A lot has been going on this week. I performed a slurry test at the start of the week to get updates on the soil. pH is way too low and it's starting to miss nutrients, so I started feeding again once a week at low dosage. I noticed that the new leaves are slowly yellowing probably because of the low pH. I plan a curative flush at high pH to reset it. The runoff should give better readings on what's going on than the slurry test. I built an elevated platform made from metal trays I found at the dollar store to collect it more easily. Game changer really. LST has begun. Stems are chunky and already hard to bend but the job was easy with the new floral wire I use. I used to have a very thin one that I couldn't stick in the ground. The irrigation system Is fully working now and all automatic. I still need to adjust the time it's on and off to get the perfect watering. The algae problem is solved and I didn't have to use any algaecide or filtration system. I simply put 0,5ml/L of 29% H2O2 in my reservoir. Hydrogen peroxide is antibacterial and it also helps with the oxygen levels of the water. With continuous aeration, protection from light and H2O2, the water in the tank is good for at least 5 days. 7 in fact if I count the 2 days for chlorine evaporation. I also now have a 3000L/h water pump and the sprinklers can respectfully be called by their real name. The video shows what it was before with an 800L/h pump. I didn't had the chance to record with the new system.

Parece que ha terminado de estirar. Practico una defoliación intensa para airear los futuros cogollos y dejar mas espacio en el cuarto de cultivo. Agrupo de nuevo las macetas en su lugar optimo para asi rellenar por completo la carpa @marshydro. Me quedé algo corto de nutrientes pero estoy muy contento con los resultados, cada vez le voy encontrando mas su punto optimo. Siempre es mejor quedarse corto que pasarse.

Easy grow cycle, 5 weeks of vegetation and 7 to 8 weeks of flowering and they are good to harvest. For drying I only removed the bigger fan leaves. Now they are hanging upside down in the tent to dry for about 8 to 10 days before trimming and getting a proper dry weight.

Da domani iniziamo la fioritura a 12 ore di luce, ovviamente prima faranno 24 ore di fila di buio. Nonostante la temperatura un po' fresca a luce spenta comunque crescono rapidamente e con vigore.

Week 2: True Leaves & Strong Starts! 🌱 Hey everyone, welcome to Week 2 of the Devil Cookies One project! The seedling stage is officially behind us, and she is settling into the BioBizz Coco-Mix beautifully. As you can see in the pictures, the first sets of true leaves have fully formed and are looking incredibly healthy. The color is a vibrant, rich green, and the leaf texture is spot-on no signs of light stress, curling, or nutrient issues so far. Growth & Structure: She's building up some nice symmetry! The main stem has a slight reddish/purple tint, which is pretty common for this stage and these genetics. She stretched just a little bit, so I’ve gently placed a garden wire next to the stem to provide some early support and keep her perfectly upright while she builds stem strength under the 100W Agyrochy LED. (Also, loving the Dutch Passion / Super Sativa Seed Club genetics so far!). Environment & Watering: Everything is humming along nicely with the tent automation. Because she's still small and its only Week 2, I'm keeping watering light. I'm just giving her pH-adjusted water in a circle around the base of the stem to encourage the taproot to stretch out and search for moisture in the coco. Keeping it moist, but definitely not drenched. Super hyped to see her vegetative growth explode over the next couple of weeks. 2020-08-03 Had to add some yo-yos as the main colas are getting ripped now. I have had to mash the plant into the tent, it's hogging all the light from plant 2 but oh well, not much I can do now and the yield from Plant 1 will be nice. Running same nutrient ratios still. Plant 02 has never matured into a full drinker, plant 01 is up to a gallon of water a day and is doing great on 800 ppm. 2-3 weeks til harvest!!

Pure Ice cream close is doing great. I hst her canopy early week. I switched her light time to 12/12 today to get the flowering process going. I also trimmed out a lot of bottom growth and started defoliation on the dense canopy. I will be doing more in about 2 weeks. Mainly I am concerned with keeping her stretching down. So she don't get too close to the light. Every thing has been going well for most part. A few Challenges ahead, but I think I will get through them. It's getting there! Maybe a week or two for the Quick One, and 2-3 weeks for the Apple Fritter. They are starting to show some deficiencies, but I won't bother adding any more fertilizer. But I will look into the whole fertilizing process for my next grow, so far I'm really, really happy how they are doing so far :) Smell is getting strong, had to buy a carbon filter, so I won't bother my neighbors 😅

The plan is simple... let her grow inside under a 19/5 light schedule until the nighttime temperatures are in the mid 50's℉, which shouldn't be long. After which, she'll be moved outside and transplanted into the soil which I have already setup and inoculated with beneficial microbes from BioTabs and slow release dry amendments from Gaia Green. Once she's established herself outside she'll be given periodic top dressings of Gaia Green 4-4-4 and 2-8-4 along with worm castings and Compost Tea's. Her grow area is approx. 5'x5' and I have posts and a trellis net set up already for when she gets bigger to aid in training her. She's also beginning to increase in height about an inch per day now and has great color and vigor. 6/2- Yesterday I top dressed the Papaya Sherbet with 2 cups of Gaia Green 4-4-4, 1 cup of Down to Earth Bio Fish along with 1/2 gallon of worm castings. After top dressing and working the amendments into the soil by hand, I watered it in via garden hose with straight well water. 6/4- It rained hard yesterday, so I skipped watering the FastBuds Papaya Sherbet photo today as the ground was still pretty wet. 6/6- The last two days have been sunny and warm so I watered the Papaya Sherbet photo with straight well water from the garden hose today. Another week gone by for the FastBuds Papaya Sherbet photoperiod and I'm looking forward to next week, as well as the weeks that will follow to see how this lady progresses!
