / 24h And that's really the story right now. We provide. She responds. We observe. She keeps growing. It's a very nice relationship. 😂💚 🌡️ Week 10 Conditions Current GrowDiaries conditions: 🌸 Flowering: Week 10 📏 Height: 108 cm 💡 Light schedule: 12/12 🌡️ Day temperature: 29.9°C 🌙 Night temperature: 25°C 💧 Relative humidity: 72% ⚗️ pH: 6.0 ⚡ EC/TDS: ~2.0 mS/cm 🌡️ Solution temperature: 25°C 🌱 Substrate temperature: 26°C 🌬️ CO₂: 639 ppm ? Pot size: 15 L 💦 Watering: ~1.2 L per plant / 24h 👃 Smell: Strong The environment remains consistent with the overall project. And the plant? She's continuing to do exactly what she's been doing best. Being herself. 📸 This Week's Gallery The photographs this week really make the story easy to understand. Look at the flowers. Look at the density. Look at the resin. Look at those colours. And then look at the foliage surrounding everything. That deep green is incredible. The flowers almost pop out from the darkness of the leaves. And the closer photographs show just how much development is happening. The pistils. The calyxes. The resin. The compact structure. And, of course... those little foxtailing formations. 😂🦄 It's a really beautiful combination. 🔬 Two Sisters. One Interesting Clue. This is probably the part I'm most curious about now. Her sister is foxtailing. She's foxtailing. They're both Frosted Guavas. They're both in the same room. And they're both showing it. Again... I'm not going to pretend that's enough evidence to scientifically prove anything. But it certainly makes me wonder. Could this be part of the genetic expression? Maybe. Could other factors contribute? Of course. That's why we're documenting it. If both sisters continue showing the same behaviour as they mature, that's going to make the genetic explanation even more interesting to me. And that's exactly why I love this experiment. Sometimes you don't get an answer immediately. Sometimes you get a question. And a good question is still valuable. 💚 The Dark Green Girl If I had to describe Pheno B today in just a few words: Dark. Compact. Dense. Frosty. Aromatic. Peculiar. Beautiful. That's her. She's not the loudest plant in the room. She's not the tallest. She doesn't demand constant attention. But every time I stop and look at her... there's something else to appreciate. And that's a very good kind of plant to have. 🔮 Looking Ahead Now I'm genuinely curious about where she goes next. She's clearly moving toward a more advanced stage. The flowers are established. The resin is abundant. The colour remains incredible. The aroma is increasing. And the foxtailing continues to give her that peculiar little signature. So now... we wait. We watch. We photograph. We smell. 😂 And we see how she decides to finish. Will the flowers continue becoming denser? Will the resin increase even further? Will the foxtailing become more pronounced? Will her colour remain this incredibly deep? And how will she compare with her sister when both are finally finished? I have no idea. And that's exactly why I'm enjoying this. ✨ Let This Dark Beauty Shine Frosted Guava Pheno B has really settled into her identity now. She's the darker sister. The compact sister. The dense sister. The frosty sister. And apparently... the foxtailing sister too. 😂🦄 She's not trying to become something else. She's simply doing her thing. And that's exactly what I want. We provide the environment. We provide the nutrition. We provide the water. We provide the light. And then... we let her shine. Because she absolutely deserves the spotlight. 💚 Final Thoughts — She's Becoming a Little Unicorn Week 10. And I think Frosted Guava Pheno B is becoming one of the most visually interesting plants in this room. She's not huge. She's not trying to be. She's compact. She's dense. She's incredibly dark green. She's beautifully structured. She's getting extremely frosty. She's smelling. And she's developing those little foxtailing structures that make her flowers even more peculiar. And now that her sister is showing the same thing... I'm paying even more attention. Maybe it's genetics. Maybe it's partly genetics. Maybe other factors are involved. I don't know yet. And I'm perfectly comfortable saying: I don't know yet. That's what the experiment is for. We're here to watch. We're here to compare. We're here to document. We're here to learn. And sometimes the plant doesn't give you an answer. Sometimes she gives you another question. And this girl has given me a very interesting one. 