Hey hey! So my first week of proper seedling growth felt like it lasted forever! I feel like I definitely overwatered them in the germination phase and for the first few days of being seedlings, dialled it back a bit by giving them an extra day to dry out and they seemed to react well and have a bit of a growth spurt. Note for next grow: When transplanting cubes plant them a bit deeper in the soil, as once you water them the soil compresses causing them to poke out a bit! Also noticed a slight bit of green algae on one of the cubes, just picked it off and covered with soil to hide from light. Measured the PH of my tap water and was surprised to see that it was measuring 8.5, whereas previously it was around 6.5 - 7. Checked online and supposedly I do have very soft water, so i'm guessing this was just an anomaly. Anyway, readings for this water were: Tap: 8.5 Mixed with some Calmag due to my soft water + PH down to balance it: 6.3 Runoff: 5.5 Was surprised by the runoff being so low, going to mix in a slightly higher PH for tomorrows watering (maybe around 6.8~) and see how the runoff turns out. Overall pretty pleased and finding growing SUPER satisfying! It's turning out to be an amazing hobby.

Getting my better microscope in tomorrow so i can check on the progress. I had a small microscope but you have to ram that one into your eyes to see through it lol . Same issue with critical tho low bud structure . its definitely Going to be better to cut the top when they're done and let the lower grow continue for a week or so . Day 40 Flowering Cookies Gelato Been bizzy trying to get cookies gelato under the microscope is quite a task . The best way for me is to cut 😱😱😱 something off and lay it down. it works but still need to fine tune it a little better but amazing what you can see up close 👀 some leafes had a lot of ambers on it but the buds (not photography) are still clear so it has some way to go still. Day 41 end of week 6 of Flowering Week 6 is over Growmies what a wonderful week!!! Getting the microscope under control and starting to see the milkyway . But still a lot of clear trichomes so i will wait with flush this week . Sticking with a Seedsman strain this run as they seem to be the most consistent in my personal experience. Seeds always sprout, have had a 100 percent success rate germinating seeds from Seedsman after popping at least a couple from 4 different strains of theirs. On top of that the quality has been there each harvest so we are giving one of their most popular strains a go and we shall see where it takes us. Although this run I will be trying amended coco coir instead of my usual peat based mediums in an attempt to avoid a pH fallout when the dolomite lime wears out or is used by the plant and allows the peat to become more acidic mid flower. At least this is my theory.. I guess Ill find out. Another thing to note is that for germination I start in a glass of water for 12 hours and then transfer the seeds into the paper towel method by placing them in a damp paper towel until the tap roots are long enough to plant into starting pots.. by far my most successful method personally.

nutrients are the same as in the weeks before and dont change as mutch. she is very fast if this holds up so good this is my first hydro and f1 at the same time so pretty glad all works so well.

Wish I took more pictures of her. Wicked good grow. She threw out some frosty baseball bats. Super easy to grow. She’s the only good plant to come out this run. Got a little more than 10 ounces off the earth box.

After the repotting at the end of week 4, I watered my plants for a couple of days only using water (day 31 - 34). On day 34 I added some small LST cords, and watered. On day 35 I switched my lighting schedule from veg. to flowering, and watered. On day 36 I watered with nutrients. On day 37 I watered. On day 38 I defoliated and watered with nutrients. (The amount of nutrition used this week is combined at the top for the 3 plants.) During defoliation, I cut the inside looking leaves, and the big overhanging sugar leaves. Here and there I also cut some new growth on the inside of the canopy because it wasn't getting enough light. I noticed a very small amount of leaves which was yellowing on the bottom of the plant and cut them aswell. These we're from when the plant was just growing. All in all, things are looking good. Still searching for a solution for the trellis, because the things I came up with weren't cutting it. Probably going to fix one from PVC-piping. See ya!

Every day i open the tent the only thing i think is pls dont let me spot budrot. Plants donig well i have 3 fans on max lvl and my dehumidifier 24/7 runnig. I use less fertilizer. last week i forgot to turn on 2 fans for 24h gives me the bad feeling you f*** up but still all seems fine.

Sep 2: still going. Colas are starting to weigh heavily on the Scrog net which is good to see. Sep 7: late season hailstorm did some minor damage.

Week four of the bonsai mother project. This was the week I targetted to begin removing the sheath and exposing the roots. I plan to begin that process in the coming days. Day 23 - Photographed. I've been watering this girl tap water only, at the moment she has enough nutes in the medium, however I expect this to soon change. Her roots have protruded out of the bottom of the lower pot, as you can see from the video. Day 26 - Removed the sheath and revealed the roots and object they are growing over. I am not unhappy with these roots, I think I can work with them. I had to temporarily add a zip tie to hold her in place. P.S. Follow me on X! @unorthadoxdude

High, this is the last week they get some nutes. The PK 13/14 week is over, so I don't give it anymore (FD40 was the last time they got it). On FD43 they got a 1,6 EC nutrient solution (60ml Flores/10l + Zyme & Boost). On FD46 they got a 1,3 EC nutrient solution (44ml Flores/10l + Zyme & Boost). I also checked the drain - EC 2,7 / pH 6,4. 👍 This was the last time I ferted them. On FD49 I flushed every plant with 4l of tap water. After I've done that I watered them with 1l of tap water + Zyme & Boost. 😊 Stay green.

2 of the 6 plants in this series got left behind in veg due to lack of space in the flower tent from the auto run. Should be able to harvest those in a few days to bring the last 2 in to flower. Have had the flu this week and haven’t gave much attention or love to the ladies as I’d like. 5 gallon pots are kinda sucking too. Really wanting to do a 4x4 bed to improve everything and better compost as mine has thrips … don’t trust people on Facebook marketplace… even with there website/ company .. totally screwed my base living soil mixture up.

This week marked the full transition into active bud development 🌸 The plant has completely finished stretching and is now focusing its energy on building buds and increasing resin production. • Final height stabilized around ~100 cm • Stretch fully completed • Energy directed into bud growth and trichome production Bud sites are now clearly developing across the canopy, though they are still in the early stages of stacking. Trichome production is steadily increasing, with a light frosty layer already visible on the sugar leaves ✨ Canopy management was adjusted this week. After a light defoliation in the previous week, additional leaves were removed and the plant was lollipopped to clean up the lower growth ✂️ Toward the end of the week, branches were gently spread apart using wires to improve light penetration. This significantly improved light distribution: • Each main branch now receives ~800+ PPFD ☀️ • Reduced shading compared to previous weeks Light intensity remains high and well tolerated, with light praying still visible, indicating the plant is comfortable under the current setup. Water demand remains high: • ~4L every 2 days based on pot weight 💧 Feeding this week: • 1x Orgatrex • 1x Greenhouse Bio Enhancer • Otherwise water + BioBizz CalMag Environment: • ~24,8°C temperature • 47–50% RH 🌡️ Aroma has developed noticeably this week. esta semana creció muy pero muy bien mucho mejor que la otra semana se ve que el revegetamiento va mucho mejor y ahora estamos en una fase mucho mucho más productiva con corto espacio internodal muy pero muy buena cepa white widow dinafem, buena tolerancia a lo que sería estrés y buena tolerancia también a los cambios de horario maceta espectacular todo.
