7/4 SUN was poking out a little bit. Plants loved that little feeding and seen to he noticeable larger this morning. I'm considering starting the nutes. At least the organic ones as well as upping the water intake I've been scared to water with all this rain and my experience last time. I plan on applying BT this afternoon and doing some work on the bottoms of the plants. I also saw a chipmunk in my cage so I have some spots in my fence that need to be patched. I know I can't compare this year to orher years as these are seeds and all the other years were clones. I CAN say for certain that my plants are healthiest they've been out of any of my journals. Previous plants were much larger but I was fighting numerous fungal, pathogens and pests at the sane time. Ear wigs would've lollipopped most buddies by now but I've seen no sign of them. I'm going to apply more poison where they were and add some rat traps inside the cage for the chipmunks. Once I fix the cage I think I'll be good. UPDATE: Went back over and fixed the holes on my cage from high winds. I found an old wire trap or cage and just cut sections and ziptied them to the existing wire and to the structure thus covering any open holes. I'll need to put lathes aroubdvtge outside because if a rodent REALLY wanted in they could get in. My belt had been wearing thin but I use shit until it breaks (yesterday the heal came off my shoe lol) so I was working hard sweating my nuts off and my belt gives out totally. At least ive got the major stuff done. I took a few videos too. I'm imagining it was this little bit of sun that gave these plants that boost of growth but I'm wondering if the added nutes had anything to do with it. Bags weren't light and I could feel moisture in the soil so I didn't water. I'll check again tomorrow morning. Since I didn't see many plants or even leaves for that matter with damage I decided to hold off ob the BT and the plant doctor. Only time will tell if that was the right decision. 7/5 Plants look fantastic. I see a few more holes in leaves sporadically amd I'm hoping it's pillars. I've seen lots of lightning bugs on my camera though and grasshoppers are abundant. Not one growth shoot has been chewed (knock on wood) which is what the earwigs had always done. I FOUND TWO OTHERS THAT SEEMED LIGHTER THAN THE REST BUT HADNT DROOPED. I MIXED TWO GALLONS OF WATER WITH 1TSP KANGOROOTS AMD PHED IT CLOSE TO 6. I FED THE 3 PLANTS THAT WERE SUPER DRY LIKE A HALF GALLON AND SPRED THE REST OVER THE OTHER EIGHT PLANTS. THEY WERENT DROOPING BUT THEY WERE VERY DRY. I PLAN ON A FULL WATER TOMORROW. I WOULDVE DONE IT TODAY IF THE TEMPS WERENT SO HIGH. ITS RAINED A MONTH STRAIGHT SO I HAVENT HAD TO WATER. I MADE A COUPLE VIDEOS BUT I'LL HAVE TO UPLOAD TOMORROW. 7/6 Another super hot day. I hefted the pots and they still had some weight but I could tell they were dry. This rain has messed up my watering schedule. Well it made it so I didn't NEED to water. These are big plants now. I need to get a schedule to stick too. They're going to probably need a gallon a piece at least. I'm still nervous watering. Right now I'm just reading the plants. I added .5tsp kelp me/you to 1 gallon of water to help with heat stress. I fed an additional two gallons to the garden this morning including the two container plants in the back. They were dry on top too but I know they have water deeper down. Next watering I'll be more consistent and try to give them there 10%. It's great having the bags elevated. I can finally see when I start getting run off. I could even measure the ph of it instead of relying on that meter. Ill check the ph when I go back over. Still a few 🐛 holes but they are few and far between. I really don't want to spray for such a small problem but if I cant find them at night that's what I'll do. UPDATE: Another 90 degree day. I went back over and gave the garden a gallon of water as they were dry and it didn't rain. Tried to use a soil ph meter to check ph. First couple were 6.4, 6.5 then I got 7.3 and I accidently dropped it. Then I got somethings that were high eights and even one 9! Obviously the Meter shit the bed. I'll lower the ph of the water slightly when I fully water tomorrow and I'm going to measure the runoff. 7/8 I must've messed up the journal again as the dates are off. GAVE PLANTS A FULL WATERING. Each girl got a gallon. I couldn't upload my videos this morning as I had to break up a fight. 3 on 1. Didn't give me a chance to put the videos up. I'll take some stills then I can upload them. I took stills and they all uploaded but didn't fucking save. I'm nit going to keep trying to upload if it's not going to. THIS DO LESS APPROACH SEEMS TO BE REALLY WORKING. I DODNT SEE NEARLT ENOUGH DAMAGE TO WARRANT SPRAY8NG MY EXTREMELY HEALTHY GIROS WITH ANYTHING. ILL KEEP AN EYE ON THEM AND CLEAN THEM UP A BIT. I DO NEED TO INSTALL THE VERY8CAL TRELLIS FOR SUPPORT. THEYRE PRETTY HEALTHY THOUGH. ONE PLANT IS ABOUT AS WIDE AS IT IS TALL. STILL......PLANTS ARE EXPLODING AND ITS GETTING TIGHT IN THERE. I NEED TO GET THE TRELLIS UP THOUGH. 7/10 I went over and was planning to water. Plants were wet and it's raining. Top of the medium was moist but the bags were light. ONE bag was super light but seeing that we are having showers all day and an additional half inch of rain coming tonight so I didn't water them. Especially since they looked great. Decided to to spray BT yet as the damage is so small and i think the birds have been taking care of the pillars for me. Now I'm wondering if I should've gave that ONE plant a little bit of water but it will be find. Did a video. I'm being careful not to over water. Last year this is when all my buddies were devoured by earwigs. And no senescence like the years before. I think it was hust those earwigs. I haven't lost shot for leaves. Even the stalks are bright green and look amazing.

