The plant nº 3 is drinking more water so it was watered with 1 litter today. Day 41 Light Cycle 18/06 Air Humidity 65 ~70% Temp 20~28ºC Yesterday, the plants were top dressed with 10g of EcoThrive Charge mix with soil and watered with 200ml plain water. and today I gave the regular dose of nutrients (1L on each) The plants were defoliated, and I try to spread the maximum I could on the scrog. Overall, they are looking very healthy and vigorous. All the secondary branches are stretching up rapidly. I can wait to see the results

So this is my first diary here and I'm going to start from week 11 so there's should only be another week or two left. My next one I'll do properly from the start. Also this feeding schedule was the last ammendment I did but was in week 10 and not this week. As I only started on week 11 I thought I'd just add it to show what I've given her. This is just 1 Northern Lights Autoflower from Royal Queen Seeds. I've topped her twice and done some LST and lollipopped just as she was going into flower..which was around week 5. I use 100% organic top soil amendments from Living Soils every 2 weeks. I water about 2 days after the top soil goes completely dry only in the mornings. And she's on a 20/4 light cycle. I vegged her in a standard plastic pot then transplanted at the end of week 5 into a 10l pot with the coco loaded with all of the above (minus the guano which I added at the start of week 3 of flower) with the aim of her hitting those amendments at the right time..so I wouldn't have to amend again for another 2 weeks which seemed to work out. I tested the run off shortly after the first feeding for flowering and it was really high - 3000ppm - alongside the pH which which was really low - 4.89 (as expected as its runoff) however I had oyster shell in that first feeding which should help raise the pH and my local tap water is hard so there's extra Calcium and a bit of Megnesium in there too. I also added a couple of drops of biobizz ph+ to the water. And with the mycorrhizae..which should kick in and colonise the root system in about 3 to 4 weeks..should create a mycillium network to help this living soil regulate everything!! Which it did as I tested the runoff again everytime I fed (every 2 to 3 days) and it slowly went down ending up at 1000ppm and a pH of 5.9 which was spot on. I also had a massive scare as I found small white bugs in the medium when I disturbed the top soil. Thinking they were spider mites thankfully they were Symphalans which after researching eats seedling roots or decaying organic matter..so they're essentially cleaning the medium..and they stay under the soil away from the light. She is pretty small and compact. I'm testing autoflowers as I've never tried them before. I'm slightly annoyed as I knocked my dimmer down to 60% without realising..so out it back to 100% and as a result I'm guessing she may have been stunted along with topping her twice or maybe it's just the strain. But I have seen other a lot bigger. But she is looking really healthy and has done from the start. The colour you see has been there from the start and she hasn't had any deficiencies. Tricones are coming along nicely and some of the sugar leaves look like they're starting to deplete in nutritients as they're going slightly yellow on the edges so not long. I'm guessing 2 more weeks from today but I wouldn't be surprised if she hits 13 weeks which is what I'm hoping for as her last feed was last week which would give her an extra week to 'flush'. Also the Bat Boost from Guanokalong has an NPK ratio of 0-10-0 and not 0-0-2 like it states. This strain is almost perfect, smell, look, resin production, bud structure, how little trouble she was in veg…etc…. even yielded really well for a smallish, bushy plant, the only thing letting it down was slightly lacking in flavour, flavour was nice don’t get it twisted but I had very high expectations because everything else was so good, and it fell short a little. I did cure some further for a few months and it was better. All in all I’d recommend this strain, another banger from Barney’s farm!

Week 6 - Dialing in the LST and Managing the Fade 🍁 Description: We are officially in Week 6! This week has been all about canopy management. I’ve continued with the Low Stress Training (LST) to pull the main stem down and expose those lower nodes to more light. You can see in the photos how she’s starting to bush out horizontally rather than just shooting up. I am noticing a bit of yellowing and some "rust" spots on the older fan leaves. I’m currently checking my pH levels to make sure I’m not hitting a lockout. I’ll be keeping a close eye on the new growth to ensure the nitrogen levels are where they need to be as we prep for the flip to flower soon.

This week was the last one for the Cashew Kush and the Blackberry Cake! I watered them with clear water 2 times before the harvest. I will harvest the Jack Herer in one week.

