***** Week 9 growth - February 6 to 12, 2021 - Week 1 Flower ***** Here we go.......on to flower now. Last week was transition week and bud sites are setting on the girls now. Lights flipped a week ago to 12/12.......typical flower. I expect stretch to be strong this week. Pheno 1 is going to be a big girl. Pheno 2 looks beautiful in growth but she is shorter in height........might be more desirable at the finish line😀 Nutrients switched over to flower schedule and following week 1 again this week. Next week will move up the ppm more and start on bud enhancers. More microbes and sweetener this week. Silica ppm also increasing now as not looking to bend branches much more now. Switching microbes to Recharge and giving the DGC some love👍 Have a hole in the canopy that I am just going to need to live with. GSCHB and MM2 did not growth as expected. They are not reaching up as tall as the others and stretch is slow. Not looking like they will catch up in next couple of days☹️☹️☹️ These girls are vegged one week less than the others in flower with them.......looking to be the bigger girl in the tent😀 Raised the light to 24” off canopy. At 310 watts and 20” they were getting too much light. Pulled up roughly 4” and left the power alone. Liking the change. Another week yet and will work on increasing intensity. Little more detail....... Feb 6/21 - Day 1 - been drying for 2 days now so water day with some supplements - 3L each girl with CalMag @ 2ml, AN B52 @ 1.5ml (using up an old bottle to finish), Enzymes @ 1ml - 575ppm and 5.9pH - Need to start increasing silica. Using up some B52 which has some silica in it.......and other vitamins so its all good😀 Feb 7/21 - Day 2 - Leaves up today and praying nicely. - dry out day - stretch is going now and the girls are growing hard Feb 8/21 - Day 3 - Feed day again, going to stay with week 1 flower nutrients, same as last week. - IPP Grow @ 1ml, Micro @ 2ml, Bloom @ 2ml, Black Storm @ 3ml, Sea Storm @ 5ml, B+ @ 0.5ml, Red Sun @ 0.5gr, Carbs @ 1ml, Natures Candy @ 1ml, Piranha @ 1ml, Microbes @ 2ml. - 4L for each girl.......yeah, took a little longer to mix up this feed😀 - 1350ppm and 5.9pH - no run off from the girls today......little light on the water, they should have had 5L each. - last feed with bud starter, Red Sun, next will be Bud Fusion for bud booster next week. Feb 9/21 - Day 4 - no run off yesterday so adding more water today......plain tap water.....no additives - 5L for each girl. 225ppm and 6.0pH - good run off today. Feb 10/21 - Day 5 - Nothing today......watered two days in a row - ready for more silica!! Branches need to firm up. Feb 11/21 - Day 6 - Recharge arrived today!!!!!! Time for more microbes and sweetener😀💪 - purple stripes on main stems so adding more magnesium through Epsom salts - 4L mixture for the girls with Epsom Salts @ 0.5Tbsp, Silica @ 1.5ml, IPP Carbs @ 1ml, Recharge @ 1 tsp - 1,000ppm and 5.9pH - different microbes now and excited! Feb 12/21 - Day 7 - Nothing again today.......give them watering tomorrow morning. - Wondering if their leaves are a little dark........consider bring down ppm next week.......it was hard this week at 1300ppm........water is 250 on its own so around 1100ppm nutes added. Looking good ETS......Pheno 2 is the smaller of the two but suspect she might be the keeper as far as growth goes😉 Several more days of stretch to go I suspect.

420FASTBUDS ORT2109 All in all I would say this was an amazing and easy strain to grow. Unfortunately the worst happened with my flower tent and a few of the girls cought Powder Mold. So I ended up salvaging and harvesting what I could from a few of the plants left before completely overhauling and scrubbing the tent down from top to bottom. I decided to do a dryice sift with the flowers that I saved. I had some trim left over from a past grow so I mixed everything together and Wow am I happy I did. Probably the sweetest smelling kief I've extracted. I'm glad I have more of these seeds so I will not only recommend this strain but definitely be growing it again. I'll keep my fingers crossed that the improvements I've made with the tent I'll have better results as that's what growings all about. Learning with every grow from your mistakes and trying not to let it get your discouraged cause from my experience the more issue's you come across and learn to resolve the better grower you will be. Que hay familia os traemos la 3 semana de nuestras green ak xL, y es que están bastante sanas, tuve que atar las puntas a las esquinas por que la altura se nos fue de las manos. Tienen muchos brazos laterales, que espero que en unas semanas sean largas colas de flores. Ph controlado y humedad dentro de los parámetros aconsejables, regamos cada 2 días, y todos los riegos llevan nutrientes. Esta variedad me tiene personalmente desconcertado, es bastante sensible a los cambios así que procuramos tenerla en una rutina alimentaria y lumínica sin nada de cambios, veremos cómo apremia en unos meses.

