📆 Semana 7 El cultivo continúa avanzando en el engorde, con los cogollos aumentando de tamaño y los cálices apilando cada vez con más fuerza a lo largo de las puntas. La resina sigue ganando presencia y las flores empiezan a verse más compactas, mientras la canopia mantiene un trabajo uniforme aprovechando bien la luz. Los aromas del armario se vuelven más intensos y complejos a medida que la planta centra su energía en densidad y producción de terpenos. Seguimos creciendo fuerte 💪!

Chop day. Everything is looking and smelling incredible. The range of smells I've got so far are: floral, grape, blueberry, gas, burnt rubber, tangerine, funk. Everything appeared fully mature beside the Cambodian x Meat Breath and Pak Man so decided this was the best time to cut them down.

This week marked the start of flowering - they were showing sex and soon you could make out the little preflower budsites on both of them! This week also marked the start of their explosive grow-stretch phase. Looking back, i should have trained way more aggressive. but not TOO aggressive! on Day 21, i adjusted a prexisting stake too hard and plant Bs main trunk snapped in the middle. (I only fully noticed this in the next week, i just heard a snap but didnt visually see anything, the crack really formed over the next couple of days) A shock for me as an inexperienced grower - but again, as with everything so far, the BPP just. did. not. care. at all. i supported her with some stakes from below and rubbercoated garden wire, but honestly, the plant took good care of itself. Note to self - train early, train evenly, and test flexibility BEFORE adjusting :P Ramped up PPFD to about 600 and Watering to 1,5L on Day 21 and 2L on Day 25. They were getting thirsty! Day 21 was the last time i added root juice with 1 ml/L, and Day 25 i began adding Flowering Nutes and Stims with BioBloom and Topmax, 1ml/L each per plant. PH with both waterings was 6,5. Didnt measure Drain PH cause i was lazy. Also defoliated leaves that were blocking out future budsites. So far, they didnt care about topping, staking them down, defoliating, and Plant B also didnt care 1 bit about being literally ripped in half. i am impressed.

Having to feed every other day and she is drinking 7L of water. (3mL CalMag | 5mL Micro | 5mL Gro | 7.5mL Bloom (per gallon) She seems to be done stretching. Did a final prune and have the final form set. Going to start dialing back the N, she certainly has enough, and going to do a 0.5g top dressing of Sulphur. I want to start building up the mercaptans but don't want to over acidify the soil and prevent P uptake. Hopefully fall temperatures kick in soon, I'm seeing peak temps at canopy of 84°F @ 850PARR. The end of this week will be day 30 of flower (50%) so this will be the last week running this hot. **Update | She is still stretching** Plant has great vigor but terp wise so far not really impressed. Its certainly got some fruit to it but is also has this earthyness to it that just isn't my number. Regardless the update next week will be good. She is putting on some great colas much faster than its tent mate

Day 131 This plant was experiencing nutrient burn and nitrogen toxicity, it has just been fed its third straight watering of 5.9-6.0 PH water to hopefully flush and balance out this poor girl as she progresses through flower

This week has been great! Germination on all 4 Pre 98 Bubbas and 2 Dirty Blondes was a success!! We planted them in there pots an through out the week we gave em each a very light spray down of pure water phd at 6.5 and by Friday they all popped out the soil Let’s go!!!!! WEEK #20 – WE'RE GETTING JUICY Final Stretch (or so). -2/-1 weeks for SMC and -1/0 weeks for Skywalker *Haze* according to Dutch Passion standard. So we're a bit overdue. But with the size of the plants, who cares? Still very little healthy plants, no signs for "end of life". Checked trichomes on top buds regularly: Milky way is here, but still not much amber. In fact not noticeably more than last week. Skywalker (to be expected) still a bit behind. But i can see additional calyxes forming (green/fresh pistills), so totally worth the wait. 😍 This time i cropped the detail shots to avoid the mediocre resizing of growdiaries. It's fun to just look at the plants, i hope you can imagine as well now. Regarding smell, it hit me today 😰. SMC smells like fruit loops - not kidding. Well, a bit of fuel/diesel smell in the air, but full sweet fruitiness. 1-2 more weeks, fingers crossed. 😺

So how was this week. Major changes: Turned lights to 14 /10 to reduce heat on the plants and reduce burning the tips. Keep tent open during the day to reduce humidity and temperatures using 2 fans. Temps range from 76 -78 with rh 43 - 46%. Put the plants in the garage at night. This greatly reduces night temperatures also we have been having colder than normal weather. The night temperatures ranged from 53-58 & rh 41-51%. I continued to flush with a gal of water for each plant on day 79. This is because I've been over feeding and thought this could reduce the in plan nutrient stores. Responses to my last question revealed that I have a cal mag problem. I go to our local hardware / garden store that I know carries cannabis fertilizers. No they did not have any cal mag solution. Order came in yesterday at the end of the week. Day 81 fed 1 tsp tiger bloom per gal ( used 2 gal for all plants). Ppm was at a very low 410. This is much lower than the recommended feeding range but they have been getting too much. Day 82. Normally I would not water as the pots still had weight to them, but the cal mag came in so I made up 2 gal with 2 tsp fox farm cal mag and fed their usual water amount. 👏 Based on the seed info, it looks like I'm within a week or two from harvest. Even problemen gehad met de ph-waarde, waardoor er waarschijnlijk geen correcte voedingsopname was. Mijn planten werden lichter van kleur en sommige bladeren werden zelfs duidelijk geel tussen de nerven.😕 Ik ga er althans vanuit dat dit het probleem was, aangezien ik eventjes kraantjeswater gaf voor de cal en mag maar dit niet afzuurde. Vandaag testte ik de ph-waarde van het kraantjeswater met mijn nieuwe ph meter en kwam ik uit op 7.2, niet goed voor kokos dus. Ik schakelde meteen weer over naar regenwater, wat met voedingsstoffen in mooi uitkwam op ph 5.8👌 Hopend dat ze zich herstellen, update volgt. De groei gaat gelukkig mooi door!💚 Update 11 mei : 2 planten toonden magnesiumtekort door vorige ph problemen met kapotte meter. Je kan dit nog zien op de foto's tussen de nerven. Intussen kokos aangevuld met kieseriet (magnesium) en geen Epsomzout omdat ik dit een lapmiddel vind en liever op lange termijn werk. Na problemen met de ph en substraat gespoeld te hebben, nu ook weer voeding aan het opbouwen👊 Planten stonden hiervoor buiten in een kas, maar hier kreeg ik de luchtvochtigheid niet onder controle (bleef boven de 80 zitten). Ze zijn nu verhuisd naar hun nieuwe verblijf, mijn schuur waar ik altijd kweekte. Buitenkas was een test, maar is dus geen goede optie👎 Op de foto's en video kan je zien dat ze nu veel beter wonen🌱 Update 14/05 : Eerst laten herstellen van magnesiumtekort. Fimmen + LST gestart. Ik leg mijn planten graag plat💚
