I loved it. Grew some really nice buds, produced an amazing smell that filled the room once I opened my tent. The buds are really sticky, trichomes looked amazing they were about 75% cloudy when I cut her down.

Made the flip to flower to start this week. Did a bunch of lst to get the side branches booming for the Scrog. Put a second net right above her to start things off spacing and structre wise. Second she starts to stretch its scrog game on! Got her on a well balanced diet to support her transition period. Can't wait to see her explode and take off! Start rowing me out some colas! This lady was a really big beast!! It's the biggest plant I ever grown. The smell of the plant wasn't that strong while growing and flowering, when I harvested her, the smells was already a little stronger. I'm very happy with the yield of the plant. Made it to the end of week 3. She's continuing to grow every day and widen out too. Still only used water until this point but plan on using liquid seaweed this week. Had a few days of sunshine with temps of 28°c which she wasn't keen on and her leaves were curling up so moved her to partial shade and that sorted her out. I'm super pleased to have made it this far with what looks like a healthy plant. Being a newbie and paranoid it's not right. She looks to be on par with most I've seen at 3 weeks. This particular strain is relatively short at around 60cm when fully grown. I'm not growing for big yeilds, just trying to enjoy the process Any tips or hints are very welcome. 1/7 Gave seaweed as a foliar spray and next day she had a few claw leaf tips. Nitrogen toxicity?? Flushed her the next day. Not had any more clawing but keeping a close eye. Barely had any sun for weeks so considering the lack of sun she's still growing. Can anyone give me opinions in how she's looking?

This week has gone well, had a bunch of stuff typed out and closed my browser by mistake and now this is #2 attempt to post this week. Easy week for the plants, they have being growing well and I am impressed by the size of them. I added in some potassium silicate to introduce some Si into this grow. I decided to top them as they where starting to grow their 4th node, snipped that tip off and we're golden. They are kinda smelly if you rub them and that's fun too, Some of the hot peppers have also popped up and started growing. I still don't have anything on the Naga Morich pepper that I am hoping for. I have a feeling that as the seeds I got from these peppers where from a dehydrated pepper, they might be duds nuked from the dry heat of the dehydrator. I do have 4 vials of hot pepper seeds where the label has fallen off, I found the labels but no idea what one goes on what bottle. One out of the four bottles is Naga Morich, Having some none dehydrated seeds in my possession is one step closer to getting more of this hottie. I also found a fly out of no where, Its little wing is damaged and it more or less hops and glides unsuccessfully vs fly's but I took some videos of it. I also seen a few fungus gnats, little fuckers where not in my apartment before I am convinced their eggs survive in the stuff I buy then come out of it. Kinda annoying. PLUS I borrowed a light meter from my hydro shop, I was expecting it to be a LUX meter and that I would have to do a bunch of conversions but it was not, it was a legit Quantum Par Sensor, detecting in PPF "Photosynthetic Photon Flux" or umols/s, with these readings I can calculate my PPFD "PPF+Density" I have mapped out my tents floor into a colour coded grid of dots and mapped out the PPF at varying heights and dims. However I did not do it right and need to redo this. But once this is done I will have a functioning PPFD map with relation to my tent. This will help me tone in DLI and get it aorund a solid 35-40. Will be gearing up for a transplant next week. I try and post on Fridays but don't always get around to it. I take the pics on that date though and then try and remember what I was going to write about that week. PS Gorilla Tent Accessory's suck shit. The SCROG nets pic has the gorilla 2x4 SCROG net "black" and the Secret Jardin 2x4 SCROG net "white" beside it. massive difference in quality and size. I should have known when they state on the label its for 2x2 or 2x4, that's not even possible. Also tried out the nutrient line that's part of the gorilla tent company, Lotus, I ran it one year and it was just trash, did not work, had issues since first week and they would not correct. Buddy reached out to me and said same thing happened to him and he disliked the brand. Monday 12/12 - week 3 bloom begins, light height is 14” from canopy but only 6” from main colas - small plants is far far behind in height now sadly don’t think it will catch up now Tuesday 13/12 - heavy defoliation on the 3 large plants - light defoliation on the small one - raised the SCRoG and moved sites around to space them out - cleared some small and stringy sites from the bushy back right plant

