2 days before harvest ⏳✂️ The Sour OG in the front turned out super sour with a chemical, almost ammonia-like punch with hints of the OG. In contrast to the Motorbreath in the back, she is not very fuely. But the Motorbreath really smells like fuel/petrol - straight gas station vibes! It also has hints of lemon and is a little piney too, making it also appear a bit hazy somehow 🤷‍♂️

So we got some very bushy plants. I topped them three times and trained them sideways and the plant focused it's energy on growing out sideways.

Haven’t posted for a while but these babies are doing well despite the neglect from a few weeks. I’m locked back in now! Left is one of the Grandpa’s Cookies, middle is Money Maker, right is the other Grandpa’s Cookies. The GPA Cookie on the left is showing nice purple coloring. The GPA Cookies smell just like the Black Banana ancestry I heard about. Nonetheless both are getting really frosty. The money make is shooting out a lot of dense hairs so I’m not sure of this will translate to denser colas but the stretch was no joke. Here is to another week!

Transfer to 3-gallon pot

11/6 Fed and watered. Each took a full gallon. 11/8 They are really drinking up the water. They were dry already so I watered each with a full gallon. 11/10 Watered each with a full gallon 11/13 Watered and fed each with a gallon.

Will try this strain again, I wish I had it covered with better light coverage. I was hoping to add another light but never could get to it. Each grow I notice I’m learning more being more consistent. I work as a chemical formulator and goes hand in hand with growing, going to keep trying for better yields. Happy growing!

It has been a week of amazing growth for the Xtrakush too. What an amazing plant this is. Resilient, enormous growth, it was only last week that we took out her brother. It turned out to be male, which is why we planted two in one pot. Already she has taken up its space almost entirely. And the bud growth is also something I haven't seen before. This can really turn out to be enormous buds if the buds grow out like advertised. All in all a great week with lots of activity on my part to facilitate these results. We are three weeks into flowering, the deadline I set myself from where I'm allowed defoliating the underside. To prevent stress, but also to maximize growth I hadn't touched them all grow. Also, I made the flowering amendments, it didn't seem they needed anything so I waited a couple of weeks. I made a mix of 2 cups worm castings, 2 cups bonemeal, 1 cup of micro life (per plant) and mixed this. I dropped this on the soil around the stem. In just a day another amazing stretch happened. The combined defoliation and added nutes gave a boost they seemed to love. I watered with a heavy mix of BAC organic flowering, Topmax and Calmag, and a one in 6 mix of my trusty permaculture tea. We are at 21 days from these girls breaking the surface and they are making progress. I noticed at the beginning of the week that they were a little overdosed on nitrogen so I added 2 gallons of tap water to the reservoir and adjusted the ph to 6. They are still looking a little heavy on N but their growth rate is going great so I think it should balance out by the end of next week. I dont plan on doing a water change until I flower them. I left the plants alone most of the week. Tied most of them down to spread them out and defoliated a few lower leaves on day 20. The branches on most of these plants are thick and solid already. They don't budge easily. Bananasicle is looking pretty funky with uneven branch and node growth but we are just going to push forward. Still pumping nutrients and beaming light 24 hours a day. I'm thinking day 28 we will switch them to flower and see if any of these ladies can bring some❄️🔥💨

Didn't change anything to the feed because she seems happy Did remove quite a bit of fan leaves, as I'm planning to send her into flower soon Not exactly mainlining, but it definitely is a very beautiful canopy

Beautiful strain to grow I'll say it 1 thousand times. Super sweet and floral aroma, very frosty and dense hard flowers, the exact same smell that her sisters have, I love to grow black cherry punch and hope I can keep doing so. This lady is one of the 2 purple phenos I have. The other 3 phenos are green but have the exact same smell all of them. Very recomended to all the growers out there if you are looking for exotic smells, very sweet. Peace out 💚✌️

I've cut down on grow at this point as the soil seems to have a lot. I'll feed for another week then think about Flushing. The kalimist will keep getting fed bloom and grow as its only been flowering for about 3 weeks due to taking longer to force flower.

Wow she leapt for the sky this week! Grew another 38cm this week!!! Over doubled her height!!!!! Look at her weird split stems!!! Very strange.

In week 9 my 'Fruity Terp' ladies have grown substantially and filled out the space in my HOMEBOX growtent. Therefore its time to do a round of defoliation. I take out my plants one by one and cut off the lowest branches on the stem (the ones not grown tall enough to get good light) and also the biggest fan-leaves (the ones shading the lower part of the canopy). The defoliation will increase the airflow thru my plants, which will in turn help to avoid mold from a build-up of humidity between the leaves. The light can now also penetrate deeper into the canopy now and therefore lower buds will also get more light and can grow bigger. The SANlight EVO4-120 LEDs are doing a GREAT job, my babies love their spectrum and intensity and grow like hell. The nutrients from BIO NOVA work EXCELLENT, all plants have a nice healthy green color. Since we are further in flowering now, I also add PK 13-14 from BIO NOVA following their 'SOIL-CULTIVATION' schedule.
