08/27/2021 Been 7 days since last pictures. Pheno #4 was eliminated do to the fact she reversed (hermied) I believe that an outside light was at fault. ( lemon Thai) genetics maybe coming through. Others have not really been affected but pheno #2,3 may have been delayed a bit but no sign of hermies just not as developed as pheno #1(Hulk). Going to mix up a flowering tea (AACT) fungal dominant. Also topdress with Gypsum, and Diatomatious Earth before tea is applied. Gypsum Gypsum is calcium sulfate (CaSO4). Refined gypsum in the anhydrite form (no water) is 29.4 percent calcium (Ca) and 23.5 percent sulfur (S). Usually, gypsum has water associated in the molecular structure (CaSO4·2H2O) and is approximately 23.3 percent Ca and 18.5 percent S (plaster of paris). Chopped her two days into week 14. What else. Buds. There are a lot of them. And they are quite large. And they look like they will require little effort to trim. What more can I wish for? I am a very happy man. Upd 1: Trimming is SO SIMPLE! Not much sticking out to begin with, because of the amazing bud structure and me plucking most bud node fans. Solid nugs which are not bothered by anything, so pulling smaller sub-bud fans is very simple too, while the buds are what I would call moist. I'll call this Moist Trim 😄 ✂️✂️✂️ Went for the best trimming tools available on the market (well at least my research concluded so) and LOVING every minute of trimming with the B-500SRF. Why would I or anyone else use something less suitable or less comfortable for such a delicate and long job is beyond me, except if you cannot afford one right now, in which case I wish you to experience it one day. Fiskars are also very good in therms of the blades, coating and cutting ability and precision, but the spring is just too stiff, like way, way to stiff for something that is to be used for hours on end. One might argue that such spring force helps overcome resin buildup, but please just rinse your instrument regularly in an appropriate solvent (ethy, iso, whatever — consider you instrument materials as well) and wipe it after. Why would you let significant amounts of resin to accumulate on such a gentle and precise tool? Kinda defeats the purpose?

6/28/25 Transplanted into 3 gallon pot amended with dr earth 463 at 10 ml per gallon of soil and a couple handfuls of homemade worm castings. added mykos to the transplant hole for the roots. The roots on the black opium look really really nice and

It seems her internal clock did not persisted the issues with her roots as seedling. If you check on previous weeks, she had root problems as early seedling but did recover well but I thought that I've lost a week or more from Veg phase. Next end of next week she starts flowering and let's see the development!

Heeey! 👋 Here's the third week of flower or the 2nd with actually visible buds! And some have grown quite a lot in such little time, nice! 😁 And the plant stretched a lot too! Sooo, everything is going well, or it seems that way! If anything what's happening is that I'm still taking too long to water my plants (but they do recover fast!) 😖 and I'm also giving them all the proper nutrients they need (I was missing one last week, oops!). I also defoliated my babies this week. Hopefully the lower buds will thank me later! 😃 I'd like to add as well that all the previous issues that were visible on Matcha seem to be gone, which is good! Her leaves are healthier (a little too dark maybe) and there is no more "tigering" in her leafs! Once both stop growing I'll start giving them the rest of the nutrients to fatten up the buds, but I'll let you all know before I do it! Thanks for reading and I hope you all enjoy the photos!

Good morning, today is officially say one of flower, I flipped last Saturday so these girls took their time transitioning. Took a full 8 days as just this morning I noticed just a few pistils, I don’t count the transition as flowering days. As usual I continued my every other watering of fish shit rotated with silica and they are still getting a full gallon each girl per watering. I’m trying something new since the organic nutes take time to work in, rather than top dressing every 4 weeks as Gaia suggests I’m doing half doses hi weekly so last week they got 3 tbsp of all purpose and 2 of power bloom. In two weeks they will probably get the same then the one after that all power bloom . They stretched a lot the first week as you can see in the time lapse so I’ll clean them up again in a week or two after the stretch is over eliminating and branches that don’t keep up to the top canopy and I’ll probably keep the top 5 nodes of each top depending on structure after the stretch. All plants are doing ok so far. Gave all foliar sprays of BT as there is pest pressure elsewhere in the garden. Supported the tall ones for for a windy day with 20-30mph gusts, they took the wind like champs. Wedding cheesecake the oldest and is starting to give a hint of sweet funk sometimes. Update: While checking plants today, Wedding Cheesecake had a brownish bud (bottom branch). I snip it off, no other affected sites. I will be checking diligently now, as weather has been very hot and humid.

Y desprenden ya un aroma increíble. Alguna se adelantó en la floración intentaré cortarlas todas a la vez pero ya veremos cómo progresa. Hasta aquí todo bien el único suplicio que sufro son altas temperaturas por estar en pleno verano. Acabaré este proyecto y daremos parón unas semanas. Que avance algo más el verano. Máximas de 29 y mínimas de 26 ahora viene el calor y ando jodido en humedad ronda el 40%. Very nice plant to grow. Beautiful flowers covered with trichomes. The smell is very lemon citrus flavourt. She gave a bit of a stretch. I think she isn’t the biggest yielder but definitely quality over quantity. Later on the results. Very pleased sofar! I underestimate the density of the buds. Dry weight 375 gram of 5 plants. Pheno number 2 yielded almost 100 gram! Powerfull lemon flavour with a touch of sour. Running pheno number 2 again!

Week went again very uneventful. The plant does what she is supposed to be doing (gaining weight) :). Still lots of new pistils appearing overnight, I am checking the Trichomes daily, however, everything remains milky, with only very little % of amber trichomes. Once amber colours start increasing I will start flushing.
