Harvest was done on a lovely summer day. Since summer was approaching, half of the harvest was hung upside down with the classic 60/60 and rest is stored in a wine cooler for drying. There’s also an oscillating fan below for airflow!

Seed was put in a glass of water on the 2nd of January 20:00 (8PM). Around 15h later it sunk to the bottom and I transferred it to a wet paper towel inside a zip. Around 51h later (so ~36h inside zip) the seed had not yet opened. I am a little worried, but at the same time not because I've looked up what the pro's say and some of them don't even look at the seed until after the seed has spent at least 48h inside the paper towel. I will be patient and wait for the seed to open. After the seed has opened I will be even more patient and let the root grow for a bit. I have grown 2 of these plants in my lifetime and first time was really good, second time was very bad, and the second time I planted it when the root was ~1mm long. I will not rush things this time. I will also be careful to not let the root grow too long. If I'll have it my way, then I'll be planting this baby tomorrow evening, so in a bit less than 24h from now. If I have to reschedule then it will probably be planted on the 6th of January. Worst case scenario: We have to restart with a new seed. Bless you. Update 5 Jan 2022 17:29 (05:29 PM): We have a root! The seed has opened ever so slightly and the root has grown more and more during today. I want the root to grow a tiny bit longer before I plant it. I will take another look before bedtime. Update 5 Jan 2022 20:43 (08:43 PM): Root has not grown much since the last picture, will plant tomorrow. Update 6 Jan 2022 10:05 (10:05 AM): Will plant later. Root is too short. Update 6 Jan 2022 15:00 (03:00 PM): Root is still shorter than I had in mind but my patience has ran out and I think it is still a fine length for the seed to do really good. I also have very good soil for her with claimed great amount of nutrients for seedlings. When it gets large enough I will transplant her to a 11L pot. The 11L pot has been filled with more than 11L soil. Probably around 15L. By the way, the plant has a name, her name is "Satan" but is referred to as a "she". Update 12 Jan 2022 18:00 (06:00 PM): We have a sprout! I saw the sprout some hours ago. I am sure that I planted the seed quite perfectly in the middle. However, the sprout happened very much to the side. I suspect that there was something in the soil that might blocked the sprout. So far it looks like we planted Satan on the 6th of January and we got a sprout on the 12th. I will consider Satan to be in germination stage until it grows a little more. Then I will treat it like she's in the vegetative phase. ----------------------------- SUMMARY: Day 1-21 in Satans life has been so wonderful. Not a minute goes by without me feeling euphoric about her. Every day when I wake up I go to the grow-room and tell her good morning. I hold her largest leaf between my thumb and index-fingers to hold leaf (hold hand) and we just hold leaf together for a few seconds while I admire her beauty. She is so absolutely gorgeous and kind and she is also very happy with her environment. I already have another plant in another grow-room which also is a Northern Lights and I have kept a diary of her as well, just not on growdiaries.com (everything is kept in a Word-document). This other plant is called Kim, named after Kim Jong-Un. Kim and her diary is going to be utilized as a "roadmap" for Satan, so I should know what to expect and when to expect it. I also did a few mistakes with Kim, such as water too much or let her grow with way too much nitrogen in the air. Satan will instead be the best grow I have ever done - hopefully. Day 69 chop day for the acop n2. It had trichs milky and some (2%-3%) ambar. I was looking to having it a bit more but days till the chop but was noticing that her general aroma was slowly fading away, it must be the instense heat that my balcony receives. Anyways it turned out to be a little harvest haven´t weight it. gonna have that when dried up and ready to smoke for the report of this one.

Heyo! Morning everyone! I don't even think i need to say, look at her! The smell is not as strange anymore, but still STRONG. Herbally spicy! Also, i removed some lower buds to improve light penetration and distruibution, she seems to answer well to that! Pistils slowly turning orange, as you can see in my failed-ish attempt to take a pic lol

Day 71 - Let the new week begin! Removed some fan leaves from the center of the plant today to create more air flow. Day 72 - Good run off today of 13%. Starting to notice the buds fattening up. CalMag decreased to 0.6ml/L. Day 73 - She looks really beautiful today. All the colas are starting to take shape. Day 74 - All the colas are taking shape now. Humidity in my area is high again putting the tent around 58%. Day 75 - Defoliated some of the inner fan leaves today, whilst doing so I touched some of the buds and they are smelling amazing! Fruity/Mimosa smell is already there and super sticky! Day 76 - She's taking up less water these days. My area humidity has gone up really high but still managing around 55% in the tent. I'll be monitoring her to see how she responds to the defoliation over the last couple of days. Day 77 - Getting really smelly now!🍊 That's the end of week 10! Pretty crazy to think! We'll be entering Week 6 of flowering tomorrow. The flowers look great and they are swelling out by the day.

Well she has definitely stopped growing now. I got a bit of light bleaching on a few tops unfortunately. Should have turned the light down to 80% but I wasn't thinking. Hopefully itll bounce back like my chempie by Ripper seeds I did a few grows back that got a bit of light bleaching also. It was just on one bud but I caught it and was able to correct it before crop. Going to add a bit of Revive to the feed next week to see if it'll help a bit. Also had a issue with high ppm in my run off that I was struggling with a bit that I've slowly corrected. Been a bit of a learning curve with the coco but I'm loving it. Great results all around. Week 2 of veg and these girls have started to really grow!! Keeping up with LST as I know these can be really big girls. No defoliation yet, will do just before flower. UPDATE: LST everyday in preparation for them to switch. Only tucking leaves atm. Will defoliate and lollipop by the end of the week. UPDATE: the girl are showing me their sex with the pistil hairs coming out. They’ll be starting there stretch in the next day or so. I also broke a stem clean off which I’m very annoyed about as it was because I simply wasn’t thinking. UPDATE: The stem has bounced back and is growing good now. Leaves on that stem look abit ruined but I’m guessing that she took the energy from the leaves and just directed it the recovery of the node.

Still growing like a beast. I did raise the light a little. I feel like the taller one that got fed BLOOM at the beginning of the week is a bit darker green than the other one. It also showed a slight amount of possible N burn/deficiency on a couple of leaves. Everything else is looking great. I did try to adjust some of the tie downs a little to open her up a bit more

9/8 -Checked the trichomes on Cream Cookies to my surprise she's almost ready! She was at 5% Clear, 90% Cloudy, 5% Amber. Started flushing this week. Already beginning to see leaves yellow which is exactly what I'm looking for. -Buds are really filling out and the plant is absolutely resin packed. Comparable to a photoperiod. Very happy with these genetics -Hoping to yield tripple digits! 9/14 -Cream Cookies Harvested today and began to hang dry! Haven't got any weights yet as I think wet weight is irrelevant. Will update final numbers in around 1 week when flowers are dried properly and begin curing! Very Amazing smell. Notes of pineapple, citrus, and a sweet smell. Very pleasant smell. Extremely potent as well.

Plants continued to stretch last week, I had to weave a couple branches through the top screen as well to keep them level with the canopy. Overall it’s going good, I did a defoliation again a few days ago to try and open up as many budding sites as possible to the light. I noticed some nutrient burn on my leaf tips at the end of last week so I diluted the reservoir water with 3 gal of fresh water. My HPS light is still turned down to 750w as the light output at the top of the canopy exceeds 75 000 lux directly under the light even turned down. I have a light mover moving my light though so it’s not always in one spot. This is only my second crop using this light mover though so I’m still adjusting its speed and pause time and doing some experimenting with it...lol smell is normal still, not strong but it’s noticeable when you open up the tent. I will be updating more pictures and videos throughout the week as well. Cheers 💨
