Phenotype number 1 finally matured on day 84 of flowering, I safely harvested, dried, and collected seeds, totaling approximately 1800 (no, I didn't count them). The goal was achieved, I gained a tremendous amount of experience, and now at least I have understanding. Lastly, I need to conduct a germination test to be sure. Welcome to my Fast Buds sponsored shootout and living organic soil v coco side by side. I also plan to use this grow to my full advantage regarding a few age old nagging questions about methods. I have had a keen interest in L.O.S ( supersoil) since reading a few threads a while back on how amazing and productive it can be. After too much research and procrastinating I had to give it a go. I have been a decades coco/nft grower and recently threw my hat in the rdwc ring too. I have avoided soil due to the overwatering worry ( heavy handed chimp brain !) and the best potting soil/feeds. Catching up on the advances in indoor soil gardening and organics led me too subcools supersoil recipes to name a few but being a town dweller with farms everywhere around me still drew blanks on a lot of the ingredients needed and where the hell I could even begin to get them from. Thankfully , commercial savvy has now made buying it in ready to use and with a full range of beneficial bacteria ect available in amendments from a grow shop here in the uk. ecothrive have realised the potential for us to dive into this medium with all the mixing , measuring and resourcing. I bit the bullet and £150 later I now have 4 x37Litre pots that will be used for as long as I want to feed the soil for without EVER needing nutrients again potentially. The coco has also had charge mixed in to encourage the bennies to colonize there too. I will be using the shogun nutes that I know do the business with coco to compare with for yield , growth and taste. I have 3 seeds each of 4 Fast Buds Strains to use as a control for the grow and am journaling each strain in their own diaries. This statement will be used to start each one as the information is identical at this point but following this I will do them individually. I am now starting their second week since opening the seed packets , straight into soaked and shook root riot cubes and into the heated propagator. They had all showed their heads by end of day 3 and a couple needed helmet surgery to open up without being hindered . I have has them in the prop for a few days but they needed to get settled as they were popping roots out all over the cubes. They have now been in their final pots for 2 days complete and starting their 3rd today at day 8 since planting in cubes. I am impressed with the speed and success of these girls already (12 of 13 germinated) . Well done fast buds. So here we go folks , any comments , ideas ,questions , advice are always welcome and I hope we can have some fun experimenting with defol v non defol , topping v fimming v bending and any other curiosities along the way. Eine weitere Woche ohne große Mängel und Vorkommnissen die man nicht händeln könnte. Die Luftfeuchtigkeit ist mir ein wenig zu hoch, also müssen Blätter weg. Wenn ich schoneinmal die Schere in der Hand habe, können auch direkt wieder unten ein paar Äste weg. War mir schon klar dass das Netz nicht viel bringen wird bei der stabilen Sorte die ich da hab, aber so crazy unterschiedliche Phänotypen ist schon echt heavy. Äste werden soweit es geht verschoben und Nodien an ihren Platz gebracht sodass diese direkt richtig einwachsen, ohne dass ich noch groß eingreifen muss.

Decided to go a bit heavier as tomorrow heading for trip and wont see my girls until Tuesday! They will be all alone without any supervision so hopefully they will behave and I will be nicely surprised of their development on my return. Watered with 2tr mixture and sprayed with water and fish mix solution right after defoliation. Flowering continues RHC #2 is starting to show color & both are starting to smell sweet, the Chemdawg & C99 plants are budding up nicely. Watered day 103 runoff PPMs are 2199 average with a pH of 5.2

