I'm not sure if this will work well or not. But, I decided to scrog this plant out to help keep the height down and to give the inner and lower growth more chance to get some sunlight. I had an extra 5 foot long piece of pvc that I use to water it. Thank goodness for extra pieces! Yes, of course that's a homemade scrog net. It's not easy making a 5x6 net and keep it all tight. It's a bitch, it really is. It'll be about time to reammend the soil next weekend. That should be fun to reach in there. Super happy for long arms for that chore.

🌱 Week 3 Grow Update! 🚨 Well, it’s week 3 and so far it’s been smooth sailing! ⛵️ The girls are looking happy and healthy — no issues to report! 💪💚 🌡️ Temps have been running high — between 89°F to 100°F 😅🔥 But surprisingly, the heat hasn’t slowed them down at all. Growth is still on point! 📈🌿

The sixth week has begun. Its color and leaf turgor are perfect; there are no signs of stress, and everything is going well—it is simply lagging behind in size. I’ve started LST. I hope I’ll have the time to carry out the LST properly.

I don’t really need it yet but it looks nice 😆🥦 Started with lst today Day 19: started to defoliate today, not much just 2/3 leaves each plant! Day 20: hey guys! Shit is about to go down!!!! Finally some work with the girls… I hate the early fragile days. As you guys can see I topped my girls, but hahaha I just noticed that I accidentally FIMed one plant😂 I love training my plants as much as possible. I will let them recover some days before I defoliat again. I defoliate all the way to week 1 in flower.

Nothing to exciting this week, plants are doing well. Little bit of stretching going on and starting to smell more and more now. The newer growth is a bit lighter in shades of green then the old stuff. I think this is from me dividing the flowering nutrients into 4 weeks vs all at once as they tend to get a bit of N tox when I give it all at once so this seems to be doing better. Clones are same old, just waiting for the weather to get nice. Found out that when I use Insect Frass as a fertilizer it's also adding in chitin "a protein found in bugs, crustaceans and fungi" to the soil, when that stuff breaks down it makes chitosan and that can help boost defences against pests and virus in the plant. There are plant additives out their that are pure chitosan in varying concentrations and they use this to make the buds extra frosty. To much can harm the plant though. I also found out I needed to water them a bit more then normal not that the stretch is happening. so they got 6L this week each vs the regular 4L but it was split up in 3 days. In the first bit they got all the additives i normally do and the other bit was just PH'd water, didn't want to over load em. Candy Hustle is now entering week four of flower, and she continues to impress with her incredible resin production. ❄️✨ With the recent heatwave finally over, the environment became much more favorable for flowering. Temperatures dropped to 25°C while humidity stabilized around 55% RH, creating ideal conditions for healthy bud development. 🌡️💨 This week the plants received one feeding of BioTabs Orgatrex along with one application of Green House Feeding BioEnhancer, keeping the living soil active and supplying everything needed for the next stage of flowering. 🌱 I also removed a few more fan leaves throughout the canopy to improve airflow and light penetration. At this point, the canopy is well opened up, so this will most likely be the last significant defoliation before harvest. 🍃 The flowering stretch has almost completely finished, allowing the plant to focus its energy on stacking flowers. Buds are now forming along every branch, and the canopy has become very even with excellent spacing between the colas. 🌸 One of the most striking characteristics of this phenotype is how quickly it started producing trichomes. Sugar leaves are already heavily coated in resin, giving the plant a frosty appearance much earlier than expected. ❄️💚 The structure remains very balanced with strong stems supporting numerous developing flower sites. Despite running close to the nutrient limit, only slight yellow leaf tips are visible, while the overall foliage remains deep green and healthy. Another great sign this week is that Candy Hustle #1 showed no additional pollen sacs. After the few isolated sacs that were removed previously, no new ones have appeared, which is very encouraging going forward. 🙏 This week feels like the point where Candy Hustle shifts from stretching into full flower production. Week number one in bloom , lots of stretch and the scrog canopy is filling rapidly , switched over to bloom nutrient mix with a flavor enhancer that I use throughout the bloom cycle . The LST training takes 1/2 each day but is totally worth it when you get a scrog canopy covered in buds

Mid way through week three in these pics and all is good so far. They stretched up a bit more this week and I am continuing to tuck and remove the large guard leaves where needed. I will continue this til the end of week 3 then I will do a final small defoliation of all the larger leaves and let her go do her own thing for the rest of the grow. I’m trying something different then I normally do this go round in this tent, as I’m trying to maximize bud sites on the net. Usually my motto is less defoliation is best, but I decided to see what happens when I go the opposite with it and defoliate to the max during the first 2 weeks of flowering then keep everything open for the third week with selective defoliation. So far so good, we will see what happens when bud sites lock in. Well we are all caught now on this diary, see ya next week! Cheers 💨

The plants have been on cruise control 🛳️ so far and they’re loving every second of it! Despite all of them being popped around the same time, I can see the purple lemonade finishing up much faster than the lsd-25’s. No deficiencies to my eyes, slowly plumping up day by day 🤘

In Woche 5 habe ich via LST probiert die Fläche etwas besser auszunutzen und habe dort, wo junge Triebe verdekt sind, einzelne Blätter entfernt. Mittlerweile zeigt sie auch ihr Geschlecht, so das ich diese Woche als 1. Blütewoche zähle.

These plants are tremendous! they smell incredible, cheesy and fruity, very blueberry and purple kush like. These plants have packed on some good weight this week, they look great as we move closer to harvest time. This week we watered with fresh water and a molasses water mix. We are allowing these to munch up the last feed worth of nutrients, and slowly flushing them to prepare for harvest in a few weeks time. Very pleased with these three 🥊

The ladies are doing great and growing well. I'm really happy with the progress so far. They have now reached 60 cm. I plan to install the Scrog net within the next few days to allow them to grow wider.
