Flush ended two days before the darkness period. Decided on a 48 darkness periods though some prefer 24 or 72. The darkness did help trichomes reappear at the tops of the canopy. Going for a longer dry of 10 days, best temperatures are 60-70F to preserve the terps with 50-60RH. This has been an amazing experience, definitely putting in more passion into the next run.

Día 45. Ya empezaron a enraizar los esquejes. Agregué 2 al sistema y mañana ya agrego los otros 2. Después habrá que espersr una o dos semanas a que alcancen una altura que iguale a la madre y de ahí a flora. La planta se me hizo demasiado grande esperando a los esquejes. De hecho para la próxima, voy a tener que revisar el tema de la configuración a usar. Porque esto es dasiado grande y se pierde el espíritu real de lo que es el indoor. La idea original eran 10 esquejes. La madre solía ir a tierra a florar en otro lado. Pero pensé en aprovecharla y a fin de cuentas termina siendo casi lo mismo que poner la planta sin esquejes. Así que voy a ver bien que configuración usar en la próxima y estimar mejor los tiempos. Entre tanto, solamente espero poder estar pasando a floración lo antes posible. Sino esto se va a complicar mucho con el espacio disponible.

Looks like a sunny week this week, have taken the lowest branches off the ones that appeared at the first node. Rearranged greenhouse so plant gets direct sunlight’s from 8:30-18:30 each day

The plants have been sitting in a homemade dome for a few days now. Today I decided to move them back to the ziploc dome so I could move my light a little closer. I was scared it would burn them but they seem fine so far, and they stretching a little too much imo. I think next time I pop seeds or run clones I need to get a small fluorescent to keep a few inches away from the plants so they dont stretch as much. Either way, they look good. I even broke the machine elves putting the dome on. I had some duct tape and a paper clip handy so I did some first aid and its kept growing. It was almost broke off completely so I'm not sure if itll make it in the long run. Cool to see how plants can survive something like that tho. It's not only looking fine, but it's the tallest too. I think my new humidifier is gonna be here Wednesday so until then I'll keep the domes on. I'm trying to make some taller domes too so I might not even need the humidifier yet. For now I've connected the veg tent to the flower tent with some ducting. It seems to be keeping it around 50% RH. I might keep this connected until I need to connect my filter. I'm hoping to have these ready to move to my flower tent in 4-5 weeks. Ideally I'm planning to have a perpetual harvest going that will let me harvest every 4-5 weeks.

Bubba Kush Mintz Autoflower is doing great. She is growing nice, and steady. I have not really had any issues. I have only added a little water every few days. She us likely comming up for a solution change soon. 3 Plants. 3 citrusy phenos! #1 : First to sprout rapid rooter. TASTE: Pure Lemon front end into hashy cakey afghani. refer to this as the "lemon hashcake" phenom very dense, beautiful nug structure. Yielded 24.5 dry grams of primo smoke. Uplifting more cerebral sativa high with some punch in body as well. happy stress reliever for sure! has some "gassy" or fuel notes to it but very subtle #2 Tangerine pheno: I orginally thought sour 76 was sour diesel x 76 Afghan til i read hso marks post on uk420 forums saying its cali sour d x 76 afghan. cali sour d is cali orange x sour d x mexican sativa. and it shows in this pheno which smell and taste pretty similar to tangie my friend grows which is cali orange x skunk 1 (mexican sativa x Colombian sativa x afghan indica) pretty similar genetics roots! Smell: Sweet tangerine 🍊 Taste: Just like tangerines 🍊 Medical Effects: Hybrid feeling effects felt both in body and mind.  Stimulating mentally, relaxing in the body.  Mild pain relief generally with amazing relief improving feeling in joints (reduced swelling or irritation in otherwise aching areas, loosened tension at joints) Notes: After breaking up or grinding the sweet tangerine open jar/bud smells turns more sour tangerine with very subtle gas aroma. This one is scary strong! I am an all day regular smoker of the most potent buds I can find, and I never make it thru 1 bowl of this without long breaks after each hit.  Starts off strong and creeps to EXTREME psychoactivity.  Not for the faint of heart this one might not be best for "new smokers" 😎🔥🔥🔥 yielded 26.1 grams if id have taken clones this woulda been the keeper of the batch, but I got more to check out in future run :) and I got a cloner and veg chamber to start keepin the keepers now I know i like the strain! #3 Lime Fuel pheno: Smell: Lime🍈 and gas ⛽ Taste: lime Medical Effects: Cerebral uplift. Creeper. thought it was weakest on initial smoke but 10 minutes in it end up being strongest high of all 3.  super wicked sativa, buzzy uplifting all similar to Cinderella 99 or strong jack herers this has almost a "scary high"  first few times but once you get used to it or microdose, it is a super fun creative medicine.  Helps my arthritis pains and gives me the clean up the house kind of high Notes: Foxtailed, lowest yield of 3 sour 76's likely because its place directly under the light (perhaps didnt like too intense direct light) but is the most potent of the 3 as well. yielded 22.5 grams of dry

End of Week 4 of Flower (day 28): Some flowers look like they're starting to swell. Resin production has begun in earnest. I put a tower fan with 180 deg. oscillation into the tent in order to increase overall airflow. Noticed a slight tip burn showing up on some of the leaves and realized I had stopped getting adequate runoff after each fertigation event. I increased the volume (+16%) of nutrient solution they were getting during each of the 5 daily feedings and there have been no further spread of the tip burn. Seems like the plants are all on cruise control. Here's hoping I can avoid any stupid mistakes the rest of the way. Until next week!

