My super boof plant is gonna be a really thick bushy plant. It already I showing signs of large fan leaves and the nodes are already starting to stack on top of each other. I think this will just be a plain Jane green plant in the end but seems like it will stack really well. We will see it’s always a surprise It’s day 41 from seed and all of the plants are really thriving

Thank you for reading! By the end of last week I finally had the light up to 100% power. I noticed a bit of curling on my one plant afterwards but I need to soldier on with it all the way up as the other plants are eating it up and loving it. I guess this isn't a true scrog, but I will continue to weave the buds and stems in and out of the net to try and keep as even of canopy as possible. I continue to remove lower offshoots to the nodes and I am really trying to focus just on sites that are getting enough light to make a decent nug. The tent is filling out nicely and I am loving it! If I touch the flowers to bend them under the scrog, my fingers STINK like a beautiful fruit. I can't wait to try this out and I am getting excited. I will continue to use the same nutrient solution mix for this week. As of 17 Nov I am starting to water 2x daily using the formula for 3part GHE listed in the picture above. After 12 hours I can see the 3 gal containers are pretty much dry from the last daily watering. Up to now I was watering everyday once (to runoff 2x a week to flush any of the excess salts away and allow my roots to stretch out a bit). Now that the roots have reached the bottom of the smartpots and fully sticking through, I am going to be watering to runoff at least 5x a week to make sure nothing is building up too much in the later flower weeks. Ok this was my first grow and I made mistakes. -forgot to buffer coco - nutrient burn -started the manlining to early - probably worried to much about every stage these plants. -ended up with fungus gnats And probably appt more I can’t rmeber in the moment. But i learned so much from all of my mistakes and spent so much time researching and seeing in real time how these plants react and grow. I did do some experimentation just a normal top with one blue dream. I topped twice one another blue dream and did a 3 times topped on all the blue dreams and I see why you should at least top three times the eight main colas and spread out the plant I see some of the buds on the one I only topped once not matured at all because there was minimal light other buds were growing so fat it suffocated it basically. I could have probably defoliated and manliness better but ayy. Beginners wil make Mistakes and I’m happy with what came out of these girls. Not excited for trim hail but I am at the same time 😅😅

Day one of week 7! Saturday 3rd Oct. Yay I made it to week 7!! First week of flower! Flipped the lights and the girls are getting their first 12 hours of darkness as I type. As soon as it’s lights go on I’m gonna get the next lot of nutes in as they seemed almost ready for a feed when I put them to bed. Getting a little nervous the temps are a still bit high as we go into flower but these girls seem hardy so staying positive! UPDATE: Day 2 of week 7, Sunday 4th Oct. Girls still looking strong and nutes gone in again today. Got a fan blowing onto the outside of my tent (which is helping lots) as the slightly lower humidity levels are really heating things up with the dehumidifier working harder inside the tent now, especially around watering time. Fan at full whack, if this doesn’t work I may have to get an intake fan but was trying to avoid extra costs. Keeping a close eye 👁️ UPDATE: Tuesday 6th October Day 4 of week 7 Nutes in again and a little more teasing with the LST to keep the girls low on the stretch. Think I found a little white hair 🤩🤩 (see pics).... It’s getting exciting.. 🤓 UPDATE: Thursday 8th October Day 6 of week 7 Ok great news today.. Absolute nightmare grow.. It all turned out great in the end, but it's the first and last time i'm growing full size plants in a Aeroflo 40 system. Water leaks due to root clogging the system. Stems that had 1cm to the edge in a 7.5cm pot. Everything basicly went ballistic from the time it went into flower. I removed and cleared leafs before flowering, but these ladies kept growing. Aeroponics is the sickest thing i grown in so far, i just wish i was a bit more prepared for it.

Ill start monitoring Trichome colour as of next week. Buds have been fattening up nicely, still look a little airy to me. Lollipopped half the plant and dried some of the trim out and gave it a taste. Quite tasty but a few weeks to go yet I suspect. I'll leave the trim on the plant still infront of the fan to stop it leeching too much humidity out of the buds. End of next week is advertised flowering time for this plant. But we'll see how we go.

Well week one of flower has come and gone. I am pretty happy with the progress so far but I am a little concerned that I may have flipped a little too early. Oh well, this is my first DWC run so there will undoubtably be a learning curve. The plant looks super healthy at this point. The cooler internals are: 6.0 pH 270ppm on the 500 ppm scale. 0.5 EC 66F water temp Onward 😎🍻🌱