😂🦄💚 But whatever the explanation... I like what I'm seeing. I like unique. I like peculiar. I like flowers that don't all look exactly the same. And this girl certainly isn't boring. She's beautiful. She's dark. She's frosty. She's compact. She's aromatic. She's developing quickly. And she's doing it all without asking me for much more than what we're already providing. So let's keep doing exactly that. No unnecessary drama. No unnecessary intervention. Just: provide, observe, document and enjoy. Because Frosted Guava Pheno B is doing a damn good job of the rest. Let's make this dark green beauty shine. ❄️💚🌿🦄 🙏 Thank You A huge thank you to GrowDiaries for giving us a place to document this crazy 8×8 Adventure and share the differences that appear from plant to plant. Thank you to Zamnesia for the Frosted Guava genetics behind these fascinating sisters. Thank you to Plagron for supporting the nutritional side of the adventure. Thank you to Future of Grow LED for the main lighting driving the room. Thank you to Lumiflora for bringing the under-canopy lighting dimension into the experiment. Thank you to TrolMaster for helping maintain and monitor the environment behind the scenes. And, of course... thank you to everyone following along. Every week. Every photograph. Every comment. Every question. Every little observation. That's what makes this adventure what it is. And Frosted Guava Pheno B? She's giving us another beautiful chapter. Deep greens. Compact flowers. Serious frost. A growing aroma. A little foxtailing. And a whole lot of personality. She's very different from her sister. But every bit as beautiful. And maybe... just maybe... we've got another little unicorn hiding in this room. 🦄💚 For now, we're not making conclusions. We're just watching her shine. Let's make her shine! ❄️🌿💚 Growers Love & Happy Growing! 🌱💚

💙 Project Blue Tent – Week 11 💙 Blue Waffle F1 – Pheno B 🌸 Same Room. Same Conditions. Another Beautiful Expression. Hello everyone, and welcome back to another chapter inside Project Blue Tent! 💙🌱 And once again... I'm looking at these girls and thinking: How can four plants look this similar? 😂💙 If you've been following Project Blue Tent, you'll know that we're documenting four individual plants from seed to harvest, each with her own dedicated diary. All four share the same tent. The same lighting. The same irrigation. The same reservoir. The same nutrition. The same environmental conditions. The same cultivation philosophy. And yet... each one gets her own chapter. Today it's time to give the spotlight to Blue Waffle F1 – Pheno B. And honestly? She's looking absolutely beautiful. 🌿 PHENO B – LET HER SHINE Pheno B has reached approximately 145 cm and has developed a fantastic flowering structure. At this stage, there isn't really a lot I want to change. And that's actually a good thing. The big work has already been done. The long vegetative period gave us the structure. The topping and training shaped the plant. The first SCROG organized the canopy. The aggressive flowering stretch forced us to rethink the vertical space. The major defoliation opened the plant. The second SCROG gave the flowering branches additional support. The ventilation system was moved outside the tent. The LEDs were raised. The airflow was improved. And now... we're watching all of those decisions come together. The plant is doing exactly what we wanted her to do. Grow. Flower. Develop. And increasingly... FROST. 😂💙🌸 🌸 THE FROST IS GETTING SERIOUS I have to say this because the photographs really don't need much explanation. The frost levels are beautiful. The flowers are becoming increasingly covered in trichomes, and every week the close-up photographs seem to reveal more. This is the part of the grow where you start looking at the plants differently. Earlier, we were looking at structure. Now we're looking at flowers. And those flowers are beginning to tell us their own story. The density. The development. The resin production. The structure. The way the flowers are forming along the branches. Everything is becoming much more interesting. And Pheno B is absolutely shining. 💙🌸 🌿 THE TOPPING AND STRUCTURE – LOOK AT THAT OPENING Another thing I'm really happy with this week is the structure created by the topping and training. When you look closely at Pheno B, you can really see how the plant opened up. The main structure divided beautifully. The branches spread through the available space. And the flowering sites are now positioned throughout that structure rather than all trying to occupy the exact same vertical point. This is one of those things that can be difficult to appreciate when you're doing the training weeks earlier. At the time, you're making cuts. Moving branches. Supporting growth. Trying to imagine what the plant will eventually become. Then several weeks later... you look at the flowering plant and suddenly understand why you did it. And that's exactly what I'm seeing now. The structure is there. The opening is there. The flowering sites are there. And the plant is filling that framework beautifully. 