Heeey!! Guess who missed the watering schedule again! 😳 At least my babies recovered fast... but heat where I live is just crazy right now! The average of this week was 30° C (86° F, which is veeery high) but there were some days that I reached 33° C (91° F) 😲 My girl also reached the size of 71cm. Somewhat less than what I was expecting but the buds are getting bigger and more beautiful, so I don't really care right about that. The smell is also getting stronger. Also Matcha isn't going to grow much more but her branches are full of beautiful flowers and I think she might end getting a little more resinous than her sister. Maybe she has a different phenotype? 😮 Her leaves are also darker and "harder" (probably it's the nutrients) if you compare them to Pistachio, maybe that's a sign? (besides her size). D57 Ninth week humidity problems, I added a fan in total 3, added an additional extractor that introduces fresh air, I constantly keep the growbox open, so the risk of mold seems to have been avoided. stop PK 13 14 and big bud, now only biobizz for my fat.

Time to harvest!!

She was nearly lost before she began. After 24 hours in water, I planted her directly in Bio365 soil. But she didn’t break the surface. By day four, I gently brushed the soil and found her buried deep but alive—a yellow curl with promise. I left her lightly covered, and by morning, Ada broke through. This week was about not giving up too early. A reminder that growth often happens unseen. We started slow, but we started strong.

Gave the girls their first big feed yesterday and so far they seem to love it. One of the Bubba kush plants has a slight case of heat stress but it's not much n she's still growing. Happy growing my friends.. #CultivationsTheMotivation 🌱

My second growroom is built and the girls have moved in. Medical Mass is a new medical cannabis strain with a high CBD content and a low THC level that provides good medical properties without a strong psychoactive effect. This is a mostly indica plant that contains 40% sativa and 60% indica. Critical Mass and CBD rich strain were crossed to create this amazing valuable variety. The plant suits both for indoors and outdoors, for beginner and experienced growers. The strain grows up to 60 - 100 cm tall and produces good yields for such height of about 500 - 550 gr/m2. The plant demonstrates great results even in small spaces. The flowering time takes only 7-8 weeks and the harvest comes in late September. The smoke brings very strong, intense flavors with sweet notes of honey and skunk and an intense pleasant relaxation. Medical Mass is the great choice for each medical user due its small height, ease of growing, fast flowering and of course great medical potency. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2017-12-25. Week 16, day 3. The girls starts to look better now and the buds are growing. Had to support the branches and did a defoliation and rearrange some of the buds so they get more lights. This week in our organic grow we are introducing Fox Farms beastie blooms into the garden to help initiate flower production and to help boost up the nutrients the plant is receiving as all “feedings” are beneficial teas.

Plants started getting real bushy a couple of days after topping. Low Stress Trained all the plants at the end of the week by tying them down using rubber coated garden wire to spread out the newly grown tops. Also spaced out each plant evenly on the tray and turned on the other 2 PB2000 LED lights I had ready to go.

Ginger Nut Cookies & Aussie Music Videos Week 16 Harvest 17 th April 2020 This Entire feminised seed making and growing project was a very good learning experience for me. Right from the very start, when I successfully got a Cutting ,taken from a Barneys Farm Red diesel female plant to produce feminised pollen after treating it with a silver thiosulfate solution. I then used it to pollinate a Fastbuds Girl scout cookies auto plant and let it grow to maturity. This only produced 3 viable seeds one of which is the subject of this Diary. I made up the name "Ginger nut cookies" after a variety of cookies we have here in Australia that are made with ginger. They are the same colour as the distinct red hairs on the red diesel buds. And would you believe those same vivid red hairs were passed on to this plant so I wasn't too far off the mark with the strain name. Her flavour however is nothing like red diesel or girl scout cookies and infact as taken on a smell and aroma all of it's own. She has a lovely tropical fruit like taste and the smell is a bit like fruit yoghurt. It has an unreal after taste on the exhale and the lingering second hand smoke smells very sweet and enticing. She has a pretty well balanced high too not as potent as the GSC nor as energenic as the red diesel but just a pleasant mix of the two. It was a very easy to grow and undemanding plant that didn't seem to require a lot of extra feeding other than the 100% organic nutrients that were within the soil and a few things like compost teas etc. The other element of this diary was of course the weekly Aussie music videos That I provided the links for and put up a little video clip preview of each Artists song. 3/03/2021 - Seeds arrived - I let one seed soak in distilled water for 12 hours. Room temperature. The other seed will go straight into a moist paper towel tomorrow. 3/04/2021 - After 12 hours of soaking I moved the seed to a moist paper towel and put in a ziploc bag. I also started another Seedsman Blueberry seed (didn’t soak it as an experiment). I put the ziploc bags in a warm dark spot. I will check it in 24 hours. 3/5/2021 - The seed I let soak for 12 hours has started to root. I’m going to let the tap root get a little bigger before I transfer it to a rock wool cube. I will check the seeds in 6 hours. Well 6 hours later the non soaked seed broke open and exposed a small tap root. Tomorrow they should be ready for rock wool cubes. 3/6/2021 - Moved the seeds to rock wool cubes. We observed that the seed that did not soak, rather just placed into moist paper towels, had the first sprout. We made sure to put root down first with spout over the top of the rock wool. 3/7/2021 - Both seeds have sprouted and are in the humidity dome. They will continue to grow until I see roots. 3/8/2021 - The sprouts look great! We will let them grow until roots appear from the bottom of the cubes. The 3rd cube in the dome is another Seedsman Blueberry we will be growing as a mother plant for clones. 3/9/2021 - Not really much to report. They seem to have stopped stretching and are taking shape nicely. I will continue to keep them in the humidity dome until they root out of the bottom. 3/10/2021 - Today all 3 seedlings had roots showing in the rock wool. I transplanted each one into solo cups filled with Fox Farm Happy Frog. I noticed the cubes were soaked and over watered. The soil will dry it out and I will start feeding them Fox Farm Big Bloom.

Despite her flaws due to my own fault she was giving me a real cheese smell but now the wedding cake comes through and sweetens it up. She smells amazing

Not long now! Trichomes turning milky. I would think within the next week she will be harvested.

Zweite Woche im Oktober, das Wetter wird immer unbeständiger, die trychome sehen gut aus - Zeit für die Ernte. Ich habe erstmal einige Fächerblätter ohne Harzbesatz entfernt und den Rest zum trocknen aufgehängt. Aufgrund von Platzmangel teils in Umzugskartons und teils im Netz. Nach einer Weile habe ich die Blüten dann vom Stengel getrennt, Manikürt und ins Glas verfrachtet. Aufgrund der Menge war ich bei der Maniküre nicht all zu penibel und habe auch einiges zur späteren Weiberverarbeitung im Eisfach gelagert.

Despite having no training she is stretching very nicely and she's willing to flowering and starting to smell danki very lovely plant to look for in the future.
