Welcome to the Week 10 update for the Sweet Seeds Gorilla Girl XL Auto’s. Not much to report as this grow is on cruise control until harvest. I will be finishing up with the bloom fertilizer and starting to flush as these lovely ladies finish out Week 10 and move into Week 11. Day 93 - Fattened up good, getting really heavy....posted pic of test bud.... vid of the led uv globe i got on ebay... works awesome.... highly recommend...... 😎 maybe 1 more week.... they smell delicious, not very strong smell.... just normal water in bottom drip tray, dutch master one gold ....next week, flush em and next sunday pull em..... idk.... Day 95 - had a good look at both girls and worked out a harvest plan...... i've started flushing/watering on the smaller one, and sunday (day 100) will be her last. i'll leave the larger one (she's still quiet white) for another week and re evaluate her fate next week. Day 97 - 4 vids .... looks good 😎 getting a 1600x Camera Endoscope USB Digital Microscope from ebay, see if it will help with harvest........ 😎

9/20 Adjusted lights to 40% at 24 inches. It looks like I have a whorled phyllotaxy with the Sticky Mango. 3 branches per node. Should be cool to see how she develops. 9/22 Watered at 900 mS/cm 9/23 Dropped ir light on plants. Broke a fan leaf off the Moonberry Pie Auto. Removed other leaf to maintain light distribution and symmetry. Otherwise plants look great. 9/24 Added IR lighting. 10 before and after lights on and off. Hung at about 48 inches. 9/25 Topped Pink Apple Soda and Yuzu Sour above 4th node. Watered at 1.080 mS/cm pH 6.1. Watered to minimal runoff. Reduced RH to 62% 9/28 Increased lighting to 50%. Topped the Sticky Mango Auto. Was going to get to tall. The whorled phyllotaxy aspect of the plant is interesting. It is definitely growing faster than the others . It even has pistils already and a VERY dominant side branch. The plant I dropped the IR light on (Moonberry Pie Auto) definitely got stunted even though only 2 fan leaves had to be removed. The other topped plants (Yuzu Sour Auto and Pink Apple Soda Auto) look great. Starting to get bushy. Tucked the large fan leaves. Turtle Taffy Auto has been rather disappointing. If it doesn't show me something soon I may not waist the nutrients and get another Tastebudz Genetics seed going. So, I gotta tell ya, this girl I've got growing is moving at lightning speed. I mean, she's practically in a race with the Flash. But you know what? This week was much more exciting due to much more knowledge gathered about what it is I have do. First big issue was that my ph levels were off (about 7) got my ph meter. Calibrated and now can di a proper 6.2. Plants responded right away. Started feeding once per day : - 2ml cal max - 2ml grow - 2ml micro - 1ml bloom These are from Terra Aquatica At the end of the week started to add liquid worm castings as well Found out that my coco is not properly buffered. Since it came in bricks and I added only water, so will add 4ml calmag. The runoff is steady for about 10-20%, except for one plant where its almost 50%. But as plant is the strongest it does not bother me right now. Made some major upgrades to my DIY grow tent and now it’s more comfortable and less stress to plants. And my second light came in so things look pretty good. Unfortently I accidently damaged one of my plants. But as it was the smallest one it didnt looked like it will make it anyway. So will have the opportunity to properly germinate and seed the new one.

First week of flowering for the girls. We started with some master bloom from Xpert nutrients and continue with master root also from xpert nutrients. We placed a net above the poants to guide some of the taller branches and create a more equal canopy. We defoliated some lower leaves and for the rest it looks quite good, some plants showed a little sign of overfeeding so we lower the dosis this week.

Hello everyone im still a bit noob on everything even on posting here and staff. ill figure it out in a couple of days hopefully! Lets start by saying that big bang had an issue because ........ i was growing it and i didnt see that my flores was empty and until i received a new it was almost a week had a lot of yellow on the leaves dying and falling out like doing full defoliation on the plant. have no clue if im lucky or something i do right but when i started feeding couple of days i saw signs of buds getting bigger so i continue. now we are at week 13 and from what i have seen from my previous 2 plants bb and king Tut autoflowers will not forgive when u stun them nut they will forgive slow growth or deficiencies and stuff when they are close to maturity at least for my garden. Whatever i did to them and i monitored closely everyday made them move on a slower pace but didnt stop them from being huge the only downtime i saw was more time to be ready for harvest. ill update by the end of the week with pics with the lights out (hps) . The pics are a bit shaky but cant do anything about it atm sorry! Any advice welcome the first red spots in some of the sugar leaves should i start flush? or wait to see on almost every bud?

Plants: 5 Alaskan Purple Auto. Equipment: Tent: MarsHydro 1mx1mx2m or 39"x39"x72". Light: HLG 260w V2 Rspec QB Kit. Exhaust: 4" 322 CFM fan + Viper Carbon Filter. Intake: 4" 100 CFM Inline Fan. Oscillating Fan: Lower: 4" Ram Fan. Upper: 9" Voxon Box Fan. Humidifier: Taotronics TT-AH001. Dehumidifier: Pavlit MD750. Soil: NPK soil 40% Compost, 50% Peat Moss, 10% Agroperlite. Pot: 7 gallon Fabric Pot x 5pcs. Nutriens: Fox Farm Trio. PH Correcton: Chemoform pH-Minus Granulat. PH Pen: Cheap Chinese one, I callibrate it every time I use it. Water pump: Digital microscope: cheap Chinese USB X4, 1600X. Comment

Preparing to yank out top shelf and rejig things. I can only gain 4” but it will be needed as this thing is running hard. Closer than 8-10” to the LED light, and she WILL get cooked! Next Gen grow box gains almost 8” in height with same dimensions, so problem solved. I may have to cut CO2 until stretch is over or just cut altogether. I got a close eye in her. Day 44: She's looking good, and stretching at a rate of 2"/day in her tin can. I did a light defoliation and cleaned up training wires. I'll leave her be from here on out; less some selective defoliation to keep sites open. I cut CO2 (which would have been helpful a bit earlier), and may turn back on at the end of week 8, time will tell. Day 46: She looks like she is 4+ days behind when compared to the other 4 autos I have grown. She will either catch up, take longer to mature, or I'm screwed because of the heavy defol. Flower development seems slow/odd. 10pm and she’s now 22” tall and too close to the light. Flower productivity accelerating for sure. Maybe she will just catch up, and finish late? Bummer I had this one in quarantine. Day 48: leave symptoms developed further into dark rust spots very suspect to a calcium deficiency. I flushed for a few hours, cut Gro out all together and bumped Micro and Bloom. Increased CalMag from .8ml to 1.5 ml/gallon. Now observing. Day 49: Another day or two will tell but it feels like the deficiency is slowing as the progression on day 47-48 was an hour by hour progression. Throughout the week, and almost everyday, I have taken a dozen or so leaves throughout the canopy and the undergrowth. One day I defoliated her pretty good, but not super heavy. Massive leaf production and has crowded the plant/bud sites out in a matter of a day or two. Day 52: Looks like calcium or possibly potassium deficiency back in check. Newer leaves look good and no progression on older leaves.

10/18 the mite and thrip damage is getting more obvious but all in all as a plant shes looking more 10/22 sprayed with safer brand insecticidal