Hi Growmies. I hope we are all well and in the green?. Even though still a little quiet on here at the moment , I hope my video can help someone to try training their plants and watch the results as we progress. It may seem long but I did all 4 girls and wanted to show the hardiness of these amazing species of plants. They have all really settled in over the past week and the reporting did not slow them down too much bit seems. seeing how much the Brice banner had ballonwd along with the Jealousy #1 was an unexpected surprise. Both ladies have enough nodes to really get to work with now . they didn't bat an eyelid at the topping and just of the new growing shoots. The "pop and twist" with thumb and forefinger is a great way of keeping the branches where you ideally want them to stay. it will help create a nodule that will be both string and very good as a distribution point for the uptaken nutes from the soil. The limbs will thicken too and help create the shape that I need before flipping to flowering. The two smaller girls have come back with a brilliant green cour thanks to the mega crop and its magical powers. lol Both are wnow close to their host training points and hopefully will have caught up by the next diary entry. I want to get their tips to the pots edges before that point so that I can create the upward spikes of the chosen flowering limbs. keeping the lower sprouting growth on each limb will.allow all the energy to go into creating hopeful merristems. We want them all to think they are the main stem to get an even boost of available nutrition without feeding lower potential popcorn growth which can be an issue with l.e.d and penetration. The idea is to create a canopy of main buds if we can fool the plant enough. fingers crossed and I hope you can join me on this journey.

Fun week, things are starting to smell! The forbidden runtz has a fruity smell with some funk on it then at the end its a little candy almost like a gummy or something. The purple lemonade dosent have a lot of smell yet but its there, I imagine as it frost up it'll come out more.

This grow turned out to be quite a journey. Originally, this run was meant to be a simple between-grow project, something to keep the season going outdoors, without too much effort. But plans changed, and the Orange Sherbet ended up in the tent, where it took a completely different direction than expected. She grew big and strong early on, but the LST was tricky. she didn’t respond very well at first, and shaping her the way I wanted took a lot of time and patience. It was interesting to see how she stretched and filled out later, but overall, the structure stayed somewhat awkward to manage. Throughout the grow I struggled with CalMag and potassium balance. I tried several adjustments, sometimes with high CalMag doses, but it never fully stabilized. It’s still unclear if that came from the strain itself or from the BioBizz line, but it made the mid-to-late phase more difficult than I had hoped. The flowering time was also much longer than advertised. the breeder mentions around 9 weeks, but in reality this one took closer to 14–15 weeks total. What was supposed to be a quick side project turned into a long, demanding run. On the bright side, she delivered a very solid yield. a bit over 160 g of trimmed buds plus another 50 g of popcorn, well above 1 g/W. The aroma is lovely after 10 days of curing: creamy, with vanilla and a subtle orange note returning. However, the buds are airy, not as dense as I hoped. The effect and flavor are great, but visually it’s more on the average side. Even so, this grow was one of the most instructive I’ve done. I learned a lot about deficiency management, humidity control, watering and how far genetics and environment interact. Going forward, I’ll take a break from autos and focus on photoperiod strains again. I just prefer the control and predictability they offer. All in all: not my prettiest grow, but a very valuable one. About drying in dry ferm/dry age and regular drying: the material in the bags took a few days longer to dry which is said to be good (regular dry was 7 days, bags was 9 or 10). initially I think the buds from bags look better but now in curing I can't really tell a difference, not visually and not in the nose. Let's see how everything evolves over time but honestly I am not expecting it to differ a lot from regular drying.

420 Fastbuds Week 3 Cherry Cola Auto This week I decided to do a major defoliation taking off all the bigger fan leafs. This way the lower branches can get a little more light. All in all they seem to be bouncing back OK from it besides being some what droppy but usually after the lights are on for an hour they perk right back up.

Hey folks! ✌️ I was sick for a whole week and skipped last week's update, but I've got some exciting things to share with you now. At the time of this post, we're on day 53 of flowering. While I was down with a fever, the plants suffered a bit due to drying out. The big one was hit the hardest. As soon as I started feeling better, I watered them, but the big plant experienced some gnarly salt buildup. Both plants were emergency flushed, and now the situation is more than good. During this time, the male plants were actively producing pollen, which I collected. I've decided that I have enough pollen for future experiments, so today I culled the males to ease the workload. In my small tent, the LSD auto by Barney's Farm is flowering. I might pollinate one branch to see what happens. The big plant is struggling with the weight of its branches, knocking its neighbors' heads (it even broke off some male branches!). I've tied the heavy branches to wire supports attached to the main stem. Now I can clearly see the seeds forming and maturing. I'll keep the plants until the seeds start dropping onto the floor. The plants have fully recovered and are feeling great. For nutrients, I'm using AB at 40ml per 5l with an PPM of 1695 and pH of 6.1. I'm giving around 10 liters to the big one and 3-4 liters to the small one. And now, I invite you to admire this beauty. Take care, my friends! Sending you all my love ❤️❤️❤️

So the tiny Potter is going into flowering. She had a low ph today. So I flushed her, and reapplied nutrients. I am feeding about twice a day. My nutrition is a bit strong. I was trying to stop the deficiency. I am likely just running too strong is probably the issue. Plant is growing fast. Everything is going good for most part. She is doing a lot better this week I had to install a heater unit outside tent to keep levels better for the plants . The leaves are doing better and tomorrow she gets a feeding again and will be doing producing more leaves and getting healthier . She isn't flowering yet or any pre flowers but it will soon and she is gonna be a short one this go around . Cheers canna family....
