DAY 30, LESSON LEARNED It's been a tough few days for the ladies. But, what doesnt kill u makes u stronger😁💪🏾. After my last post the plants started to show some nutrient burn. I believe that happend because after my last defoliation post I gave the plants the same amount of water and nutrients as before. But ofcourse the plants were much smaller after the defoliation, so what I should have done was reduce the amount of water and nutrients. So these last days it was just watching the plants and keeping a close eye on em.

Starting the sixth week of my ladies. Cleaning the bottom and removing the « suckers » (future popcorn buds at the basis) to get more energy to the top !

To tell the truth, I am very surprised myself, how amazing she is FastBuds Gorilla cookies, she copes well with a small space:) she drinks 1 liter every day :) everything looks better than expected:) good luck to everyone.

Never ever put an autoflower and a photoperiod in the same grow box. The harvest was fantastic despite my mistake. I have to admit that the Sativa gave me a lot more pleasure than the Skunk as well as a superior final yield. 100% satisfied. Thanks Sensi Seeds.

So this week I saw some decent bud development! There are a couple of colas with tips a little too close to the light, but they aren't getting super high PAR measurements so I think they're good. I added PK 13/14 this week, so I wanted to see some interesting changes. Not as much as I thought, but some flowers are noticeably much fatter than a few days ago. Had an issue with the top layer of my coco getting dry which I realised to be from the 15L dehumidifier I had in there, right next to my pot 😳 So that's now on full power in the room outside of the tent. The heat can be a bit of an issue, reaching 27-28c briefly some days. There's been a couple of fluctuations in the humidity, from 55% RH to 70%, so I've straightened the ducting and tried to perfect my ventilation and environment as much as possible. I'm debating buying a co2 bag to help my plant deal with the heat and intense light. The trichomes are really starting to show, with the 60x magnifier I can see so many cool heads. It just seems that my buds aren't really filling out beneath the pistils, causing me to worry. This week there were so many photos that even after picking out my favourites I ended up with 111 of them! Also, it's worth noting that the nutrient amounts I have listed are in *ml/1.5l. Well week 1 of flower first day 12.12 light schedule finally figured out how to make changes to heights and nutes on this sites diary, starts todayran into a slight problem with the jack herer seeds they had a rare over growth of inner follisge that developed after topping and within 4 days before going into today week 1 of flower to remove scrog net and re prune they seemed to react differently than other breeders same strain but no big deal cut netting off to avoid damaging during end of veg before plants Garrett to tall which I have the room for just not the extra time it would of taken so we are starting flower and will just grow wall to wall in this 48x48x80 tent

Just tucking away 🤣🤣🤣 Last weeks feeding was slightly too high for transition. I am realizing that the amount of fulvic/humid acid reduces the need for full strength ratios. This week we are going to feed 800 again, as the need for ppm’s has increased, but I am going to stay under 850 unless I see deficiency in leaves. The photosynthesis plus has been added to the mix. I know, I have recharge. However, there are certain strains in PP that recharge does not have. Specifically there is a strain for absorbing more from the lights. I have some purple stems from the light being a little to intense. We will be adding a little more cal-mag to the next feeding also. Looks like feeding will take place Tuesday/Wednesday this week. All plants are female and no Herms present for the party 😂😂 10-25 did a pre-feed of cal-mag, 8 oz. Later this evening I will do the main feeding 3 cups. The ratios are still 8-8-8 at 800 ppm’s. The extra ppm’s come in the form of extra cal-mag. Did some tucking as I am in stretch phase. So I work with a grower who is 76 years old. He has some old school techniques that make sense. He pre-waters his containers with 25% water. The remainder 75% is either nutrients OR additives that need to be added to the water. I took it a step further. I added cal-mag to the pre-water stage. Then I fed the nutrients second stage. Cal-mag is the “carrier” for nutrients throughout the plant. “Adding the nutrients after, makes it easy for the nutrients to fully saturate the soil and reach all the roots. This also prevents salt build up.” Ron’s Words. I will say my containers held double the amount of water using his method. 10-28 added some reflective material around the sides. My Growmie at RedmanFarms suggested I add it to the room. I am inside of an open air room for flowering cycle. Today was watering day. First watering was a light dose of cal/mag. Second watering was kelp, seaweed, photosynthesis plus, monk beans SST, fulvic/humic acid. One of the plants ( top left) seems to have a sulpher/magnesium deficiency ( it’s also the one with the soil I don’t like). I made some Iron/Tone tea by Espoma at 200 ppm’s and did a foliar feed. So far I see some progress on purple recessing and the growth has started to match the other 4. I have 1 more week of tucking to do and then I do a HEAVY defoliation on day 21. After than I won’t touch the plants other than feedings and water.

Flowering is going great so far and temps are staying low with the light on full blast. I'm running dangerously close to running out of space though, the last grow stayed so short and bushy, this one got very lanky during flower, I have 3 inches before I go past 12 inches between the canopy. Hopefully the stretch has slowed down. Noticed some burnt leaf ends so I dialed it back on the calmag to 3ml per gal. Also noticed spring tails in the water, but after reading I'm not worried about those little guys in my soil. This plant is massive and takes the whole tent up

Starting to get the humidity in a better range. Buds are finally starting to get a lil size to them. Ppms are also in a better range not to high but not to low. I dont believe its still trying to lock out anymore. Hopefully I didnt set my self back to far but only time will tell.

Welcome to 📅 Day 22 of veg 4/5/2021 and boy am I happy with the growth on the girl under the MH TS1000 she is growing fast and strong and that's just what I want to see later today I will be mixing a new batch of nutes but that's about it Update 📅 Day 25 of veg 4/8/2021 she is still growing very fast under the TS 1000. I have done some more LST as she grows. I have noticed some problems in the leaves but it is very little and I hope it will not get worse only time will tell.
