Orion F1 organic, dry amendments. The plant is really developing the flowers while they look really dense, and like they will be some very top shelf buds! The buds are beginning to stack on weight now, and hopefully, we'll just see the colas become larger and larger as we go on from here! I have gone through the tent this week, and I have removed a lot of the lower branches on the plants, as they're not going to grow into big colas or anything. So it's better not to waste the plant's energy, developing those to hopefully redirect it into the larger flowers. I'm really impressed with this plant so far, and the organic dry amendments are really working wonders, and that's been really eye-opening for me during this experiment! I'm very pleased that Royal Queen Seeds were kind. Enough to allow me to try this experiment with some of the F1 hybrid strains. It has been, and continues to be an extremely exciting experiment, and I am again learning more and more with each plant. I cannot wait for harvest and to see what these buds look like after I've dried and trimmed them! 3.8.25: I watered with 2ltrs of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.2 with; 💜 1ml Trace PH: 6.2 PPM: 371 I've just been keeping the medium, not bone dry, but there were some fungus gnats. So I have let it dry out more than I usually would probably, because I wanted to sprinkle some Diatomaceous Earth on the soil, and it only works when it's dry. 4.8.25: I watered with 3ltrs of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.6 with; 💜 3ml Ecothrive Trace 💜 1.25 TSP Ecothrive Biosys PH: 6.6 PPM: 385 I am going to top dress next week as I checked and it has been exactly a month since I last did one. Transplanted into medium size pots :) they seem to have taken transplant just fine. The smell is also really nice given their small size.

After one month late, two girls gave me nicebuds smelling diesel and strawberries.. Two other are still in flowering for 3weeks i think.. Colas are good size, the head buzz will blow you

BSB genetic is 1 week shorter than my Tropicana Banana from Barney’s Farm but it is in full bloom and has beautiful, dense leaves. beautiful quality of seeds also congratulations to all 🙏🙏🙏👏👏👏😁😁

Day 28: I got home from 10 days of holidays and these girls had cruised along as if I had been there with them the whole time. They are very happy, especially the middle one. The small one on the right has always been small, is what it is. She could be a stack little shorty. Time will tell. I did a feed today, top dressed according to Gaia Green at 15 ml/ gal of media which should last approx 2 weeks. I also added a bit more 444 just to make sure there’s enough N during this stretch phase. All 3 have pistols showing and are starting to flower. I was unable to train as much as I’d have liked but is what it is. Sometimes the more indica strains I’ve done are negatively effected by topping and excess training. I removed a couple huge fans that were shading too much of the plant. I also am trying a “super cropping” of top fans to get them out of the way but still save them as a nute source if they need. We’ll see how it goes. The Vipar spectra xs2000 is killling it as usual. As I’ve said 50 times it’s super powerful and I’ve had to raise the light above recommended height as I started to see leaf edge curl and light stress. No problem at all tho, better too powerful and raise it than too weak and have loose buds. I did a micro top just to stop excessive apical meristem stretch and leaving all the other lower branches too low for effective light absorption or burn on the top cola. Happy Growing 🌱

Just another week of 24/0 veg in their new 4in pots. They've hit the stride past clone stage I'd say and are shooting up. They are ready for a leaf stripping and training about now. They're about out of room in the clone spot. They can hit the lights in there though cause they are just 10w shop lights and don't seem to do anything bad, even being right on the bulbs. So 3 rows of strains going vertical in the pics, like Bruce is the three pots on the left, Orange Blossom Middle, and Krishna on the right. Then horizontally three feed lines, so one of each strain is getting each mix. 3 part AN in the front row. Lucas method 1:2 GH micro:bloom in the middle row. Then GH maxibloom only in the back row. Not sure I am seeing any difference yet but they did just get a transplant and are probably doing fine with the leftovers in the coco for now. We'll start to see more of a dif soon in the bigger lights in the Veg space. Or we won't see a difference and everybody is getting maxibloom only, all the time!

This is getting close to flush now and she smells lush very gasy and so sticky lol brilliant genetics

Sorry guys I want to wait for a little bit, had to spend time with the family. My plants have bounce back from being overwatered I have one runt (caused by root damage from being overwatered) which is my cereal milk I’m sure she’ll bounce back but she will never make a fullest potential. Other than that all my plants are looking healthy ready to go three more weeks and veg. Then it’ll be time for the big flip. I had a awesome time growing these babies for my mental note my Mac1 and Gelato have the strongest smell my far from touch (stem rubbing lol).

Day 70- Switched to plain ph’d water mid-week, they have now had 2 waterings with plain water. Probably going to be 2 more in the upcoming week. Did a big defoliation mostly to help ease the final trim when it comes, but to also allow for a little more trichome development as she uses up the remaining nutrients. It’s been a much cooler week so I have been gradually increasing the light intensity to get a final push for some weight. Running at about 95% intensity at the moment with the tent hovering around 79-81 degrees freedom units. Checking trichomes daily with my 30x jewellers loupe, mostly cloudy now, some amber popping up, but mostly on the leaves. I’m watching my other strain as well, hoping the timing will be right for both to come down. I’m not in a rush, really want to maximize these buds, they are already very hard, and they will be decent producers.

I just added weeks 5 and 6 into one week because I didn't really have time to post last week. There seems to be a problem with my plants that I can't quite figure out. The only commonality that I changed with both plants since the last grow is the microbe Inoculant that I bought from NPK. The Black Afghan that I harvested back in November didn't have these microbes added to the soil and it grew into a monster. I am beginning to wonder if these microbes are stealing food from my plant. Even though these microbes are sold as "flowering" microbes. I'm beginning to think they are starving my plants. Also, I am technically 7 weeks from the flip to 12/12. So I may just be at the end of the flower period for these plants. I checked the Tricomes and they are mostly cloudy with about 5-10% amber. Normally at this point I would be cutting out the nutrients and letting her consume her leaves. However, she has already started to so that and now I don't know what to do. I just don't know. So... lesson learned. Stick to the basic nutes and stop trying to make this job harder than it needs to be. KISS