🕸️ THE X-CROSS – KEEPING THE STRUCTURE WORKING The support system is also doing exactly what we wanted. The second SCROG remains in place, helping organize and support the upper flowering structure. And with the way we've arranged the support through the canopy, we've created that X-cross structure that helps distribute and organize the flowering branches. The idea isn't to keep forcing the plant into a new shape. That stage is behind us. Now the structure simply needs to support what the plant has already built. And looking at Pheno B... I'd say it's doing a damn good job. 😂💙 The branches are supported. The flowers have room. The canopy is organized. And we can actually see through the plant. That's exactly where I want to be at this stage. 💡 UNDER-CANOPY LIGHTING – NOW PART OF THE SYSTEM The LumiFlora under-canopy lighting is also now fully integrated into the room. We're using the 150W full-spectrum LumiFlora fixtures underneath the canopy to provide supplemental light to the lower flowering structure. The main LEDs continue doing the primary work from above. The LumiFlora units are simply giving the lower portions of these very tall plants another source of light. And with plants reaching approximately 145 cm, this makes a lot of sense to me. The canopy is no longer a flat surface. It's a three-dimensional structure. There are upper flowers. Middle flowers. Lower flowers. Interior branches. And naturally, not all of those areas receive the same amount of light from above. So instead of constantly removing more foliage to chase light penetration... we're experimenting with bringing light into the lower part of the plant. And now? We watch. That's the fun part. 😂💡🌸 🌿 TWO LIGHT SOURCES. ONE VERY LARGE CANOPY. The interesting thing about this setup is that we're effectively looking at the plant from both directions. The main fixtures illuminate from above. The LumiFlora fixtures supplement from below. And the plant sits right between those two lighting environments. I'm particularly interested in seeing how the lower flowering sites continue developing as we move deeper into flowering. We're not making any promises about what the additional lighting will achieve. We're documenting it. We're watching. We're comparing. And we're letting the plants tell us what happens. That's the whole point of Project Blue Tent. 🔬 SAME ROOM – SAME CONDITIONS – DIFFERENT DIARY And this brings me to something I've been thinking about a lot during this project. People often use the word "genetics" when talking about individual plants. And obviously, genetics are involved in every plant. But I personally like using the word: "Cultivar." Why? Because we're looking at cultivated plant varieties. We're not simply talking about an abstract collection of genes. We're talking about plants that have been selected, developed and cultivated as a particular variety. And here we're working with Blue Waffle F1 cultivars. So throughout these diaries, when I talk about Pheno A, Pheno B and the other girls as individual cultivars, that's what I'm referring to. And honestly... the uniformity we're seeing makes this distinction particularly interesting. Because look at them. 😂💙 Same environment. Same reservoir. Same feeding. Same irrigation. Same lighting. Same training philosophy. And yet we're getting remarkably similar expressions. That's one of the things that makes these F1 plants so fascinating to observe. And if you already know all of this... beautiful. You know. 😂 If you didn't... hopefully you learned something today. And that's never a bad thing. I love learning. So I don't think there's ever too much useful information. 🌸 F1 UNIFORMITY – THEY REALLY DO LOOK LIKE SISTERS This is probably one of the most impressive things about this whole project. The plants are beginning to look almost like copies of one another. Different individual plants. Different diaries. But under the same conditions... the similarities are incredible. Similar height. Similar flowering structure. Similar development. Similar response to the training. Similar response to the defoliation. And now... similar frost. 😂💙🌸 Of course, we're still documenting them individually because the subtle differences are exactly what become interesting over time. Maybe those differences will become more obvious as flowering progresses. Maybe one will develop a slightly different structure. Maybe one will finish earlier. Maybe one will produce a different flower shape. Maybe the differences will become much more obvious closer to harvest. Or maybe... they'll continue looking like sisters all the way to the end. That's what we're here to discover. 