A great week of growth and development. Did a small defoliation, and clean of the tent. The girls are very leafy, and some of that needed to go to increase air flow and prevent issues from developing. Love this time of growing as there is not much to do, but watch the buds stack! Happy Gardening 👊❤️🇨🇦

Another cold wet week. Witnessed the spiderlings band together for a few days, web making at night. Then one day the wind picked up and they all disbanded, stretched out their silk and flew away all over my yard. It was such an incredible experience to watch! I should have an army of Orb weavers come flower time. Did another top dress of compost mixed with 70/30 Gaia Green AP/PB, maybe 20Tbsp. When I pulled back the mulch I got to see all the soil creatures and roots consuming the material, this really does help build extra root zone over time. Minor defoliating, I'm keeping nodes 1, removing 2 and final top at 3 (next week) to keep her spaced, then let her stretch and trellis. Should all help fill in the canopy.

Great weather, haven't had a drop of rain in 6 weeks! She's growing so fast now. I've completley filled out my 4x4 canopy. If I could force flower now I would, but here I am with another 6 weeks of veg left! I thought with all this heavy mainline I wouldn't need a ladder come harvest, not the case. I did some super croping to strengthen the branches and contain height. Using LST clips on some of the taller branches to even out the canopy. I was gone for 4 days, and lost 3 branches, could of been wind, not sure. On top of that I removed 3 or 4 branches that were stunted and well below the canopy. In any case you can hardly notice the loss, canopy is nice and full, even growth. I'm debating topping it all again, but I may just let her ride it out. She's growing an inch a day at least, having to raise the trellis weekly, it's working really good to keep an evenly spaced canopy.

