Generative steering Day 30 sprayed with Jas Day 31 noticed spider mites

Another week has flown by! The girls are doing great, cruise control this week as I have just been monitoring RH and temps. Trying to keep them as low as possible, I’ve been getting as low as 74 during the day and 68 at night. I finally took a look a look at the trichomes with my jewellers loop, lots of cloudy, and a few amber around the leaves and top colas, but still lot’s of clear trichomes. I’ve ordered myself a wireless/usb digital microscope to assist with the process, and looks like it will be here just in time to determine harvest day. 😎🎄 I started by eliminating the nutrients at the beginning of the week. I typically allow for 3-4 pure water feeds before I harvest, and at the rate they have been drinking, this should be enough to get through the 7-12 days they have before harvest. I don’t flush, but rather “rinse” with normal water amounts, allowing the plant to use up the remaining nutrients in the soil. This also allows me to recover most of the soil from my grows and reuse ♻️ with other soil mix. There has been great debate and a great deal of bro science out there for many years, but the recent studies suggest there is no difference in end result when it comes to flushing or using nutrients right until the end, if a proper dry and cure is performed. The plant that is in the autopot system is 20 inches tall (grew about 7 inches in a week) and i call it #1, and #2 indoors; #3 is outside. #1 and #3 are identical in physical traits. Beautiful plant overall. This is Day 21 is the last day ill do a;ot of training

Snapped the main branch a little but its been healing ok. Besides that shes been getting bigger filling out her new pot. Also took the smaller lowest branch for my first clone attempt. Probably gonna experiment with a couple more cuttings maybe even an auto clone for laughs. Been raising the light an inch at a time as i noticed signs of light stress. All in all good week happy growing friends

Week 15 for Gelato 41 by seedstockers She got a MASSIVE defoliation... session done to her. She looks a little naked as of now but she will bounce back nicely by next week😇 She really needed it, it was so bushy before you couldn't even put your arm into the plant to figure out what was what😂 Oddly enough 30% of the plant seems to be in pre-flower when the rest doesn't... She does get shaded the quickest in the garden but wouldn't expect her to be flowering already... Still hasn't been watered since the rain last week but i may have to give water once this week as we have 40+ degrees incoming 😰

Day 52-64 (Day 54) I’m going to thoroughly inspect each plant and remove bananas if found. So far it’s only been the one on #7 but I don’t want to take a chance. I’m also going to give a watering with some runoff. (Day 55) Can’t find anymore bananas but that one. I will probably find a few bag seeds but who knows. It’s way too late for pollen to really have effect anyway. These 5 plants finish nice and early compared to my other tent flipped on the same day. I would never take this strain 65+ days like last time. I would do 56-60 days next time I flower this strain (Day 58) Holy shit this tent is fading like crazy now. They are starting to show some beautiful autumn colors. #1 #5 and #7 are definitely done. #3 and #6 could use a little more time so I’ve decided to take them down on the 24th. I haven’t seen anymore bananas and the one that popped out on #7 has shriveled up and receded. (Day 63) I’m seeing what look like seed pods starting to form in some of the main colas on my picture perfect pheno. #7 is showing 3 or 4 little bananas too. All of the top buds are definitely done so I’m going to harvest as soon as the lights come on tomorrow. I’m going to give one last watering right now and then harvest. I’ve noticed that harvesting a watered plant will extend the dry time by a few days and that’s exactly what I’m looking for. A nice slow dry. Plants are being full plant hung + dry trimmed and tent is being kept at 60-65 degrees and 60-65% RH. Cutting everything down was a pain in the ass. I had to individually cut each square the scrog net so it wouldn’t contract and squish all the buds. I chopped down my other tent as well so I have no other plants in flower right now.

Most ladies are showing signs of flowering so today I will start counting the weeks. Here u can also see my mutant/special ladies. They germinated a bit different from the others. Day 3 of flower is showing some major progress‼️🙌🏽 I did NOT top any of these mutated plants. I only removed some very ugly growing leaves. So everything u see on them is done by mother nature.

Just on plain water now. The plants have definitely put on a bit more weight in the last week but they're very nearly finished and just waiting to ripen. Trichomes are all cloudy and I can only spot one or two amber trichs so will wait another week to see. Plant 2 looks like it could possibly go a little longer so we'll see. Tiny bit of purple coming through in the buds of Plant 1. Both plants have a real wobble on now with the weight as seen in the video. Have really enjoyed growing this strain. Buds look dense and sparkly. It stinks to high heaven and should have good bag appeal. Just keen to get them out the tent to give the light over to the other plants.

I managed to turn the negative heat temperature in to something positive by introducing co2 to the environment. As a result of the diy co2 method some of branches grew up by 1.5 inches in 2days! Will continue to utilise co2 in the box for now. I also had to adopt the defoliation method Way to many leaves could cause problems by raising the moisture level in the box. As a result of the defoliation a lot of light is reaching the bottom of the box. Which means I can grow other small plants in the box. I switched to bloom NPK ratios. Slowly introducing the raw mix. It’s doing fine and as allways no tip burns

Getting a growth spurt on switched to flower mode on the 600w led, installed the extractor and carbon filter as it's getting to smell a little fruity even at this stage. Lite feed in this early stage with the listed nutes, seem to be responding well. 17/10 Defoliated today and made a CBD smoothie from the lower canopy with almonds, apple, lemon and lime, the leaves were very fresh, it was pretty nice. She smells like old socks but gets you higher than the empire state, i cant wait for her to finish up in two weeks
