This will be the last week until harvest. It has been a decent grow had a few nutrient problems but I am happy with the turn out. I snipped off a tester bud and it got me pretty ripped once it was dry. That immediately made me antsy for the rest of the plant. Lol ... I will make another update next week at harvest. This northern lights will have gone 13 weeks at harvest. That is 5 weeks longer than the breeder said on the pack of seeds. Even though it was longer than expected I'm still super happy, she is alot bigger than most autos so no complaints here.

This week we are only in cruise control, we did the last irrigation with fertilizers and we are planning the flushing for the next week. We also had problems with humidity due to the weather. We don't have a dehumidifier, so we try other homemade techniques to solve the situation. The flowers have gained some weight and are changing the smell. We are excited for the harvest.

The flowers are stacking very nice and getting bigger each day. The leaves and bud sites are also showing some frosting. Cant wait to see some signs to distinguish the plant somewhat since it came drom a random pack. Today i have noticed that the top leaves where brown almost looked like burned. I measurd ppfd and dli with photone app and ppfd was close to 900 or a bit higher at the flowers closest to the led panel and dli was between 60-70. I have dimmed the led panel to 75%. I still get around 600-700 ppfd and a dli between 35-60 (lower numbers at the outsides ,higher in the middle of the led panel) Im feeding her every 2 days with 400-500ml of water with nutrients (1 tab of easybloom dissolved in 8l of water) and she seems to handle it ok. I think i might stop feeding nutrients sunday or Wednesday so i have enough time left to flush the plant from the salts. Still struggling with humidity. The highest its been is 70% and lowest around 55%. I have noticed that the high humidity is when i fill up the ac infinity self watering base. It takes a lot of water so might be the cause. Whenever its almost dry the humidity drops to 55% ish. I have added an extra fan that runs 24/7 on lowest setting (for sound) and the fans from the growbox on 90% (the max) This week again i have done some defoliation to increase the airflow throughout the canopy and in the growbox in general. I also removed some lower bud sites because they get barely any light due to the scrog being almost completely filled

Commencing week 4: Day 22 on November 14th Day 22-ph'd back to 5.8x range from 5.5 to 6.1 It Day 23- added 5ml Clonex to each buck and ph'd. Ppm around 600-650 Day 24- added a little fertilizer salts for N mostly and then ph'd again. Ppm 750-850. Also turned on a few more lights as well as turned timer off to increase temps in lieu of pending storm. Also adding passive humidifier to at least help with the coming dip in humidity from snow outside. Day 25- pass few days are going well. Aside from a heavy dip in the temp and humidity last night (we have a bit of snow come already). Plants seem to be picking up the pace a little finally. Not much but A little bit which is great because it feels like I've been watching paint dry lol Day 26- plants are doing great. Seem to be happy 😄 despite or maybe because of the changes over pass two days. And..,.we have roots in water!!!!!! So far gorilla zkittlez2 and gorilla zkittlez3 both have a few roots in the nutrient solution. Now I expect growth rate and work to pick up soon. Hopefully the rest get their feet wet soon 💧 Day 28 last day of week 4 Nov 19 Some plants went from seedlings to "hardened off" this week nearly tripling and doubling in size as well as starting with the secondary growth. Some still a little behind. I've noticed all the Gorilla Zkittlez are simply growing much faster then the rest so far. And that out of the three GZ s one seems to be leaving more hybrid or possibly sativa (see pics) . Also one or two of the plants seems to have some funny traits like the Boss Hogg1 very purple and covered in baby hairs. Overall I am amped to see the growth in the coming two weeks and expect big changes 👍👍 Thank you all! who view, like, comment, follow, and support me. The plants keep to continue to grow FANTASTICALLY with the BIO-TABs nutrients and fill out the tent quickly. I therefore decide it is time to defoliate the plants. I cut off all lower branches (lowest two to three internodes) and take the biggest fan-leaves off the plant. This ensures a better air circulation and better light penetration. The two SANlight EVO4-120 LED-lamps continue to be 75 cm above the plants and run on full-power (=not dimmed). The development of new buds each day is outstanding, all is going well.

Golden Grow Power Cloner cleaned and ready to roll. Tips to be harvested from Momma have been misted twice over the past 10 days. I’ll take cuttings tomorrow morning at lights on and update further. This is the first time I have run the Cloner in this little propagation tent. Typically, I see roots forming within 7 days and they need to be moved to the DWC cabinet by Day 14.

My Skunk Apple Run plant is still a bit young, but I can see those buds starting to form. It's a bit of a slow starter, with buds popping up all over the place instead of a nice even line. We'll see if adjusting the light cycle or its food might help it along. I'll keep you posted on any changes. The past few weeks have been so beautiful, watching the plants grow and change. It's amazing how something so small and fragile can turn into something so strong and vibrant. Now that they're getting ready to bloom, it feels a little bittersweet. I'm so excited to see the finished product, but I'll definitely miss having them around while they're growing.

Week 11: Pineapple Poison - The Neverending Leafpocalypse! ☔️✂️ Yo growmies! Mother Nature decided to play catch-up with the rain this week, and let me tell you, the Pineapple Poison took full advantage! Over 20mm of rain in seven days, and this girl exploded like a popcorn kernel in a microwave! We're officially at 138cm now, which is basically towering over my raised bed. It wasn't just height, though. New shoots and leaves popped up like green confetti. So, guess who spent most of the weekend playing hairdresser again? This gal! It was a mainlining marathon. As Bobolancetti put it wisely in the comments: we need to start thinking support for those colossal colas. Less foliage also means better wind resistance, which is crucial here in Brandenburg, land of the giant wind turbines. We can't have our Pineapple Princess getting blown over by a rogue gust! The only thing missing? Flowering. Still nowhere to be seen. *insert cricket noise* Listen, this growth spurt is awesome, but the weekly deleafing routine is getting a little…well, lengthy. My arms are feeling it! Maybe next week, the flowering fairy will finally take pity on us and get this party started? A girl can dream…. May 10 Day 9: Gorilla Cookies Fast is the most vigorous of the seedlings this year. Fast Buds consistently wins on strong germination at lowish temperatures. Filled 7 gallon soil bags using a ‘ring’ or donut of spruce cones at bottom of the grow bag. Did a single wedge last year but roots obviously preferred the air exposure so doing the whole bottom edge this time. Soil is mostly recycled from last year. Mixed in wheelbarrow with addition of peat and compost, some (5 tbps?) Azomite, 3 tbsp of Extreme Blend and 3 tbsp of about six year old Myco Grow (oh well, seems fine).

I cannot say what is going wrong with Elsa an my grow. I give her water every day hothing more, because she live in living soil. But you can see on the Picture… every day she looks more and more destroy. But on day 71 were i thought to end this grow with Elsa you can see that she fight… and I will fight to for her. The grow went in week 11 …
