Just germinated - waiting to go into pots! 22/04/20 - Germinated 2 Purple Punch seeds - soaked in water with a drop of seaweed. All germinated fine. 24/04/20 - Added to rooters 28/04/20 - Putting them in their starter pots today to see which out of the two is the strongest. Starter medium will be soil - Biobiz light & pro with a tiny amount of worm castings and perlite. i really don't have a clue if this is going to be too hot for them but we'll see. Gushers is in flower ! She is in 20 liter Blacksoil by Sonnenerde, she has a bit of a claw going on which I fixed by now, its was due to to much water as black soil has amazing water holding capacities and just needs less water in general. She is happy and she is growing super fast !

They're settling in to the pots nicely and the flower tent is about to be cleared out. Need to do some work around the tent before I can move them should be a week or 2.

Week 5 baby! What a smooth ride this has been - these ladies are absolutely flying through veg. Gave them some cooler water today and they're vibing with it 💚 Still keeping nutrients minimal, just 1-2x weekly when they ask for it. Less is more with these girls!

On the 15/10 it was my fifth day in a row without any more signs of pollensacks or nanas! It really is worth the try is you think, you got something special on your hands. If you can, better isolate it anyways, I just didn't have the room for this. Everything else also going great and the Double Dunked is starting to show why this run is called "Purple Beauties". From now on every week was going to blow my mind on just how beautiful this grow could turn out. Also did some defoliation again

This week was similar to last week. Rain every other day with intense sun. There were no major changes I made. I did slide my pots over a few feet to try to catch more sunlight. Mainly just been on scouting duty making sure there are no questionable bugs hanging around. A few things seem to take a liking to them but leaving them lone for the most part. One thing I noticed with the autos is that they seemed to adapt a whorled phyllotaxy along with the lemon ak that started with 3 from seed. They got their weekly does of boogie brew, but think I will stop feeding after this week.

Mang she smells like fruity/lemon, spicy diesel funk. Awesome nose her so far. Can't wait to taste hoe

Cut both down found Nanas everywhere i think 2 weeks to early. Taste wasnt amazing like a spice rack got my lesson dont use bad genetics.

HARVEST CHOPPED 17TH SEPT - DAY 127 FROM SEED DRIED FOR 10 DAYS PLANT 1 - 127g (4.5oz) PLANT 2 - 151g (5.4oz) TOTAL 278g (10 oz) Sorry for the late post! Harvesting has been the main priority. Everything is done now though! These 2 plants ended up verrrrry different. One smells sweet and gassy and fresh, and the other smells extremely savoury, almost like chicken ramen. Trimming only took a couple days, and I’m really happy with the result! The smoking experience is very pleasant. The nugs are sooooo sticky that I need to prepare my roaches and papers before I touch the flower otherwise my fingers will be too sticky. An amazing dilemma!

Day 29 an her topping went well .. she been a slow grow but that had been on purpose... I just simply have no room for her at the moment so I just started giving her food like 2 days ago.. I topped her the other day and that's the first of many ... this is gonna be a plant I veg for a while.. I have the time and I want to get 4 or 5 sets of toppings in .. this is my first photoperiod indoors ( grew one once outside) so I wanna play with this .. Day29: New sets of leaves. I'll repot and switch to proper Veg Lights on the weekend. Day30: I'll repot tomorrow. Day31: Repotting done. She had a crazy amount of roots in the seedling pot. MUCH more than I expected. I switched to Veg lights at 90% power. Day32: Settling in new pot Day33 & 34: I had to perform some maintenance on the tent. Lost some hours due to that. Day35: Growth really looking healthy. Although she's not really stretching high, she does look rather happy. I do like them thicc ;) General: I need to put the camera somewhere else so that the growth can be better seen. Right at the end I'll edit out the white flashes. They're caused by the humidifier running and will be really easy to cut out without losing the gist of the grow :)

7/18 so even though shes been flowering for only 5 weeks(starting6) shes looking closer to being done than I had expected. Shes been losing alot of yellow leaves and most of the pistils are orange now. I checked the trichomes as best as I could today and on the main/top cola, I saw some amber but very little. But the rest of the buds were mostly clear I believe. I still want her to keeo going another few weeks but we'll see as time and trichomes progress. I added some extra flowering nutes and a product thats got good stuff like kelp and molasses and crab meal and stuff besides NPK values to help the plants put on some extra weight hopefully. 7/19 just took pictures/videos and checked trichomes 7/22 checked trichomes. The very top nugs have some amber on them and the rest are mostly cloudy. Wish I wouldve been checking the trichomes sooner so I couldve started flushing sooner. I wish i wouldve stopped using open sesame sooner as well. Next time im gonna do some things different with these plants. Once the soils dry probably gonna chop

(11/18-11/24) ***All feeds with nutes use either a whole ratio or combination of "Veg Mix" and "Bloom Mix"concentrates DILUTED in water until a total ppm of add-in is reached using a (Total Dissolved Solids) TDS Meter measured in PPM (parts per million). The "Veg Mix" concentrate will eventually be added in smaller ratios and "Bloom Mix" concentrate will eventually replace the "Veg Mix" concentrate entirely. The ppm and ratios of each feed will be listed when I feed. Veg mix recipe is on week 2. Bloom Mix recipe will be noted in this top message of the week that I make it.*** Week 2 Notes & Observations: As mentioned last week, Plant 1 really liked the nute feed and gave excellent growth surpassing plant 2 in height. However plant 2 is actually ahead of plant one by number of nodes even if she's shorter overall. And since I topped this week, that became important. I topped plant 1 at the third node of 5 and plant 2 at the 4th node of 6. I also cleared all other leaves and growth tips leaving only 2 fan leaves and the growth tips under the topping nodes. Hope to see a full recovery in 5 to 7 days when, if all is still good, I plan to top again on each side to set my mainline base. VPD and PPFD: This week I will hold the humidity in the tent to about 70-75% and temps will be monitored for 75- 78F daytime and 68-70F overnight. Lights should adjusted to provide 350max, but will try to hold the 300 setting as long as I can this week. Meaning slight increase over last week other than growth. Feed & Monitor: Day 22 (last feed was day 16) Tested and Calibrated my ph pens. Starting weight from each pot was 18 lbs and 8 oz, P1 weighed 15lbs 13oz and P2 was 14lbs 15oz before feed. Each plant got 1 gallon of purified water with 150ppm Veg Mix (recipe on week 2 and makes 1 gallon at about 3600 to 4000ppm concentrate to dilute each feed, i.e. I only fed 150ppm above the purified water ppm this feed) The ph on this feed was balanced to 6.05ph to combat the higher runoff ph from the last feed. After feed P1 weighed 21lbs 2oz (21even after last feed) and P2 weighed 20lbs 14oz (21lbs 5oz after last feed). I got about 9 cups of runoff on P1 and 7 cups on P2. Runoff for P1 ph was 6.45 with 980ppm and P2 was 6.45 with 1130ppm. Top soil tested at: P1 (6.51,6.48,6.43,6.57) avg 6.497 and P2 (6.41,6.39,6.57,6.47) avg 6.46 - next feed will be 6.1ph, Im liking where the ph is so I dont see any issues, but will continue this course for a bit longer. I've started giving just water, also moved them to a smaller tent as the other one is now 12/12. They have stayed too face really fast so could have gone longer but there starting to look cloudy so I'm happy to feed water for about a week then harvest them. One of them has a distinctively different smell to the other 2. Both types smell great though.
