This 3 ladies are big! They have achieved a beautiful structure, very bushy full of bud sites everywhere, this plants are very awesome to apply lst, the secondary branches tend to stretch a lot! However I'm growing this strain with another 8 strains in SOG so I just applied a selective defoliation and they are ready to develop some nice colas! I'm just growing in recycled soil from my previous grows re amended with FLO Living soil blend snd just water!

Welcome to my 1st fem soil grow: Drop a like so I can visit your grows if you'd like, regardless thank you for your interest . 1st soil photo in the ground. Will be a few days before she shows leafs as I only waited till she showed about 2mm of tap root and she got planted 3/4 of AN inch down and soil lightly folded over and sprayed her with 100ml of mix with 1.5ml/L x3 400ppm. La Sirena is the only nutrient here that changes the EC. 1 5ML adds around 300+ppm to 78ppm water so. I decided to give this girl .5 more as she's going to be in the ground longer and has a long veg life. I'll be running her on TERRA POWERS full 19 line up. For this 1 I'll be following there chart as a guideline for nutrients and when to apply. As for the dose, that will be down to me. But if it's 2ml/L or whatever it is. It'll be getting that in 1L mix a week, (meaning she'll be fed exactly the ml/L as her total feed of that nutrient for the week. So this plant as she'll only be getting fed by ML not by many ml/L mix.) So when she's young her ml/L dose will be low as she'll have to take in a L of her or a high 2ml/500ml she'll be fed on a nutrient ML basis only. 2/5/22 VD1 Popped her head up. Can't wait for this 1, I've also got her in DWC Which is about 12hrs ahead. Have started on a light diet. 555ppm 4/5/22 I decided to go against the chart and give La Calavera for the root stim, I know we are a few days in but I'll wait until 2.5 weeks and stop the La Calavera. 6/5/22 So, it's begun. I've created a negative pressure environment, 1st time, let's see if it makes an impact. On wk 3 onwards I'll be running the intake extraction for 5mins every 30mins and I'll have 2 co2 bags up. If the RH becomes a problem or temp I'll put the extraction/intake back on 100% of the time. The extraction fan/intake is set at a ratio of 2 to 1. (100% extraction 50% intake) making a negative pressure environment, best way to show you have done this, the walls in your tent should bow in lightly Same Day. Okay, so this my last update. Going to run fans the same right up until flower and then I'll be sealing up my tent and adding 2 co2 bags. And will be adding a dehuimifier and setting at 45% And it checks every 30mins and if it's gone up it'll turn back on and bring down to 45 or set RH, so no co2 will escape. The temp will be bordering 30-33c and then when they go into their rest window they'll be transferred to to a negative pressure environment with low temps and 45-50%RH. I'll only be able to do this for the 3 weeks of pre flower. And maybe some more, it depends how hard the dehuimifier will be working, but i want dense buds and only way to improve that is by introducing Co2 and then a negative pressure cold environment for terps. Then I'll be putting them back into full negative pressure environment and the Co2 will be useless, again all depends how it's gonna affect my bottom line. That and I only have 2 intake fans. I'll be going into detail about my Co2 adventures the week before I'll be prepping them to be able to withstand high temps, so I'll gradually bring up the temps the last wk of veg 28c max and that way when I push it to 30-32c in pre flower she won't stress as much. Smooth few days after the defoliations. They seem to be happy. Malted Milk can be very temperamental but I have been catching on to her ways. Still wary with my feedings tho. Want to give all these different nutes and unknown what the results will be? Installed ac units in each room to ensure good temperatures and RH outside the tents. Hoping for another good week!

The Oasis Project | Week 11: Veg Strain: Durban Poison Quartet (DP1, DP4, DP5, and DP6) Container: 25-Gallon Fabric Bags (Elevated on wheeled dollies) Method: Organic Soil / DIY Automated Halo Irrigation Overview & Environment We have officially crossed into Week 11 of vegetative growth, and the backyard deck is officially looking like a botanical engineering lab. The High Plains weather is starting to test the environment, but the quartet is locked in, vibrant green, and praying hard to the Colorado sun. Key Milestones This Week 1. The Automated Manifold is Live 🛠️ The biggest victory of the week was getting the DIY irrigation manifold completely hooked up, pressure-balanced, and dialed in. The Setup: Custom green hose "halos" are wrapped around the base of each individual plant inside the rims of the 25-gallon fabric bags. The Run: Clocked our first official initial run this week. The manifold pushed an excellent, steady volume of water, completely saturating all four massive containers in just **15 minutes**. The Baseline: This uniform edge-to-edge moisture spread is exactly what we need to ensure the organic soil mix stays perfectly charged without leaving dry pockets. No more manual water lugging for my back! 2. Air Gaps & Root Pruning 💨 With the 25-gallon bags lifted entirely up off the deck floor on mobile furniture dollies, we have a perfect air gap underneath. The Impact: Thanks to the low humidity and steady wind on the Eastern Plains, these elevated pots are acting as massive evaporative cooling systems. The 360-degree airflow is drying the bags out from the outside-in and bottom-up. The Strategy: This is triggers natural air-pruning at the bottom, forcing the plants to stop circling their roots and instead blast out a massive web of lateral feeder roots higher up in the rich organic mix. We're keeping a close eye on the bag weights over the next 48 to 72 hours to map out our new watering frequency. 