🌸 Week 5 Flower – Frost on the Horizon We’ve reached the midway mark of flower, and the Mango Kush sisters are entering their true production phase. What started as white hairs and clusters is now becoming recognizable bud sites, with calyx swelling, pistils stacking, and resin glands beginning to form. Even though the two phenos are still at slightly different paces, both are showing the strength of Mango × Hindu Kush genetics: dense flower set, uniform branching, and a promise of rich aromas to come. ⸻ 💧 Feeding Update – Adjusting for Signs & Demands This week we observed minor leaf spotting, likely an early sign of calcium/magnesium imbalance. With the canopy pushing hard into bloom, demand for structural nutrients rises. To address this, we adjusted the recipe: Updated Feeding Mix (per liter): • 🌿 Aptus Regulator – 0.15 ml • 🌿 Aptus CalMag Boost – 0.35 ml (slight increase for leaf support) • 🌿 Aptus All-In-One Liquid – 1 ml (reintroduced for balanced NPK support) • 🌿 Plagron Sugar Royal – 1 ml • 🌿 Plagron Green Sensation – 1 ml Why this change? • All-In-One Liquid provides a steady base of NPK to complement the super soil and ensure no hidden deficiencies appear as flowers bulk. • CalMag Boost increased slightly to help counter early spotting and reinforce leaf health. • Sugar Royal & Green Sensation remain to push terpene, resin, and bud density. 🌱 Educational Takeaway: At mid-flower, nutrition must shift slightly from “steering” to supporting. The plant is now a high-demand engine, and small deficiencies show quickly. Adding back a balanced NPK base (All-In-One) ensures pistil and calyx production doesn’t stall. ⸻ 🌡️ Environment – Riding the Heat The room remains lively but challenging: • 🌡️ Temps: peaking at 31–34°C • 💧 RH: 50–60% • 📊 VPD: ~1.8–2.0 kPa While slightly hotter than ideal, the Mango Kush girls are holding strong thanks to airflow and the resilience provided by biostimulants like Sugar Royal and Regulator. An AC unit is on the way, which will stabilize the climate moving forward. 🌱 Educational Takeaway: High VPD increases water demand, plants drink more, transpire faster, and pull nutrients quicker. This can be beneficial if balanced correctly, but also risky: deficiencies show up faster, and stress can slow bud formation. Monitoring and adjusting is the key. ⸻ 💡 Lighting – Mid-Canopy Power Boost Our lighting orchestra is now running at higher intensity to fuel flower bulking: • ThinkGrow Model One – deep penetration into the canopy • 2× ThinkGrow ICL-300 bars – mid-canopy support, ensuring no shadowed sites • Future of Grow Black Series 600W – full-spectrum coverage • Lumatek Zeus 465W Compact Pro – evening out the footprint PPFD is averaging 750–800 µmol/m²/s, which is perfect for mid-flower. The canopy is even, with bud sites developing from top to bottom. 🌱 Educational Takeaway: Mid-canopy lighting like the ICL-300 prevents “popcorn buds” by ensuring lower sites receive enough light intensity to develop properly. The result: fuller plants, less larf, more usable flower. ⸻ 🌱 Genetics in Action – Mango Kush Week 5 • Pheno #1 – Still ahead, stacking pistils into early bulking buds, beginning to sparkle under macro view. • Pheno #2 – Catching up fast, with strong pistil growth and early calyx development. Though she started later, her structure is filling in beautifully. Both phenos are showing that classic Mango Kush balance: fruit-forward aromas beginning to rise when you brush the flowers, with the Kush backbone promising earthy depth in the final cure. ⸻ 🔮 What to Expect & What Not to Expect ✅ Expect this week and next: • Rapid calyx swelling → buds begin “rounding out” • Trichome initiation across sugar leaves • First noticeable sticky texture • Stronger aroma when handling ❌ Not yet: • Full frost coverage (peaks Weeks 6–7) • True terpene explosion (Weeks 7–8) • Final density (Weeks 7–9) 🌱 Educational Takeaway: Week 5 is often where growers get impatient. Resist the urge to overfeed or over-adjust. Buds are setting their foundation now, the bulk and frost come with time. ⸻ 🔄 Recap – The Journey So Far • Weeks 0–2: Seedlings established, Aptus Start Booster support • Weeks 3–4 Veg: Rapid branching, transplant into super soil + Aptus Mycor-Mix & Buffer • Week 5 (Flip): 12/12, stretch begins • Flower Weeks 1–2: Power Buds introduced, lighting expanded • Flower Week 3: Flower set established, pistils everywhere • Flower Week 4: Bulking begins, feeding simplified • 🌸 Flower Week 5 (Now): Buds swelling, trichomes emerging, All-In-One Liquid reintroduced, environment monitored closely ⸻ 🙏 Gratitude To everyone following along, thank you. Each week is a balance of science, art, and patience, and it means a lot to share this journey together. The Mango Kush sisters are teaching us once again: growth happens in stages, and trust in the process brings the best results. ⸻ 💭 Grower’s Note: “This week felt like the garden finally started to sparkle. The first trichomes are here, pistils are building like fireworks, and even with the heat waves, the girls stand tall. Pheno #1 is racing, Pheno #2 is steady — and together, they remind me that nature never grows in straight lines, only in rhythms.” 📲 Don’t forget to Subscribe and follow me on Instagram and YouTube @DogDoctorOfficial for exclusive content, real-time updates, and behind-the-scenes magic. Very rough transplant into 5 gallon bags today. Ended up ripping quite a lot of roots from Plant 1 in particular trying to get them out of ceramic pots. Fingers crossed they recover okay and this doesn't slow them down too much. Plant 1 is showing pistils. Massive learning curve on this grow.

F15 Code Red has exploded in growth, aiming to get to 70 cm while the crescendo will do 55 or so. Either way both look super healthy and on track to a great flowering. I’m a little worried that the weeks 4-6 will be hard on the mute schedule, time will tell if they need the pk boost hard. Easiest grow of my life with best results, auto pots are going to be staying on every subsequent grow.