🌬️ AIRFLOW – THE SYSTEM IS WORKING The airflow arrangement remains unchanged. We've got movement above and below the canopy, keeping the air circulating throughout this large flowering structure. And that's particularly important now that the canopy is so developed. The previous defoliation opened the plant. The additional airflow helps take advantage of that space. The lower portion of the plant isn't being ignored. And the under-canopy lighting is working inside that same environment. Everything has a role. Light. Air. Structure. Irrigation. Nutrition. And observation. Nothing needs to be dramatic. It simply needs to work. 💧 THEY'RE DRINKING BEAUTIFULLY Another thing I'm very happy with is how these girls are drinking. They're consuming well. The irrigation is keeping up. And the plants are showing us that they're comfortable with the current setup. The reservoir remains shared. The feeding remains shared. The irrigation remains shared. And yet Pheno B continues developing beautifully. This is exactly why having a consistent system is so valuable for this experiment. When all four plants receive the same inputs, we get a much more interesting opportunity to observe how the individual cultivars respond. ⚗️ SAME RESERVOIR – SAME NUTRITION The nutrition remains unchanged. We're continuing with: PLAGRON Hydro A — 2.2 ml/L PLAGRON Hydro B — 2.2 ml/L PLAGRON Hydro Roots — 1 ml/L PLAGRON Power Buds — 1 ml/L pH adjustment as required No need to start changing things simply because another week has arrived. The plants are happy. They're drinking. They're flowering. They're producing frost. So we continue. Consistency is part of the experiment too. And honestly... when the plants look this good, I'm not interested in fixing something that isn't broken. 😂💙 🌸 THE PREVIOUS DEFOILATION IS NOW A DISTANT MEMORY It's also interesting to look at Pheno B now and remember what she looked like immediately after the major defoliation. At the time, there was a dramatic difference. A lot of foliage had been removed. The structure became much more open. And then we had to wait. That's the difficult part. You make the decision. You do the work. And then... you leave the plant alone. Now we're seeing the result. The plant has continued growing. The flowers have developed. The structure has filled out. And the flowering sites are clearly visible. The plant didn't need us to keep interfering. She simply needed time. 🌿 SOMETIMES DOING NOTHING IS DOING SOMETHING This is probably one of the biggest lessons from this stage of Project Blue Tent. There's a temptation in cultivation to constantly do something. Adjust something. Move something. Change something. Feed something. Cut something. Measure something. 😂 But sometimes... the plants don't need another intervention. They need stability. They need time. They need the environment to remain consistent. And they need us to have enough discipline to leave them alone. That's where we are now. The structure is built. The support is installed. The lighting is established. The airflow is working. The irrigation is working. The nutrition is stable. So... let her do her thing. 🌸 CURRENT GROW CONDITIONS 🌸 Flowering: Week 11 📏 Height: approximately 145 cm 💡 Light schedule: 12/12 ☀️ Day temperature: 28°C 🌙 Night temperature: 27°C 💧 Relative humidity: 63% ⚗️ pH: 6.01 ⚡ EC: approximately 2.24 mS/cm 🌡️ Solution temperature: 24.9°C 🌱 Substrate temperature: 24°C 🌬️ CO₂: approximately 666 ppm 💦 Watering: approximately 1.6 L per plant / 24h ? Pot size: 8 L NUTRIENT RECIPE PLAGRON Hydro A — 2.2 ml/L PLAGRON Hydro B — 2.2 ml/L PLAGRON Hydro Roots — 1 ml/L PLAGRON Power Buds — 1 ml/L PLAGRON pH Plus — 0.03 ml/L PLAGRON pH Minus — 0.03 ml/L 💡 UNDER-CANOPY LIGHTING 2 × LumiFlora 150W Full Spectrum 🌸 THE FLOWERS ARE TAKING OVER This is where the story becomes really exciting. For weeks, we were talking about the plant. Now we're talking about the flowers. And Pheno B is giving us plenty to talk about. The flowering sites are developing beautifully throughout the structure. The branches are carrying them well. The frost is becoming increasingly obvious. And the entire plant has that unmistakable look of a flowering plant entering a very interesting stage. The close-up photographs really show it. The trichomes are becoming more visible. The flowers are becoming more defined. And the whole plant is starting to sparkle. 