10-25 Day 1 - FEM 9 is standing up today and ready to plant! DAY 1 - The coco is prewet. - Same feed: 1.75ml/gal cal mag 1.75ml/gal Coco A 1.75ml Coco B 270ppm @ 5.8ph. - I made a hole, poured about 50ml into the hole of the pre-made mix, same i used for the coco, and planted my puck. I then poured the other 50ml around her where i planted. 10-26 Day 2 - No water today, giving them a slight rest lol. - FEM 9 is sticking straight up today - Helped her out a bit and I finished pulling off her shell, but she fully opened by the end of the day 10-27 Day 3 - Same feed I made earlier this week, 270ppm @ 5.8 pH. Gave 100ml in ring around the plant. 10-28 Day 4 - Same feed, another 100ml today. - Still standing tall 10-29 Day 5 - Gave another 100ml in ring of same feed again - FEM 9 is the 2nd biggest in my new batch of babies! She came from the smallest seed too LOL. 10-30 Day 6 - 100ml, same feed 10-31 Day 7 - 100ml again. - Last day of her week 1 nutrients. Will make a new batch for tomorrow

Que hay familia, vamos con la quinta semana de floración de estas Runtz de Zamnesia y empezamos con riegos intercalados cada 48 horas controlando siempre el Ph, que ahora mismo lo dejamos en 6.5 . Temperatura y humedad dentro de los parámetros correctos. Seleccioné de las 5 plantas, 3 , que creo que son los mejores ejemplares que por el momento están creciendo bien y tener tienen un buen color, se ven bien sanas, todo normal hasta ahora, van cogiendo forma y están produciendo una tricomada bastante seria, están increíbles. 09/29/2020 Washing off all the nasty dust, pollen,and such that has accumulated over her long veg and flower period. She is 72.1 grams wet I guess she should dry out to around 18-22 grams. Which is fine as this was a tester to see if I will do again. I am keeping a clone till I grow a few dozen more seeds, to see different phenotype/genotype. It will take some time but I am hunting for a UNICORN before I will stop! 🙏 lol Good candidate for a grafting project Will update the rest of the report in a couple weeks to let dry out and cure some before testing. I chose this strain because it is said to not make me hungry and no red eyes but I will let you know soon.🙏 10/07/2020 She's dry and jarred up final weight 21.2 grams. Smell of hay and sugar should improve over next couple weeks. Preliminary smoke report, very smooth not much taste but feel it right away soon after first hit last 3.5 hrs. So just waiting on the cure for full flavor report.

Switch to flowering stage Day #38 12/12 with red LED light from tonight on. ScrOG net Is on. Pots are still wet, no need to water. I defoliated a little bit, then I'll let the alone for a while. I need to find a environment for the clones. It stresses me a bit but I don't want to kill those 4 little clones, not voluntarily. Day #40 I still tend to water too much but I'm slowly learning. Watered until saturated with Biogrow and Atami B Cuzz a +b (for coco, whatever),a swell I added a bit of magnesium nutrient by Cifo, a garden store brand. Trying to understand how to ScrOG. I built a small growbox with leftovers from my garage. Not a penny was spendt in this operation. Clones are still alive. Starting a new diary. In pre flower it figured out I need 1100 umol of red LED light (calculation DLI). I adjusted my light height accordingly, It was too close. Very, very useful. Those guys in switzerland deserves a huge kudo. Day #42 Growth Is fast. I snapped a branch trying to ScrOG so I repaired It with wire, as I done with tomato before. Watered with some broth and my own nutrient I use in my garden. I defoliated a Bloom that was facing down. Humidity at 60%, I'm struggling with It a bit. Dehumidifier in the room Is now set at higher setting. Happy growing. Any advice is apreciated.

Da ich nicht bedacht habe, dass die Lampe doch so viel Wärme abgibt, hat die kleine Dame kurzzeitig etwas viel Hitze abbekommen. Zum Glück ist es am nächsten Tag aufgefallen und ich konnte etwas gegensteuern, indem ich Die Lampen Leistung etwas runtergeschraubt und den Luftbefeuchter kontrolliert habe.

Roots hit the water so expecting some nice growth now. pH fluxing between 5.9/6.0 which is good as that's where I want it, especially for veg. Cant wait to see what I can do with this. Stay tuned.