Beginning of Week 5. Getting ready for transplant. We made our own potting mix and compost tea with the following ingredients. Potting Mix : 10 Quarts Fox Farm Ocean Forest Soil (Base) 5 Quarts Earth Worm Casting 1 Cup Flower Girl 5 Quarts Pearlite 2.5 Tablespoons Happy Frog Japanese Maple Fertilizer (Mixed in) 2 Teaspoons Vigoro (Mixed into top 3" of Soil) 2 Teaspoons Happy Frog Japanese Maple Fertilizer (Mixed into top 3' of Soil) Compost Tea: 2 Cups of Worm Casting (Steeped) .25 Cups Flower Girl (Steeped) 1 Cup of Happy Frog Japanese Maple Fertilizer (Steeped) I wasn't entirely sure how a Compost Tea would work with feeding, so the guy at the gardening center said it wouldn't hurt to use the compost as the base liquid to water for the week, and it would be safe to add the typical nutrients ( Grow big, Molasses, Liquid Seawee, Big Bloom and Nitrogen). Guess we'll find out and hopefully I wont destroy my plant. When transplanting we form fitted the orignal pot into the new 5 gallon fabric pot. Filled the hole and covered the rootball with Mycorrhizae.

26-05-2025 I forgot to measure my plants last week, but it seems they have gained some leaves and some height! I’m waiting for the weather to be warmer to put them outside. 28-05-2025 I transplanted my plant to the vegetable garden. It grows between nasturtiums, tomatoes and fava beans. Three weeks ago I added green Culterra (N10-P4-K6) to my soil. I hope the soil absorbed it and my plants can benefit from it. My Purplematic CBD looks like it started some flowering already. It’s still very small, but she grows some white hairs on top?

And the time to flip her out came and here is day one on a 11/13 light shuttle lol she is looking amazing to my eyes and so , but so ready to flowers and deliver big fruits, lets see. I topped 2x and they are all clean up to the top, from now on i will give her a defoliation some point on, like day 15 something like that, depending on her needs , if needed before it will b if after, after will b, she will decide if and wen i defoliate her . I gave her still in this watering some root booster (start booster in my case) but from now on i will not give it tho her any more, started my P on them and my fruit booster ( in my case topbooster) Gave her her last training and from here on she is capable of doing her thing, i believe in her and in the power of Aptus Nutrient line. Tomorrow or so i will take some more pictures and post here to see how she is going, so stay happy stay tuned and i hope surrounded with love and good weed to smoke 😆💚💚💚🙏🙏🙏✊✊✊🙌🙌🙌💨💨💨💪💪💪 Day 2 and they are loving the fact that i change it to 11-13 , they wore desperate for that i think 😆 loving how they are praying like there is no t tomorrow Day 5 and she looks happy AF and always praying to the Gods , thank you girl you doing great and im so proud of you ✊💪💪💪 As always thank you guys for your love , your time, your support and it all, i fell blessed and i am truly thankful 💚💚💚🙏🙏🙏🙌🙌🙌 All i grow is medicine for myself, for me and for my best friend with is me 😆 nothing to sell, so don’t even ask 😅💚💚💚 All info and full product details can be find in can find @ https://viparspectra.eu/collections/grow-lights DISCOUNT CODE 5% - DOGDOCTOR ( all store ) https://www.zamnesia.com DISCOUNT CODE 10% - GROWITGD ( just for seeds ) https://aptus-holland.com/ #aptus #aptusplanttech #aptusgang #aptusfamily #aptustrueplantscience #inbalancewithnature #trueplantscience #viparspectra #zamnesiaseeds #growerslove With true love comes happiness 💚🙏 Always believe in your self and always do things expecting nothing and with an open heart , be a giver and the universe will give back to you in ways you could not even imagine so 💚💚💚 More info and updates @ https://growdiaries.com/grower/dogdoctor https://instagram.com/dogdoctorofficial https://youtube.com/channel/UCR7ta4DKLFMg2xxTMr2cpIg 💚💚💚Growers love to you all 💚💚💚

Hi all another week down almost . I’ve recorded a couple of videos (beginning or week and back end ) as you cannot see the big girl properly with a photo . She has soo much going on ,I’m not only proud of myself but super pleased with this girl . Having germinated only 2 seeds and got 2 plants granted one was weak from the start , that easily could have been my doing as a newby , I really cannot fault GHSc . Feed has been easy to work with and without dramas . Shouldn’t be long now before I start flushing ready for harvest . Thanks for being here with me , I don’t feel I’ve got any hope regarding the compition but that wasn’t my hopes anyhow , I wanted to see how I did as a newby growing same as some veterans . Happy considering . Stay safe and happy growing guys
