Hello gardeners! I'm starting my third grow after two good attempts where I learned a lot. In my first trial I was able to pull 40 + 20 + 20 = 80 g under not optimal conditions (limited time mostly), and in my second I improved to roughly 40 + 40 + 60 = 140 g with one additional week in veg and an additional led panel during flower. Now, my goal is to harvest 3 x 60 = 180 g with pretty much the same set up. The differences from my previous grow will be: 1) 1 more week in veg (total 6 weeks): I felt that my girls were not mature enough when I flipped them to 12/12 in the last grows. I wanna see them stronger and more robust this time 2) Use a larger pot size during flower (5 gal): for the same reason as above, I want to give them the opportunity to be strong and robust plants 3) Reduced number of colas (16 per plant): last time I was a bit conservative doing lollipop and removing the little side branches, and ended up with ~23 colas/ plant, which did not allow proper spacing between colas. Although ventilation was never a problem, there was a lot of shade that could not be avoided. 4) Improved feeding regime: (see images) one of my goals with my growing is to establish a good feeding regime that works reasonably well for average strains with my growing medium (PRO MIX herbs and vegetables). Since the medium is a hybrid between soil and soiless, the plants don't need extra nuts in the first weeks, but as the plants grown, the organic compost present in the medium becomes not sufficient. My feeding strategy is basically the GH Flora Series - Drain to Waste chart with reduced amounts in the first 4 weeks and slightly less nitrogen during flowering. 5) Height Control: since the girls will have an extra week to grow, I'll need to be extra cautious and control their height from the very beginning. I'll be doing 1 top in the CBD and GG, and probably 2 on the Moby Dick. I also may try something similar to manifolding on the Moby Dick if she starts to grow really faster than the others. In addition, I'll be scroging everything as low as I can. 6) LED panel distance: last time plants finished flowering about 16 in away from the lamp. This week started with the last feedings with Top Bud (1 ml/l) and after that, flushing time... The yellowing appeared at the end of the week, and the 3 pointed leaves deteriorated faster as normal leaves so when this started the plant lost it easily and fast. The colas are getting bigger each day, carbohydrates and enzymes full dose (TopCandy 2ml/l), until harvest, as this product is recommended until the end... Added micro vita to clean ethe soil and roots, not much, like 2-3 grams No bugs, fungus or other pests at the moment. Flushing schedule: -Water-/-TopCandy-/-Water-

As I delve deeper into this exploratory phase, I draw invaluable insights from the thriving cannabis community, whose collective wisdom informs my decision-making process. Given my geographical location and available resources, I’ve opted for a strategic shift in my cultivation strategy. Previously, I’ve been procuring seeds at an average cost of $10 to $22 per seed, with a relatively broad success rate variance, ranging from 70% to 85%. However, an alternative presents itself in the form of local cultivators. These businesses offer cannabis plants aged between 2 to 4 weeks, boasting an impressive variety of over 100 strains. These juvenile plants are offered at a cost-effective rate: an average of $100 for eight plants. With a success rate hovering between 70% and 95%, these plants offer excellent value. Essentially, I can access pre-grown plants at a substantial discount, in turn significantly boosting my chances of success. Consequently, I am poised to transition away from growing cannabis from seeds to harvesting. By sourcing my plants from local cultivators, I stand to significantly reduce overhead and production time—an undeniably smart move from a business standpoint. This strategic pivot signifies the end of an era and the exciting beginning of a more efficient and cost-effective chapter in my cannabis cultivation journey. I am currently outlining a plan to expand my cultivation by acquiring several juvenile plants, which should be happening between July 1st and 3rd. The new additions to my garden will include Acapulco Gold, Gelato, White Truffle, and Runtz. These will be cultivated in harmony with the existing growth, which comprises God’s Gift, Northern Lights, and the final surviving F1 Epsilon. My primary objective is to establish the most efficient and cost-effective supply chain possible. I aim to achieve this through the use of an off-grid system that runs solely on solar power, which will ensure complete sustainability and renewability. From a business standpoint, this approach is advantageous as it allows me to leverage the growth of high-quality plants that are already in the cultivation phase. The new plants are expected to arrive in about a week. If the growth rate of the currently cultivated plants doesn’t meet expectations, I’ll be incorporating several of the newly arrived plants into the hydroponics systems. Drastically increased distance to the light from 30cm to almost 60cm, I always used to do that in previous grows but for some reason thought I had to do 30cm this time !? could also be a reason it didn't grew as usually. The mutation I found on leaf grew bigger. Will move the plant some when next week in to a smaller plant since it will not grow much bigger anymore. Added a new light to the tent, the Kingbrite P55 320W, when the plant is moved it will be back under the Mars Hydro SP3000. Switched to 24h light on the last day. Values are average of the day. So I thought the plants was going to be a flop but they turned it around, really long time tho for a auto flower, I could of ran photos with a better yield, but never the less these look like 10/10 nugs and smell amazing i can't wait to see how these look dried off.

Monkey berries is finished up in 55 days flushed too 0.0 EC . The colours are so beautiful!! She’s went quite purple for me the trichomes are thick what a killer strain to go it was my first exotic mikes genetics looking forward to the next run with exotic genetics.. stated flushing the slurrican IX yesterday she be chopped by day 60 . One last update coming of the final grow in a week or so .. happy growing

24.05.21 Einen wunderschönen euch allen. die letzten Tage der Ladys stehen an ich denke mal das ich freitag den 28.05.21 ernten werde es waren wunderbare fast 20 Wochen mit vielen Erkenntnissen für mich, ich konnte viel für mich mitnehmen im allgemeinen an Erfahrung was Erd anbau betrifft, die germination und die vegi phase sind meines Erachtens nach super gelaufen, und dann kam wieder mal die blüte Zeit bei Umstellung vergessen ein wenig vegi Dünger zu zu führen dann den blüte dünger zu hoch dosiert anstatt auf die Pflanzen zu achten wieder mal nur die zuchtpläne des dünge Herstellers beachtet grober Fehler den ich gemacht habe obwohl es in fast jedem Forum steht "die Hälfte oder sogar eher ein Viertel der empfohlenen dosis verwenden" wollte ich wieder schlauer sein und hab gleich ein auf den Deckel bekommen von den Ladys, zu Recht, wer nicht hören will muß fühlen! Bin aber dennoch zufrieden mit meinem end Ergebniss und werde in zukünftigen Erd grows besser auf die Pflanzen hören als auf irgendwelche zucht Schemen. Werde Freitag versuchen vorsichtig als erstes das netz zu entfernen (muss eh ein neues auf weben) und dann alle Ladys in ihrer vollen Pracht einzeln zu entfernen aus dem Zelt und dann noch einmal zu fotografieren für den erntetag also bis Freitag ihr Growmies und euch allen noch eine schöne Woche.......

The week went pretty well. I cut off a couple more fan leaves that were just looking pretty sad and were blacking the branches anyways. Also, I transplanted it to the 2.2 gallon Airpot on Friday. It seems to be taking to its new home well. I think it was rootbound and that was part of the problem I’ve been having. The plant grew 2 inches this week so despite the issues I’ve been having the plant is still growing and is actually looking pretty good again. My main concern now is that the tent is too small. I have the light as high as the pulley allows and it is now about 12 inches away from the plant. I should have been training this sideways and topping it earlier. Lesson learned for next time, if I can’t control the height I may need to force flowering early.