November 2nd marked another week of flower with "Pepper". She is a beautiful plant of jewel tones of greens, glistening under the frosty coating. We're getting close to the end. November 3, 2021, Wednesday. Nothing new to report. November 4, 2021, Thursday. Watered thoroughly. Her calyxes are swelling before my eyes, it's such a beautiful site. November 5, 2021, Friday. She's such a lovely site with buds just swelling by the minute. I believe she'll be ready to harvest sooner than I think. November 6, 2021, Saturday. Nothing new to report. November 7, 2021, Sunday. Doing great so far this week. This for girls to see major swings and temperatures and I do feel that for that, but I am doing everything I can to create a consistent environment.

2/10: I watered today with about 3/4 gallon each, plus cal-mag, signal, bembe, armor si, a little open sesame, and their final dose of endoboost. The short one never did stop making the hook leaves on all her new growth, but she seems happy..budding faster than anybody else.. 2/11: Wife home sick today....postponing construction project to raise the lights. 2/12: Today, I tackled the project to raise my ceiling another foot. In addition to that project, I installed and hooked up my new AC Infinity 6" intake fan. It's pulling in fresh air from the soffit vent on the eave of the attic, and currently feeding the garden with 46f fresh air. I'm able to easily maintain daytime temps in the lower 70f's now. I am able to drive the nighttime temps as low as I want. The only issue is that the outdoor RH varies quite a bit, so I ordered a 30-pint dehumidifier to put in the top of the closet. I sprayed everybody with boomboom spray to try and mitigate the light burn damage that is likely to ensue. 2/13: The taller one is still stretching a little bit, but the 2-footer is just budding up. 2/14: I fed them today with about 3/4 gallon each including grow big, big bloom, tiger bloom, cal-mag, signal, bembe, humic acid, and I switched over from Open Sesame to Beastie Bloomz. Raised the lights another couple of inches. I did some training on them and defo'd a little bit. 2/15: Installed the new dehumidifier and rigged the continuous drain on it...works great. 2/16: I rotated the edge plants and removed some old leaves. I added another 22w 3000k 4' bar light under the canopy. 2/17: I rearranged the garden and defoliated a little bit. That's it for week 8-

Ginger Nut Cookies & Aussie Music Videos Week 16 Harvest 17 th April 2020 This Entire feminised seed making and growing project was a very good learning experience for me. Right from the very start, when I successfully got a Cutting ,taken from a Barneys Farm Red diesel female plant to produce feminised pollen after treating it with a silver thiosulfate solution. I then used it to pollinate a Fastbuds Girl scout cookies auto plant and let it grow to maturity. This only produced 3 viable seeds one of which is the subject of this Diary. I made up the name "Ginger nut cookies" after a variety of cookies we have here in Australia that are made with ginger. They are the same colour as the distinct red hairs on the red diesel buds. And would you believe those same vivid red hairs were passed on to this plant so I wasn't too far off the mark with the strain name. Her flavour however is nothing like red diesel or girl scout cookies and infact as taken on a smell and aroma all of it's own. She has a lovely tropical fruit like taste and the smell is a bit like fruit yoghurt. It has an unreal after taste on the exhale and the lingering second hand smoke smells very sweet and enticing. She has a pretty well balanced high too not as potent as the GSC nor as energenic as the red diesel but just a pleasant mix of the two. It was a very easy to grow and undemanding plant that didn't seem to require a lot of extra feeding other than the 100% organic nutrients that were within the soil and a few things like compost teas etc. The other element of this diary was of course the weekly Aussie music videos That I provided the links for and put up a little video clip preview of each Artists song. Pistils are out, floral sites are forming, and the stretch is starting with elegance. It’s possible they slipped into pre-flower during late veg without me catching it, they were so stable, compact, and lush that I might have missed the subtle signals. Either way, they’ve entered bloom with full confidence. Both phenos are incredibly similar in structure and size, making them a joy to manage. They’re compact yet big, stacking nodes tightly while still filling space. The leaf color is deep and uniform, the formation is textbook Haze, and the inner node spacing is perfectly balanced for light penetration. ⸻ 💧 Feed & Water Adjustments We’ve tweaked the recipe this week, retiring Aptus Start Booster and introducing Aptus Top Booster at 0.25 ml/L. Current Feed (per L): • Aptus Regulator – 0.15 ml • Aptus CalMag Boost – 0.25 ml • Aptus Top Booster – 0.25 ml The soil is already enriched with slow-release Aptus pellets, which explains why EC in solution is lower (0.6) while the medium’s own EC is holding steady at ~2.0. They’re drinking well, 1.5–2 L per day — with irrigation happening around 25% dryness in the pots. ⸻ 🌡️ Environmental Conditions & Upcoming Changes The room is running hotter than ideal at 31°C daytime, 25°C night. RH is stable at 50%. CO₂ sits comfortably at ~700 ppm. A dedicated AC unit is on its way and should be installed next week, which will help dial temperatures closer to the sweet spot for flowering. Soil temperature is at 25°C, supporting strong root activity, while PPFD at the canopy sits between 760–780 µmol/m²/s depending on plant position. We monitor these numbers carefully to keep photosynthesis at optimal efficiency without stressing the plants. ⸻ ⚙️ Why We Measure Everything • PPFD: Ensures plants receive the right light intensity for maximum photosynthetic activity during each stage.