They had 48 hrs of darkness, and the time has come to say goodbye to my friends. I thanked them again, spend some time with them, and under the sound of Amazonian shaman's harvest and healing songs (will post link), asked for their gifts, and apologized for taking their lives. I do this while in contact with the plants, touching, smelling them, observing every detail, no thoughts, just in the present moment. I feel emotional as I do this and remember how they were a companion, a source of distraction in a time of worry, sadness, and loss. How they already comforted me and kept me company in a time of painful insights about honesty, commitment, and staying true to myself. I thank them again for their wisdom and gifts, viva Santa Maria, viva Planta Maestra, may the mother of all beings give us healing and protection. And I proceed with the harvest as I visualize my intentions with every cut. Branch by bud laden branch is tenderly untangled from the scrog net, taken with a clean-cut and immediately hung upside down in the grow tent, which will now double as a curing and drying room. A couple more weeks and we will have the final cured and dried weight. More photos and movies will follow, this is where we are so far!! So the grow had dried in 7 days, what I wanted to be 14 at least. Thankfully, its Sativa ancestry shines through, the smoke isn't harsh, the buds a sticky and smelly, no hay smell at all. We ended up at 246 grams, excluding a shitload of larf and popcorn bud, totaling at 310 grams all in, a first at a gram per watt for me, but for the Zambeza seed competition, I stated we would only weigh the quality bud. Overall I'm very happy!! I smoke for medical reasons and it's used for ritual and healing purposes, never to be sold, as it loses its magical properties. Should I have to buy Gelato of this quality at the dispensary that I frequent, it would cost me at least € 15,-- per gram. 246 x 15 = 3690 euros. also, 49 car rides of 25 miles there and back, 250 euros in gas saved. The end is in sight, likely in 2 weeks, they are producing compact and sticky buds, looks like it is going to be easy to trim, so little leaves in those buds! They smell fruity, earthy, fuel and a very strong kush base with lemon on one of my pheno, the second one is a little smaller and she smells more like carame&peaches in a kush sauce lol absolute beauties!

Started using magic evolution foliar Spray. Once a week until 2nd week of flowering. Day 19, pot was dry fed just over a litre. Day 21. Fed just over litre. LST

The the buds were small so it made trimming a nightmare! But it’s done and the end product is worth all the time. I have loads of trim and small popcorn buds that will be dry Ice sifted and pressed into a hash brick. Will update the diary when I have some bcp hash Weighed up the trim at 588 grams, used my trim bins with dry ice to sift the trim and pressed it into blocks using a rosin pre press, I’ll now jar this and put it to one side. My first time doing this, definitely worth the effort!

So I've chosen my final 6! 4 are 7 days old and the other 2 are 6 days old! A little slower in growth for some but I put that down to me having them in coco to start and I'm inexperienced with coco and as soon as I switched them to soil they perked right up so I'll stick to what I know and use soil starter plugs or soil or even root cubes have done me justice in the past, I run my diffuser twice a day to maintain my 60-70% avg RH I started at 25% power on the light at 10" and slowly increasing the power to 50% at 10" above canopy! As I'm using co2 im able to put the light closer and raise the temps! I was using a heat matt but honest opinion I think they're a Hazzard in some way and not necessarily necessary! Just my opinion as I came across problems with the substrate being too dry sometimes! But I will keep them in these pots for about another 3-5 days and then transfer them into a bigger but not final pot for an avg of 2-3 weeks! Can't wait to be at the end of may! Week 10 for Fuel D.OG by seedsman Starting to get some nice pistols coming in but no stretch whatsoever... which surprised me compared to how much the black Lebanon's are stretching. She's getting fed every 3/4 days still. Struggling a bit to keep temps low.. have lights on during the night & still having to run my big A/C unit at 19/20 ish to get okay temps in the tent. Plants are loving the Taurus TRS600 every time i come in they are praying 😇

Noticed Magnesium deficiency on lower leaves. Increased dosage in this week’s feeding and monitoring pH to ensure recovery

Doubled the nutes and the plant grew 8" in a week span and its not in flower. I may have to transplant to 20 gallons next week if it is measured around 40". I did a lot of defoliating to get rid of some huge fan leaves covering up bud sites and I also trained a lot. She is very wide and almost 3ft tall with a lot of pulling down, I'm very pleased

Light is at 30% power.

I deliberately sent my 2 ladies into flower 2 months earlier. roughly the 12/12h rule. Sometimes it was 10 hours in the sun, but sometimes 12 hours. In my region it will soon be rainy and cold. I'm toying with the idea of harvesting them before I catch mold or something else. The trichomes are all milky. About 15-20% amber colored.

Flower day 24 - Ladies are coming along great! A few are having calmag deficiencies but nothing major, other than being a bit crowded I couldn’t be happier with the grow so far!
