Grow diary 11 Stage 1 Days 1-10 By day 4 all was looking good, she had a few roots coming out the bottom of the cube. Day 6 I transplanted her to the 3 inch rockwool cubes that had been soaked for 15 mins in this stage nutrient solution and left to drain for 15 mins, then she went into the bigger propagator. Day 10 she had 1 root coming out the bottom of the 3 inch cube. Over the last few days she has been getting more exposure to the fan, with the lid of the propagator the humidity is on the low side, but i want to get some air movement around her. She has grown o.k over the last 10 days. She looks healthy enough and is where I would expect her to be in growth. She is the best looking seedling out of the grow at 10 days. 03/15 - (M) - Mom is doing great - pre-flowered without any issues and now is in week 1 flower - still running the 8 line drip emitters with offsetting feeds - did some defoliation underneath the canopy - dropped the light down to 75% 03/15 (C) - Clones are rocking amazingly - side shoots are coming in nicely - temps are high and humidity as well - adding Raw npk silica to the feed mix this week to assist with cell wall structure. 03/18 (C) - They are on recovery mode at the moment, got a little reckless with their PH/PPM/EC😑😑😑 - Gave them a hard flush and will only feed clean water for the next week or so - they are bouncing back😎😎😎😎😎

Bud sites are getting ready now. I did a bit more LST and removed a few side shoots which never gonna make it due to lack of light. I replaced the light, under the TS 1000 she was praying all day long. On the previous run I had problems with the FC3000, it was turning itself off at random times. Mars Hydro was kindly sent me a replacement controller, so far it seems like this problem has been solved. However, I tried to use the app again and it’s still shite. 💩😂 So I just use the light in manual mode. Such a shame for the extra features I cannot use. For DLI I will use the following chart: AUTO FLOWER LED LIGHT INTENSITY Recommended LED PPF/PAR Values / DLI Based on 20 hrs. of light. Seedlings 150 - 200 umol / DLI 10.80 - 14.4 moles per day Veg up to 9" 450 umol / DLI 32.40 moles per day Early bloom 500 umol / DLI 36.00 moles per day Mid bloom 650 umol / DLI 46.80 moles per day Late bloom 750 umol / DLI 54.00 moles per day Ripen 400 umol / DLI 28.80 moles per day *** Use extreme caution going 700 umol or higher @ 20 hrs/day this could cause leaf burn*** The only difference is that I will keep this run in 18/6, so I ignore the PAR values above. IMO the best thing you can do is to read the leaves all the time and use the charts as a guidance.

Hemos estado reduciendo la comida y la planta anda tirando de las reservas de las hojas se ve que aún está a tope comiendo.. por eso no le quite toda la comida de golpe no quiero que llegue tan justa al ultimo día.

well, another week goes by and it's growing not like I expected hehehe but that's ok, living and learning, and for now I'll just wait for this cycle to end to start a new one and post it here and I'll tell you right away that I ordered a kit advanced nutrients starter and will test it on the new cycle. =D