Picture 1 - Day 8 - Seedling 1 got its nutrients the first time today. 1ml/L Biobizz Grow about 700ml. Picture 2 - Day 8 - Seedling 2.1 still stretching a bit too much, am waiting for the new light to arrive. Picture 3 - Finally got the new setup, the grow tent isnt perfect yet but itll do for the next few weeks (its just an old temporary closet) it leaks a lot of light and moisture but since I only have these 2 mini plants rn I dont think its gonna be a huge problem until flowering. Picture 4 - Day 9 - Seedling 1 looking good and Seedling 2.1 (3 Days old) will hopefully stop stretching now that I finally got the bigger light here. Watered 2.1 again today with just ph water. Picture 5 - Day 10 - Nothing special happening, the plants are looking good! Picture 6 - Day 11 - I now installed a fan in the grow area to better the ventilation. The fan is doing a great job at moving air around, but kinda messing up the moisture coming out of the humidifier... (With fan and humidifier on at same time = 40% with just humidifier running = 60-70%) Not sure how to fix that yet... Will water Seedling 1 again tomorrow. Picture 7 - Day 12 - Seedling 1 growing good but its leaves are still looking really weird, I think theyre going up on the edges because I put them under slight wind stress, but that issue is fixed now. Some parts of some of the leaves still look really odd to me, like they got cut off or something? I dont know Picture 8 - Day 12 - Seedling 2.1 is 6 days old now and growing good, theyre some tiny yellow dots on the leaves surface but its really slight so I dont know if its something bad. I watered both plants today, Seedling 1 with Bio Grow Nutrients and Seedling 2.1 with just Ph'd water. Video - Day 13 - Both seedlings still growing, but looking kinda sus.

Weekly SST with kelp foliar, rest in 5l with 1.2l of super8 tea & sprinkle of potash through drip No problem what so ever this grow, Noticed after applying UV more frequently and for longer period it brings out purple in my plant , proof is after removing tie of a branch it was nice and green under while rest of the stem purple . Also purple on the tips of the leaves. Probably running low on nitrogen so ordered blood , bone & fish meal , got 44-0-0 Prilled urea but that’s not organic so to say and only for emergency use

Foliar fed shogun sumo boost yesterday

Another good week! I fed them once on Monday. A final shot to boost them for finishing up. I am pretty certain they will finish within 2 weeks.I also watered them on Thursday and today (Sunday). I defoliated both plants earlier this week as well. For one, I needed to open the canopy up to help keep the humidity down but, there were a lot of leaves yellowing and turning brown. I was not feeding them correctly... in the sense that I wasn't watering enough in between feeds. There were excess nutrients built up in the soil and I believe that led to the nutrient burn. Also, this was my first and only feed without the Grow Big due to flushing for week 9. I followed the Fox Farm feed schedule... but, I think I needed to understand my plants better! I also believe I stunted these girls! One is about 24" tall and the other is 21" tall. Both on the very low end of the growth chart. Overall, I am very happy!! So much to experience and learn in such a short window of time! I've thoroughly enjoyed this grow! I look forward to the harvest and experiencing all that is to come! One last thing... Anyone use GrowBuddy and any word on what is going on with the current download? I've followed the drama around taking so long and all that (the new hardware soon to be for sale for 2.0)... but, the website now says the software is available for free and working on Macs and Windows.... So, I downloaded it last night and I cannot activate an account. Everything has a greyed over kind of look... So, I assume they took some part of their servers offline... Anyone know if this is accurate and has anyone else activated a new account recently? Thanks for any insight!! Peace!

the ladies did shoot up because they have got to few light. We repotted all of them after 11 days, we also hang our led deeper. At the beginning she got the smallest pot, now she got the biggest one :)

RIP!!! This week we went up to check on her 3 days after the was moved into her new home and she was looking very healthy. Then when we went to check on day 4, SHE WAS COMPLETELY GONE!!! We don’t know what happened, however we assume that a wallaby or another animal ate her. As we are guerilla growing, it is very difficult to manage things such as pests. And our location has a lot of frequent wallabies, so it was only a matter of time. This is a very sad day indeed, but now we can learn from our mistakes and put a cover over the rest of our batch. RIP!!!

Hey folks a late week 3 update. Trying to even out the weight of each pot since they got watered unevenly due to the windstorm from last week. 2 pots did get watered fully while the other 2 only need a third of what the other two pots required. Lots of things happen this week. First application of neem oil spray, foiler and soil drench to prevent fungus gnats. 2tbsp per gal with a dash of non phosphate dish soap. Before the spray. I also topped/FIM the tallest branches along with hst and a heavy defoliation. I can already tell she's gonna be a stacker! Like I said earlier. 2 plants are doing very well and the other 2 are lagging behind 1-2 weeks most likely got damaged from the storm.