💙🌸 🔭 WHAT I'M WATCHING NOW At this point, my list is actually pretty simple. I'm watching the flowers. I'm watching the frost. I'm watching the lower canopy under the LumiFlora lighting. I'm watching the structure. I'm watching how the second SCROG continues supporting the branches. I'm watching how much the plants continue to drink. And I'm watching the four cultivars develop under exactly the same conditions. That's it. No major intervention. No unnecessary changes. Just observation. Because right now... the plants are doing exactly what we want. 🌿 WHAT WILL THE FUTURE BRING? And this is the part where I honestly don't know. We have a beautiful flowering structure. We have impressive uniformity. We have increasing frost. We have healthy development. We have stable environmental conditions. And we have four incredibly interesting F1 cultivars sharing the same environment. But what happens next? That's the exciting part. Will the flowers continue stacking at this rate? Will the frost become even heavier? Will the subtle differences between the cultivars become more obvious? Will the lower flowering sites respond noticeably to the supplemental lighting? And what will Pheno B look like when she reaches maturity? I have no idea. 😂💙 And I absolutely love that. Because if we already knew the ending... what would be the fun of documenting the journey? 💙 FINAL THOUGHTS – SAME ROOM, BEAUTIFUL RESULT So... Week 11. Same tent. Same room. Same reservoir. Same irrigation. Same nutrition. Same lighting from above. Same environmental conditions. And yet... another beautiful individual story. Blue Waffle F1 Pheno B is looking fantastic. She's approximately 145 cm tall. Her structure is beautifully opened from the topping and training. The flowering branches are supported by the second SCROG. The canopy is receiving airflow from above and below. The LumiFlora under-canopy lighting is now helping illuminate the lower flowering structure. She's drinking beautifully. She's flowering beautifully. And the frost... Oh my God. 😂💙🌸 The frost is becoming ridiculous. And that's exactly the kind of problem I like having. 😂 The most interesting part for me, though, is seeing how similar these F1 cultivars are behaving. Four individual plants. One controlled environment. And remarkably consistent results. That doesn't mean every plant will finish identically. It doesn't mean there aren't individual differences. That's exactly why we're documenting them separately. But right now... they're giving us a fascinating look at just how uniform these plants can be under consistent conditions. And that's something I want to keep watching. We're not going to force the story. We're not going to chase numbers. We're not going to keep changing things just so we have something to write about. We're going to let the plants write the next chapter. And Pheno B? She's writing a beautiful one. 💙🌸🌿 The structure is ready. The support is ready. The lighting is ready. The airflow is ready. The irrigation is ready. The nutrition is ready. Now... we wait. We watch. We learn. And we enjoy the show. Let's see what the future has waiting for this beautiful girl. Because if she keeps going like this... I have a feeling we're going to have some very special flowers to photograph. 😂💙🌸 🙏 A HUGE THANK YOU A huge thank you once again to Zamnesia for making Project Blue Tent possible and for giving us the opportunity to explore these beautiful Blue Waffle F1 cultivars individually. Thank you to PLAGRON for the Hydro nutrient line supporting these girls throughout this vigorous flowering cycle. A massive thank you to Mars Hydro for the irrigation and drainage system that continues keeping this entire ecosystem supplied and running beautifully. Thank you to Zamnesia for the Phytonaut LED lighting, the curved scissors and the clip fans that have become such important parts of this project. And a huge thank you to LumiFlora for the 150W full-spectrum under-canopy lighting that we're now using to explore supplemental lighting throughout this very large flowering structure. And of course... thank you to GrowDiaries for giving us the platform to document every part of this journey. The good. The unexpected. The experiments. The mistakes. The lessons. And now... the frost. 😂💙🌸 Most importantly, thank you to everyone following Project Blue Tent. Four individual cultivars. One room. One environment. One reservoir. One cultivation philosophy. And four girls showing us just how beautifully consistent these F1 plants can be. But we're not at the finish line yet. There's still a lot of flower development ahead. There's still a lot of frost to watch. There's still a lot to learn. And Pheno B has plenty more story left to tell. Until next week... Same room. Same conditions. Same beautiful girl. More flowers. More frost. More observation. And hopefully... even more reasons to smile when we open that tent. 💙🌸🌿 Growers Love, happy growing, and take care everyone! 🌱💙