So this is the Tear Down week. The timing of it makes it so i will need to the harvest flag in a few days when I can weight and test the plants. I have included the Cleaning, and Cutting and some Root Porn. I will make the harvest post in about 4-5 days, when I can trim these plants. There is a lot of Plant here. I got way more than I was expecting. I don't have a scale that measure this amount of plant, without taking like 10 measurements and then adding them together. So I will just be posting the dry weight. I will post the wet weight as dry weight * 1.65. Autopots: Wow, what a great product. I have been blown away by how well and how easy it was to work with them. They really did solve the watering issues. Excellent product. If you are a beginner, start with Autopots. -= Lessons Learnt =- - Overdrive the air to your Autopots. In my control plant, I used a small rectangle air stone (instead of a standard air dome). This lead to root rot and some other issues, it also put significantly less air into the water. The root rot, give the material for the Brown Algae to grow. Using a huge Air-disc-Air-Stone would be an excellent combo to mix in with the air dome itself. Something like this: https://www.amazon.ca/Pawfly-Diffuser-Suction-Hydroponics-Aquarium/dp/B01MY3AQ33 at the bottom and the air-dome on top of it, will be what I do with my next experiment. - Air stone in the reservoir. I had two instances where algae grew into the res. An air stone would have helped. It would have also helped my control plant get less root rot. Given the amount that the air-domes and air sources got engulfed, having the water have more o2 in it would have only been beneficial. - Don't grow 6 plants in a 4x4. Since my control plant was about 1/8th the size of the others, I think I could have grown 5 in the shape of a 5 (on a 6 sided dice)⚄ This placement would give a much more spaced canopy for airflow and more importantly light. The sides of some of the plants were lighter green and produced larf due to lack of light penetration. - This tent was on 19-5 schedule. This worked out very well for this strain. After every lights on, they were in the praying position, so this strain was able to recover in that 5hrs off. If I had more seeds, I would run these again, and try 20-4. I think this strain could handle it. All for all, I think I'm going to 19-5 as my default timing. This kept up a solid DLI. - Staring at .9EC (really .7 EC cause my water here is .2 EC) Then bumping up at .1 a week, until 1.6EC worked out VERY well. I experimented on this crop all the way up to 1.9EC, which burnt the tips of this plant. I think if I did this strain again, I would do 1.6EC until 3-4 weeks left then crank it to 1.9. It did plump them up when I went to 1.9, however it left them looking rough. Bulk was added though. - Sticking to 6.0PH for all of veg, and 2 weeks into flower worked great. The plant had solid and consistent color and leaf shape . The plant's did get hurt, due to some issues (as noted on the weeks). I switched to 6.5 PH in the last 3-4 weeks and it helped them recover, and plump up noticeably. -VPD. The #1 thing I focused on was VPD. I keep it .9kpa range, as best as humanly possible. It was honestly, HUGELY noticeable compared to my other grows. I know truly understand the value of properly dialed in VPD. This is the one lesson that will stick with me forever. - Super-cropping: On the plants I give the chiropractic treatment too, had much thicker stems as much larger channel internally. I did this treatment to 4 of the 6, and the 4 that had it done has larger buds and recovered from defoliation faster. TLDR; VPD is king. Super-cropping is worth the time. Keeping PH and EC dialed in were all wins. Autopots kick ass.

The stretch is real with this phenotype during the flower stage. The smell is something like guava but it also has the smell of like coffee beans. Everything seems to be going great I believe I solved the ph problem. Peyote is looking much better.

I was going to install a second trellis net, but decided to just use the single net and do some HST on her to keep her canopy opened up. 6/13- I gave the Wedding Cheesecake FF a good watering today at sundown via the garden hose with straight well water. I am planning on top dressing her in roughly 7-10 days from now with a blend of 4-4-4 and 2-8-4 along with some worm castings in anticipation of the start of flowering in the near future. 6/16- I watered today and also did a little canopy maintence, removing some leaves that were old and yellowing, along with some small shoots that would have only produced small larfy buds. There's another week chalked up and it won't be long until this lady begins pre-flowering which will mark the start of the real excitement! Flowering is well under way! one of the Banana Purple Punches is already kind enough to start purpling! Rootjuice has been faded out to 0. Watering on 13/03 with 4 ml/L of terra bloom, 1,4 EC, 1.5L each per plant Watering on 16/03 with 5 ml/L of terra bloom, 1.6 EC, 1.5L each per plant Defoliated today, hopefully for the last time. Mainly the insides of every plant where it gets too bushy. i used the trellis net in the early week of veg just to help me spread the branches out, now im unsure of what to do with it (continue, dont continue etc) since im pretty happy with how the plants turned out training wise. it still functions to hold my humidity sensors i can check over my feed so its not "useless" lol

Hello Diary, Another week is behind me, Medusa F1 is incredibly fast, as you can see in the photos, already after the third week of flowering it looks quite mature. The smell is incredible, an extremely strong fruity aroma overwhelms me as soon as I open the grow box. The first Medusa (on the left in the grow box) is a little smaller and more mature than the second one, so I will probably harvest it first. But he certainly has another ten days if she continues like this. The flowers have filled in nicely, they are hard and very very sticky to the touch. After any work with plants, I need some time to wash my hands and remove the smell. Watering is more frequent, they become thirstier, but I no longer add any nutrients to them, only clean drained water to which I adjust the pH. on 6.0. The conditions at the Farm are excellent, the temperature is around 25 degrees, while the humidity is around 40%. Here's how it looked last week. 02/03/2023. - Day 37. Watering. I prepared 8 liters of water, let it sit for 24 hours to evaporate as much chlorine as possible, added Plagron's Lemon Kick to bring the p.H down to 6.0. I watered both plants evenly with that amount. 06/03/2023. - Day 41. Watering. I repeated the same procedure as four days earlier. 07/03/2023. - Day 42.