3. Plant Training & Structural Breakdown (Featuring DP5) 📏 The quartet is responding beautifully to the first topping session and ongoing structural training. Current Height: Took the tape measure out to the deck today—**DP5** is sitting stout and muscular right at the 12.5 to 13-inch mark. Canopy Architecture: By pulling the lower branches outward with precise tie-downs secured to the bag rims and supporting them with bamboo stakes, the core of the plants is completely open. Sun & Wind Defense: Node spacing is incredibly tight, building thick, rugged main stalks that split beautifully at the topping nodes. This low, wide profile is exactly what we want to withstand the heavy plains winds. Every single lower growth tip now has direct access to high-altitude UV light, transforming them into future dominant vertical colas. Next Steps The bamboo frameworks are built, and the trellis netting is already waiting in the wings directly behind the deck setup. We’re letting the quartet digest their big drink from the manifold for the next 2 to 3 days to see how they explode horizontally. Once they stack a few more inches and fill out the width of the bags, we'll start weaving them into the screen! -Keep growing and stay mindful! ✌️ Update 5.26.26: The quartet recieved their first full strength nutrients since making the move to the 25 gallon bags. 3 gallons per plant with full nutrients is a hell of a task, but the girls will be happy. 🍮 Chem Brûlée – Pheno A Week 8 | Knowing When to Let Go Welcome back to another week of the 8×8 Adventure! 🌱💚 Last week, Chem Brûlée Pheno A reminded me that every phenotype speaks its own language. This week, she had another message: Some leaves had simply done their job. At around 126 cm, she's continuing to develop beautifully, with her flowering sites becoming more defined and those beautiful white pistils multiplying across the plant. And as the flowers become the main event, it was time to give her a little more room to breathe. 🌿 Quick Recap Chem Brûlée Pheno A continues to be one of the more elegant plants in the room. She's maintained a strong, balanced structure with good spacing between flowering sites, while her flowers are steadily stacking along the branches. Compared with last week, the transition is becoming very clear: Less stretch. More flower. More pistils. More resin. The plant is increasingly putting her energy into building flowers rather than producing new structure. And that's exactly what we want to see at this stage. ✂️ A Little Cleaning Up This week we decided it was time for some selective defoliation. There were several older fan leaves that were no longer contributing much to the canopy. Some were sitting underneath other foliage, creating unnecessary shade, while others were simply aging and no longer playing an important role in the plant's current development. So rather than removing leaves just for the sake of making the plant look cleaner, we focused on removing what was no longer useful. The goal wasn't to strip her down. It was simply to improve: Light penetration Air movement Visibility of developing flowers Canopy organization Overall efficiency of the plant This is one of those moments where less really can be more. We're not trying to redesign the plant. We're simply helping her use the space she's already created. 🌸 White Hairs Taking Over The flowers are now becoming impossible to ignore. Fresh white pistils are emerging everywhere, wrapping around the developing buds and giving the entire plant that unmistakable early-to-mid flowering appearance. The individual flower sites are becoming much more pronounced, and the main colas are beginning to show their future shape. There's still plenty of development ahead, but we're moving beyond the stage of simply forming flowers. Now we're watching them build. And that's always one of my favourite parts of the journey. 🍃 The Foliage After last week's nutritional adjustment, the newer growth continues looking healthy and strong. The deep green leaves are still carrying plenty of energy, while the older foliage that had begun fading naturally is now being removed where appropriate. This is another good reminder of why I prefer to watch the whole plant rather than judge one leaf in isolation. A plant doesn't need every single leaf to remain perfect until harvest. Sometimes an older leaf has simply completed its mission. And that's okay. 🍽️ Feeding The AutoPot system continues providing consistent irrigation throughout the room. This week's nutrient mix remains: Plagron Terra Bloom – 2.2 ml/L Plagron Green Sensation – 1 ml/L Plagron Power Buds – 1 ml/L Plagron Sugar Royal – 1 ml/L pH adjustment with Lemon Kick / pH Plus when required The reservoir remains shared across the room, so consistency is especially important. Chem Brûlée is responding beautifully to the current feeding strategy. 🌡️ Environment The room continues running with very stable conditions: 🌡️ Day: 29°C 🌙 Night: 25°C 💧 RH: 60% 🌱 Root zone: 21°C 💦 Solution: 22°C ⚗️ pH: 5.8–6.0 ⚡ EC: around 2.0 mS/cm 💨 CO₂: 639 ppm 💡 Light schedule: 12/12 ? Pot: 15 L 💧 Watering: approximately 1.3 L/plant/24h Stable conditions continue giving the plants the freedom to focus on what matters now: building flowers. 📸 Behind the Lens This week's photographs really show the transition. The close-ups capture those beautiful white pistils exploding from the developing flowers, while the wider shots show how much the plant has changed as flowering progresses. And after the selective defoliation, the architecture of the plant becomes easier to appreciate. The flowers aren't hidden behind quite as much unnecessary foliage anymore. They're there. They're developing. And they're asking for time. 🔍 Looking Ahead Next week, I'm expecting the flowers to become increasingly dense and defined. The remaining stretch should be minimal now, while the plant continues putting energy into flower development and resin production. What I don't expect is dramatic intervention. No major training. No unnecessary stripping. No trying to force her into a shape she doesn't naturally want. We'll continue monitoring the foliage, keeping the environment stable, maintaining the reservoir and making only the adjustments the plant actually asks for. Wizard Fuel - Wizard Trees Day 63 - Watered with 3L of RO tap water with nutrients, mixed individually, in order and then pH'd to 6.3! She has made some great progress this week, stretching to almost 1m tall, she has also developed her buds sites really well - she isn't too bushy considering she was topped, and she has really impressive internodal spacing, which is going to make this grow so easy, as she won't require too much maintenance! She has been really really thirst this week, requiring 3L of watering every two to three days, but this is to be expected given she has six or seven main stems 💪 She was lollipopped last week and that has allowed her to focus on her canopy, so yeah, just letting her grow for now🙏