This week the nutrition was reduced on the base and most of the additives. Only overdrive and bud factor X stayed at recommended dosage. The branches were readjusted to allow for light to reach lower nugs. Even though the pistils look brown and mostly curled in the tricomes are still clear... The run off last watering was extra high. A light flush with a week nute solution may be needed to correct this.

Day 64.. Just truckin along.. Noticed some nute burn on the leaf tips.. So im going back down to 1000ppm.. Plus the runoff was coming out at like 1700ppm at times.. Even after feed, water, water.. Maybe its just too much for a cup grow also.. Since the water is drunk up so quickly.. Im guessing all the salts are being left behind in the medium.. Plant is still healthy asf.. Calyxes should be fattening up pretty soon! Wish I knew what strain this was.. Ugh... Day 65.. Judging by the calyxes that have already swollen up.. These are gonna be some very nice, dense nugs.. Trichomes everywhere.. Seems like it may not be ready when they say Bloody Skunks are normally ready.. More like a sativa.. I really wish I would have got what I paid for.. For all I know this could be some CBD strain.. Ugh.. Still gonna grow it out and see what happens.. "You get what you get and you don't throw a fit" lol... ... Later... I been watering 2 - 3 times daily.. That's 1 negative thing about growing in cups.. This is my 3rd or 4th I've grown in a cup.. I'm impressed.. Although I do see it hurting yield slightly.. I guess we will see with what comes of this grow... Day 66.. Ok.. So maybe this is a Bloody Skunk... The leaves are starting to show purple.. The stems are deep dark purple in many spots.. Guess that different phenos can sometimes come out looking the exact opposite.. Still learning.. Whoops 😆 ... Later... She's chuggin water like crazy.. It has been pretty warm in the tent lately.. Hard to keep it down but 82F - 84F at the most.. But it sometimes will sit that high.. It has hit 86F - 88F.. I use 2 AcuRite Temp and Humidity Monitors.. One on top of the light and second just randomly placed in the corner on the pole about canopy height but both read only 1F difference. There are some leaves turning slightly purple.. Honestly, I think this light has been burning the tops.. Not very bad.. But I noticed alot of yellowing on my WW at the tops.. And just got worse toward the end.. And a little foxtailing as well, I think.. But I am seeing slight yellowing on the top leaves of this one.. Not bad.. But I do see it slightly.. Other than that.. And the abuse I have put her through.. She is happy and healthy asf.. Still not for sure but this very well may be a damn Bloody Skunk.. Let's see what happens... Day 68.. Just another day flowering.. Pistils are still white as can be.. Calyxes are still tiny but covered in trichomes.. The calyxes should start fattening up... Aaaany day now lol.. Seems like she's gonna be a long flowering girlie.. I've watered with just CalMag the last 3 days but the runoff PPM is still reading 900-1000.. Not sure whats going on.. Guess I should do a major flush and re-feed some time today. I'm thinking of trying out organic dry amendments in coco in the future.. Seems pretty simple.. Just need to time everything right which shouldn't be too difficult.. But anyways.. Its been a good week for the girl.. Nothing like keeping your lady happy! ... Later... I used a whole liter of pHed water without CalMag to flush and mixed up a new batch of nutes. I have added some Floralicious Plus to the mix also.. I'll note that on next weeks page. I only use 5 drops per Liter.. Which is about .25mL as it says to use.. Should help the trichome and terpene production. To be completely honest.. I'm not sure when to add Floralicious Plus.. After adding CalMag?? I've just been adding it after everything.. In this order... Silica, CalMag, Micro, Grow/Bloom, Bloom Booster, Floralicious Plus.. I havent noticed any lockout or anything.. So I guess it's working lol.. But I would still like to know the order it goes in case something starts fucking up. Day 69.. Not sure what these marks are.. It's only on this 1 leaf.. Noticed it yesterday and today it has gotten a little worse.. W... T... F... When I got home from work the tent got up to 90F.. The leaves looked lifeless.. I watered and got the temps down to 85F and 2 hours later she perked back up.. Scared me for a sec.. She's all good now.

