This girl is growing like a sword – tall, slender, and cutting through the canopy with style 😅 She's stretched quite a bit, and down below she’s rocking four tiny side shoots that I’m honestly not sure what to think of yet. But hey, I’m letting her do her thing. Stretch seems to be slowing down now, and I'm starting to spot the very first trichomes glistening under the light, always an exciting moment! Beginning of week 4 in flowering and everything is coming along quite nicely. plants are loving there Remo nutes! just switched this tent over to a self watering drip system cause it was getting to be a real pain watering these girls by hand. Their siting in 7 gallon fabric pots and boy do they drink a mad amount of water/nutes! the pots are just packed with roots! really loving the Remo lineup of nutes so far! go Remo! Go Sports! Buds are starting to form nicely! Started to open up the bud sites a bit by tucking what i could but had to snip a few leaves up top to open a few lower sites up trying to get through.

Very aromatic and good smelling strain, easy to grow, very resistant to diseases. No problems at all. Can't wait until the harvest will dry! And I am now re-vegging the bigger girl at 24h cycle, so let's see what happens.

Placed pot into tent with no light on. 📅2/10/24 Wednesday 📋 Dropped the seed into 40ml of water with 5ml/L katana roots and 0.1ml/L neutralise at 5.00pm. 5.00pm turned light on @ 100w 80cm above the soil, Ppfd=197, 24hr DLI=17.0 10.00pm placed seed into moist paper towel. 📅3/10/24 Thursday 📋 7.30pm tap root breaking through the side of the shell so put the seed into 12L fabric pot, and placed in the tent under constant light. Can't recall ever having a tap root coming through the side before. 📅4/10/24 Friday 📋 9.00pm looks like movement. 📅5/10/24 Saturday 📋 9.00pm not broke ground properly but cotyledons are visible and looks stuck in part of the shell casing. Day 0 ******************************************** Germination summery. 📋 Didn't take that long for the Lemon cherry gelato to start breaking ground, she seems to be struggling to open up at the moment and is a funny yellow colour. I like my grows to be simple, clean and efficient. The Mars 2000 plus RQS top-shelf genetics, combined with the super-simple RQS organic "Easy" line of nutes is making this beautiful grow! 6 strains, 6 healthy, thriving girls. I intentionally set 2 seeds at 3-4 intervals so I can rotate air space and have 2 harvested every 4 weeks. The organic Easy line of nutes is simple to use, clean, organic and delivers lush, healthy growth. No more mixing liquids. I feed sparingly but always give cal/mag with all waterings/feedings. I pH down water ONLY at the beginning (before feeding starts) or in between if pH runs high and I won't be feeding within 2-3 days. Feeding drops pH in coco and as nutes are consumed pH rises back to coco's neutral 7.0. Simple. I rarely water "till runoff". Lighter feedings mean less buildup. Clean. Abundant, tasty, smooth harvests is my goal and this combo delivers! I'm still enjoying last Fall's harvest of Green Gelato 😎

Week 6 Dec. 9 - Dec. 15, 2019 Dec. 11, 2019 They were moved into the tent late in week 5. They took a couple of days to get back to normal... had some drooping leaves for a couple of days... ended up raising the light to 24", it started out at 18". Continued to LST and some defoliating. Late last week I broke the main stem of ZK #3 attempting to train it toward the edge of the pot. It was hanging by a thread... freaked the hell out, grabbed the closest tape to me, you'll see that in the pic lol. It was a metal tape for duct work hehe. Noticing as the babys get further into flower they are getting THIRSTY, I'm up to watering them about .5 gallon a day. You'll see in the pics I LST'd 2 plants the same and one differently. Regarding this strain I'm not sure what method a working better.

Buds are still stretching and trichromes are still a little transparent so I’m picking this one late. New England heat and humidity I think has it finishing a little bit later than an indoor grow

Another week down I think I've already defoliated before about to bit em again this strain can take alot of stress as with most mephistos I've grown.

Noticed some yellow/lime green sugar leaves at the top of the two tallest buds on the Gorilla Cookies along with some dark and light spots. Could it be light or wind burn? Hope it's not something more! I raised the lights a few days ago after spotting some whitening and curling at the tips, could it be something coming on after that? That issue aside the weeks gone well, the buds are still packing and getting more and more crystals throughout. Humidity started creeping up at the end of the week, a spell of wet weather and feeds going up to 1 litre being the causes. The little dehumidifier I have does remove some moisture but I was seeing it well over 55% more often than I would have like as so had bought four 2 litre paint kettles and, having drilled holes in the bottom of two of them and housed them inside an unholed one each, filled the top to the brim with rock salt to hopefully drop me back towards 50%🤞 Think it's time to start flushing through the SB and may do the same with the GC, she's a tad further back but hoping for a strong finish

It's been a wonderful journey, I'm very happy about this lady's performance, she has produced a high quality harvest, low quantity but I didn't maximice the space as good as I should, but definitely a wonderful genetic to grow, the flowrs are super sticky, full of trichomes and the smell is just the clasic amnesia smell you expect.

So we're a couple weeks into flower now. I finally got my hands on a ph meter. Our water has a ph of 7.8 but with nutrients comes down to high 6s. Runoff ph was 6.3ish. I'll keep an eye on it the next few feeds and see what happens. Had a couple weekends where I've been away and girl has dried out a bit between waterings but she's held up under the stress ok. LST has been reasonably successful for both my girls. Will see how yield compares to prev grow. Have just got my hands on some bud burst which I've started adding today.