Cannot comment on taste or smoke . It has just been harvested , the aroma is making me high tho lolol . It's beginning to look a lot like a happy green Christmas lololol Whooop , il be getting mi freak on big time . Recommend fast buds seeds highly . I can't update smell , taste atm due to a cold starting but the hit I'm getting from smoking it is heavy altho atm not accurate due to afore mentioned cold.

I notice her Ovules are very large in size. Quite unlike any plant I have seen before. I don't know if this is a 'primative' strain but it's quite unusual. So far: 147g wet Day 77 - Staggered harvest started. When I see a couple of amber trichomes on a bud I will harvest it and leave the rest. Day 84 - The other colas are getting there slowly. I don't know if it is the heat stressing her out 30 c in tent. We have a heatwave here right now.... Day 84 - 2.11g dry ground up Day 89 - 1.72g dry ground up Day 91 - What is left of her. She looks a mess lol. Day 94 - Final harvest trimmed up and drying. Final dry total to follow in a few days. Day 100 - Final weigh up. Well we got 72.46g on the scales today. I never did wet weight after the first harvest so dismiss that. In total I got 74.57g. It is a very small harvest for me but I don't think this plant has the genetics to be a big yielder.000

Week 9: Growth, Clones, and Preparing for Buds This week brought some important changes to the grow! The plants stretched significantly, taking advantage of the rainy weather, despite the temperature fluctuations. Overall, the conditions are supporting their development well. Notes: I made a few more clones, and so far, all of them are thriving. It's exciting to see a 100% survival rate for the clones so far. Out of the 12 plants, I identified three males. Two of them have started opening their pollen sacs, and I’ve begun collecting. The pollen is being stored in the freezer for future breeding projects. I did a light defoliation to improve light penetration to the lower branches, which should help promote even growth.

Flowering day 15 since time change to 12 / 12 h Hey guys :-) This week the ladies developed beautifully 👍. The stretch has started very strongly :-) . Watering was done twice this week with 1.2 l (see table above for nutrients). The heating mat does exactly what it is supposed to do, you can see that the ladies are doing perfectly again 😃. Fresh osmosis water was mixed with tap water in a 100 liter tank so that I would have enough stale water for the coming week 👍. Otherwise everything was cleaned and checked. During the check, I noticed that after spraying neem oil 3 times, there were still a few damn trips to see. I have ordered nematodes for leaf and substrate against tripse. Been Flushing since day 60 and she has finally reached the end. REALLY like how she turned out and I think am about to but something really special in a jar!

Day 48 (Day 6 12/12) Plants grow real strong and all show that they are female. Lamps are on 100 % now. These lady's stretching fast. Day 52 (Day 10 12/12) Pushed down the stems in the scrognet First clone rooted and is now in a p9 on lightmix Day 54 (Day 12 12/12) Good stretch. Durban is not stretching to much. Buds are slowly forming.

I really enjoy growing and this strain is one I've spent a lot of time on. This is my largest harvest of Gelato Cake and it was only 1 plant, I have harvested 5 at once and just equaled what this one plant did. I feel really good about it thanks to the GD community for the support and diaries to learn from

The smell is insane now for only being 28 days. She's extremely frosty as well. Really easy gro.

starting week 6,the wedding cheesecakes are in flower for a couple of days now and the gg are starting to flower. alot of wind and clouds and rain these past two weeks but the girls are looking good in my opinion. update:after 4 or 5 days of rain and low temperatures finally the re is sunlight so the girls have to recover a bit. but things are looking better wheatherwise. cheers!