I flushed the pots once this week. And use once with enhancer and a very small dose of shrot flowering fertilizer. And I tried very hard to lower the humidity and make the daytime temperature not more than 25 degrees 💐🛸👽💥1

Hello. This is the end of week 5 and the beginning of week 6 of flowering. It's like walking into the mango store and smelling all the ripe mangos, Wonderful. Things are going good in here. I getting some lower yellowing leaves, now that the plants are putting everything into flowering. I'll mix in a bit more nitrogen in tomorrows changing of the nutrient solution to slow the yellowing down some. Each pot gets 2 gallons of rainwater when they are dry enough. One more strange thing happened this week, my unknown 40 year old daughter made contact with me last week. I guess she's had some awful relationships with men and doesn't like them. It came across. There's been stress here this week, but not with cannabis. 😒 I need the cannabis to de-stress. Wow. Never saw that coming. OK. Be great. Chuck.

Week 12 Update: The Oasis Project Deck Cultivation Garden Overview & Environmental Notes: We are officially cruising through late May on the Eastern Plains, and the deck setup is performing beautifully. The intense high-altitude sun is fueling some fantastic vegetative development. The custom dual-timer irrigation manifold and hand-drilled halo rings are dialed in perfectly, keeping the media consistently moist without oversaturating. The atmospheric action has been classic Colorado—watching some spectacular afternoon storm build-ups, localized rain shafts, and distant lightning patterns out across the plains while the garden stays secure. Plant Metrics & Development: The Durban Poison Quartet is absolutely thriving in their massive 25-gallon homes after their Mother's Day transplant. They are focusing heavily on structural branching and filling out their footprints. Low Stress Training (LST) and SCROG preparation are underway to keep the canopy flat, wide, and optimized for maximum light penetration. For a quick snapshot on DP 5, she is displaying strong, tight internodal spacing. The main canopy top is steadily established right at 17 inches, with the outermost fan leaves reaching eagerly up toward the 18-inch mark. Feeding & Maintenance: We are remaining strictly organic, running the FOOP nutrient line—including the Veg, Bloom, and Sweetener components—to feed the active microbes and keep the root zones robust. For training, we are continuing to adjust the bamboo stakes and tie-downs to spread the canopy. The goal is to maximize the horizontal surface area before they really explode later this summer. Looking Ahead: For now, the focus is keeping this Durban Poison quartet broad, healthy, and perfectly trained. -Keep growing and stay mindful! ✌️ Update 6.3.26: Worm castings top dressed into the DP quartet and saturated. DP5 and DP6 were pulled and trained. Looking solid!

This week seems to be bulk week. Under the microscope it look like the Amber trichomes would be here. But not yet. I'm not fussed😎.. More weight is a good thing. Flawless finish is going to be used for the 1st time
