Update: Day 1 of week 11 - Thursday 29th October I am soooooo fucking pissed! I don’t know whether watering the girls from the bottom has made the girls more thirsty or just that they are generally more thirsty due to needing more Nutes during flower but one of the ladies has wilted quite terribly. The other girls seem ok, slightly more thirsty and the leaves slightly droop a little more than usual at feeding time but one girl has defo been through the thirst wars.. She’s bounced back after a good water but the buds looks shrivelled and feeling very sorry for them selves. I’m not sure she will be as good a smoke now if she makes it at all.. Other than that moved the LED up slightly more to keep a good distance between the light and the girls.. I really haven’t got anymore space now so fingers crossed this all works! Super vex this has happened in the final weeks. UPDATE: Day 2 of week 11 - Friday 30th Oct The wilted lady has made a great recovery but the buds still seem a little dishevelled. But considering what’s happened to her I’m happy so far.. Let’s see how she goes🤞🏼 UPDATE: Day 3 of week 11 - Saturday 31st Oct All looking good and buds seem to be fattening up a little now ❤️ Nutes in as normal and happy the wilted lady has made a good recovery.. UPDATE: Day 5 of week 11 - Monday 2nd Nov Nutes in and all looking good.. They don’t seem to be stretching much now and I’m hoping that means the buds will fatten up nicely from here on in.. So after conferring with one of my dispensary-grower friends, he said that its likely because I had "dry patches", which essentially means, that certain areas of the pot were not getting wet and the roots down there were dying. After being more attentive about evenly watering, and a little defolitation, she's back to looking her old self. Even better actually. She's loving flowering, almost to the point of screaming to me "FINALLY!", and I couldn't agree more. Its been a chilhood dream to be abke to grow my own weed. So after all these years, I am beyond excited. Its so close I can almost *smell* it lol. SideNote: I also took two cuts for clones incase this bud turns out to be bomb.

Another hot week in the 30s but obviously they like it due to the amount of growth considering ,really just 19 days in growth and two days germination. Is this normal for auto flower growth?

I decided to place in the tent after 6 weeks. I did LST as well. So it will be half outdoor half indoor. Basically I planted a Auto outside but I can see it ain't gonna be a good yielder. Today October 25th is the First day of Week 6 In Flower. Received the Refractometer and got right to pressing. First I tried a mortar and pestle to extract the sap -- this worked ok but took a lot of time and force. Then I tried 2 spoons held together and squeezed with vice grips (didn't work for me). 2 Pieces of MDF board squeezed together with vice grips didn't work either. I guess I'm not strong enough. Tried a blender, a hand blender...neither of these worked! Then the vice, it was faster and took less force to extract the sap. Works great! Took leaves from top to bottom of each individual plant. (16 plants) Rolled a few leaves up, put in a numbered piece of parchment and pressed.....voila...sap😃 Refractometer was already calibrated and ready to go. Placed sap on meter, held up to light and there it is! My first BRIX reading😮 using $28 Refractometer. Going to change base nutrients to a "hard water" formula. So impressed with Harley Smith that I've ordered some NPK RAW products. Like the idea of micro dosing. I sent Harley an email and he replied the same day! Not a canned response either. So cool. Thanks Harley! AND he took a look at GrowDiaries and this grow✊😃 What a kind gentleman. 😇 Hope I didn't go overboard but I watered again today with amino acids and cal mend to try to fix this Calcium def. Will Brix leaves tomorrow and see if this makes a difference. The brix line yesterday was very clear and very easy to read indicating a calcium def. Maybe locked out from too much phosphorous or hard water? Watered Oct 29 & 30 Temp 20 PH 6.4 EC 1.9 Runoff EC 1.9 to 2.3 after at least 2-3 Gallons of water put thru each pot. Some pots Runoff were way off the charts😵EC 3.6! . Put water thru until EC hit 2.3 on 2 pots others were EC 1.9 to 2.1. Put 56 Gallons or 220L thru plants over a 2 day period until I reached a better EC.

Happy Weekend Growmies, you are all well 😊 Reds been growing away nicely this week, ive got the light at 16 inches and just keeping an eye out for any light burn. Shes still got a bit of clawing as you can see from the video, but i haven't fed her this week apart from the canna boost and its definitely got better. Il give her another weak feed next week but this strain dosent seem to need allot of nutes. Those lovely purple colours have now started to come through with the lower night time temps and shes loooking grand, i never stop marvelling at the beauty of this plant 😊 Thats all from me this week, thanks for stopping by ✌️

Auf Dünger habe ich verzichtet und die erste Pflanze wurde gespült. In ein bis zwei Wochen sollte dann auch endlich die Ernte sein. Habe jetzt nur festgestellt, das eine Pflanze gezwittert sein muss und ich vereinzelt ein paar Samen an der Royal Gorilla habe, was aber nicht weiter schlimm ist, da der Großteil der Blüten nicht befruchtet wurde und ich so noch ein paar Samen zum experimentieren habe 😬 Ansonsten heißt es beobachten und abwarten, auch wenn der Duft schon sehr verführerisch ist...🤤
