moving on into the later stages of flowering i am waiting on the final stretch of bulking before the buds start to mature i am already seeing the odd pistil starting to brown but all in all we are still a few weeks from harvest happy growing friends friday update: we are now definetly well into the ripening stage as more and more pistils are turning the smell is becoming way more typical for a marijuana plant and there is more resin than before hope for a quick under 2 week finish so i can process before vacation and hopefully have a test smoke before leaving i dont care too much about flavors more just the effects

10/28 - Pushing this update three days early since much has changed. Did a solution change earlier today to the new mix (as noted) which settled in about 740ppm (570ppm nutrients, 1.14ec + tap). After approximately eight hours (including a dark cycle), she registered 720ppm, but we will see how she swings over the next few days. The other lady in the video was given the same nutrient solution at the same time and is now showing some dark buildup on her roots that this Amnesia XXL Auto doesn't have. Her growth has been fantastic so far and she is responding well to the nutrients. I am excited to see how this goes considering this is my first DWC run and first run with Dyna Gro. Any comments, questions, observations, or concerns are always welcome. Happy Growing! Edit: 10/29 - Added 2ml/gal Botanicare Hydroguard as a preventative for any potential root issues. Edit: 10/31 - Removed two large fan leaves that were actively shading new growth nodes. PPMs have slowly climbed up to 750. Lowered to 700 with pH'ed water. Added second Mars Hydro SP150 and raised to 18" above canopy.

Ok, very nice week here. Plant is stinking haha, very sweet smell. Trichomes are looking very cloudy and are starting to turn amber so am gonna hold off on nutes, or at least cut them down. Hopefully harvest end of this week or next week. Issues with the leaves seems to have stopped after adjusting the pH and adding some calmag.

Hello friends! Here’s the skinny on my grow “First Mainline Attempt!”. I’m going to split this up a bit so it’s easier to follow, this will be a long one :) ~ Progress Day 56 ~ There’s been a lot of growth happening since I got this new light from KINGLED, genuinely surprised. I could notice the difference within hours that my little ones where love’n the light! Compared to last week the difference is huge (to me). I was using a Bestva LED light for my grows up to this point. I read reviews and thought that would be the best light (Bestva) within my current budget. But my plants didn’t seem happy, or growing at an expected rate, I thought I was doing something wrong. Well long story short the KINGLED has made a impact on my plants, I can’t believe all I needed was more light. I will post the light specs below if you’re interested. Now i’m gonna jump right into this weeks growth. I’ll separate each plant below and provide details on height and structure. ~ Individual Progress Notes ~ [CBD Blueberry] Height: 6.0" Tops: 8 Notes: Smallest of the mothers, and she has a weird asymmetrical growth pattern, the nodes don’t match evenly, not sure what mutation this is. It could be that this strain doesn’t like being mainlined.. If this negatively impacts the overall yield and quality I will kill off this mother plant and clones. I have 2 more seeds to germ so it’s not a total loss. [Mazar] Height: 8.0" Tops: 8 Notes: This girl is responding the best to the mainline experiment, I’m excited to clone her off later. Nice symmetrical growth :) [White Widow] Height: 6.1" Tops: 8 Notes: I honestly thought she would be the runt, guess not! Though not the biggest she has the phatest leaves and thickest canopy. I can only wonder what the next few weeks will be like. Must clone! [Super Silver Haze] Height: 7.2" Tops: 8 Notes: Another that’s responding well to the treatment. I’d like to clone her of as well as soon as there is enough growth for me to collect samples. I’ve only had this strain once so I’m hoping this will be as good or better, who knows :) [Purple Urkle #1] Height: 8.0 Tops: 8 Notes: I lost the clone to this girl, I'll need a replacement(s) to test before I flower, more stretch than the others, hmm (both 1 & 2 need to be tested via clones) [Purple Urkle #2] Height: 9.0 Tops: 8 Notes: This girl is very stretchy and her clone is insane! Thickest stalk out of any of my girls? I don't know why but she is phat, love it. Check out my diary "A Few Clones" if you're interested in this possible monster of a plant :) ~ Concerns ~ My only real concern at this point is mite and insect control. This grow is in the garage so that’s not especially easy to avoid. Staying vigilant and nuke’n everything that moves (without harming my plants) is working so far. Those pesky mites and other fan favorite insects! I swear I’ll get my revenge >:( ~ Final Thoughts ~ Other than the local mite population making claims to my property, I’m very satisfied with this weeks progress. Installing the ducting and fans was the hardest chore I had to do, and now that’s taken care of. Before I finish up I want to apologize for not being as detailed and thorough these past few weeks. Now this is a bit personal but I’m willing to share it with ya’ll. My mother has stage 4 cancer, yeah… It hasn’t hit me like a train yet, but I’m still suffering. I’m trying to prepare myself in the event she doesn't make it through chemo and that’s a tough pill to swallow friends. Hopefully I can produce some cbd medicine for her to ease her pain, and help to improve her quality of life. Currently treating with potassic soap and neem oil. Beside that the plants looks healthy to me. ~~16/09 Some stylish rain cover for the rain to come (finally after almost 3 months!)
