Plants are finishing up, maybe another week and I can wrap things up. Buds didn’t get as fat as I would have liked but everything looks really nice and frosty. cleaned up all the plants with some defoliation.

Girls are loving the light! I was bit worried with the smaller gal and leaves pointing up, but with no sign of light-stress or anything else negative I've taken it as a good sign and they are just thriving so yesssss! I'm prone to want to defoliate as I'm use to growing in a much smaller environment (5 gal bucket lol) but I've been good and have only snipped a handful of leaves that were either blocking other bud-sites or restricting airflow. I cannot wait to see what this harvest brings in, I'm hoping for 3-3.5 oz (85-99grams). Now that they are flowering nicely I'm no longer using Gro, just Micro+Bloom with some calmag and silicate. Not a whole lot going on this week. Did some light trimming and removed the wires. Main stem on all 4 are nice and flat, going to let the girls veg out for a few weeks and just grow up wards. Moved the lights up 16 inches to let them stretch out. I also switched light cycles.. read an article that mentioned a lot of benefits to having 8 hours on and 4 hours off. Specifically I've noticed a lot of benefits ik terms of cooling and environmental control. I havent had to push water bottles into my buckets ar all this week. And it seems to be growing at a normal rate.

Day 65 : This lady started to make amber some of the trichomes. So today i flushed this mature lady with around 50L+ . Runout before flush was 1300ppm. After flush the runout was 400ppm. I decided to stop there. The plan is the next watering to be with pure water and when she drinks it chop chop. I goal for 15%-20% of amber. Now lets say that we are between 5%-10%. She has big heavy nuggs, not long but fat enough. LST was perfect on this lady, almost all colas are in the same height and growth. Edit Day 69 : The nuggs are very thick, Stills i don't see the number of them that i want. So i watered with pure water and continue till is ready. Leaves started to getting yellowish, so flush was successful.

She grew tall with wide node spacing allowing for excellent light penetration making her a growers dream, low maintenance, extremely tolerant of temperatures and disease/pests ) and a healthy yield of some FANTASTIC smoke...What more could you ask for? 😍💖 All in all, this strain has made it's way onto my 'list' and you'll be seeing it run again by me for sure as she's a hard one to stay away from! The temperatures, humidity, height, and watering volume(if measured) in grow conditions are all averaged for the week. The pH is soil pH. Any watering done by me is well water which is 7.6 pH and 50° F. Any listed nutrients are ml/gallon of soil spread evenly across the top of the soil. Day 1 we had high temperatures of 79° and skies were mostly cloudy. The lows at night have begun to drop below 60°F. It has been extremely humid with tons of dew in the morning. I'll continue to defoliate and spray with biofungicide to get this powdery mildew under control. Day 2 we had early morning rain followed by mostly cloudy skies. High temperature was 77. The rain took care of the watering today. I'm treating with arber again and more defoliation. Day 3 we had a high temperature of 81°F, skies were partly cloudy, and I watered 3-4 gallons from the hose. Day 4 we had a high temperature of 83° with sunny skies. I watered 4-5 gallons from the well. I treated with Arber. Day 5 we had a high temperature of 88°F. Skies were clear and sunny. The humidity was around 90% today. I watered 4-5 gallons from the well. I finally got most of the infected leaves off and have one more plant to do tomorrow. I treated with Arber again today. Day 6 we had high temperature of 89°F. Skies were sunny. I watered about 4-5 gallons with well water. I've been treating these with Arber biofungicide but it's hasn't had much affect. I stripped all the infected leaves and lollipoped two today. I'll get the third tomorrow. I'll treat these tomorrow with growers ally fungicide and see if they can be saved. Day 7 we had a high temperature of 86°F with partly cloudy skies. We're expecting rain tonight and it's super humid today. The weather is not cooperating while I'm treating for powdery mildew. This week was a success. The plants gained on average 6 inches in height. They've slowed down their upward growth and are transitioning into flower. The weather has been atrocious for cannabis. These girls are super healthy but the humidity and cool nights have caused perfect conditions for powdery mildew. I began treatment with Arber biofungicide, but it wasn't doing much. I lollipoped and defolated heavy on two of the plant and finished the third after photos on day 7. The non infected leaves are responding ok to the Arber. I'm switching now and will treat late day 7 with Growers Ally fungicide. I defolated pretty heavy, but I expect a full recovery and increased production as there will be more light penetration.

January 27th - Watered as needed January 28th- First seed sprouted. Germaninated an additional 6 feminized super skunk seeds using same method as above. Watered as needed. Recieved two tahoe OG seedlings from a friend. They are roughly a week ahead of mine. Both seedlings have a little yellowing on leaves. Both seedlings were transplanted into FF light warrior soil. Watered as needed. Placed in tent under ViparSpectra P2000 LED at 25% power 30 inches above. Tent at 71° F 65% Humidity at 18/6 light cycle. January 29th- two additional seeds sprouted. One seed from first batch pushed itself out from soil and tap root was exposed. Gently placed back in soil. (No change since) Second seed sprouted was from second batch germinated. Watered as needed using coconut water at 50ml/gallon. January 30th- Two additional seeds sprouted. Both are from second batch. Watered as needed. Added 10inch fan into grow tent set on low. January 31st- These two as well as sprout from yesterday were transplanted into Solo cups with FF light Warrior soil and moved into tent with same parameters as above except LED was moved to 40% power. Watered as needed. Feb 1st - started germanting 3 more SS seeds. Dug up the 4 seeds that had not germinated and trying a second time. No water for other seedlings today. Feb 2nd- no water Feb 3rd- 1 seedling emerged from the soil!! Watered with coconut water 💧 End of the week thoughts: I believe I watered both the seeds and the sprouts way too much. Backing off water until soil is dry. In the future I would like to try germinating in water and paper towel. I like this idea as I know whether or not the tap root pops... currently I'm left wondering 😔 Questions: At what point are the plants in VEG? Is it as soon as they sprout? Any idea why some leaves on the Tahoe OG are yellow? Some new sprouts are also more like green than others.. thoughts? 18/6 or 24 for veg.. thoughts?
