2018-03-13 Week 11 Day 1 As I mentioned last week, the girls are growing like crazy since I changed to 600W HPS,and even though they haven't grown so much higher, they are definetly wider because of LST. My growroom is only about 1.8m2, so now the girls are so wide that there's not enough space for them to get wider, so now I will let them stretch. Nr 1 is 43 cm Nr 2 is 44 cm 2018-03-14 Day 2 I LST'd the girls one last time and also defoliated them mildly so all the tops get as much light as possible, hopefully increasing the yield in the end. I also turn the girls 1/4 lap every day to ensure that all sides of them get as much exposure to light as possible, it would've been great to have some kind of turntable that turns the girls 1 lap in 12 hours,, but until I find out a device that does just that,I'll keep on doing it manually. Added some videos for you to enjoy. 2018-03-18 Day 6 Watering the girls with 2l of plain water (pH 5.8), the soil were dry after 3 days since they got water and nutes. I want to release the remaining dry nutes buried in the soil. Some of the girls got burnt leaves but not from nutes, but from the hps-lamp, they've stretched so much so I raised the lamp about 10 cm, but now I'll keep an eye on the distance between the lamp and canopy, don't want them to get burnt again. But lucky me, only leaves got burnt - no top got harmed ๐Ÿ‘ ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Strain information: The word synergy is a business term first quoted in the early eighties to describe mutual enhancement through interaction or cooperation, where the end result gained is greater than the sum of the parts used. What do synergy and the Crazy Cookies cannabis strain have to do with each other you may well ask? The parents of the forthrightly indica Crazy Cookies are marijuana royalty. OG Kush and Girl Scout Cookies. These strains of contemporary legend have been combined to cerebrum shattering effect. The cured flowers deliver a mouth-watering and couchlocking 24% THC. The initial delectable spacey upbeat onrush compliments of the Durban Poison coursing through the genes of the Cookies soon becomes a lush and rich, inescapably delicious body flux. There should be a picture of a Crazy Cookie nugget in the dictionary next to the word synergy. Crossing the OG back into the Cookies has amplified the psychoactive effects of the notorious lineage of both parents. This is an indica with a capital I. As a breeder it would be fair to assume that injecting more OG into the Cookies would result in an OG-dominant Cookie, or even close to a pure OG, but something else has happened. Some long dormant genetic switch has been flipped and a standalone indica has emerged whose spicy notes and earthy tones, hints of grape and horny pheromone are an absolute pleasure. Paying this breed some careful attention as it grows will reward you substantially, indoors or out. Typical hybrid vigour is shown throughout each grow phase. Stout plants to 80cm can be expected indoors and muscular examples with fluted stalks growing to two metres can be easily achieved outdoors. Good bracing is necessary as the flowers mature. With more than 500g at harvest per robust plant, colas can easily snap and twist branches. -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Forgot to update yesterday but I switched the lights to 12-12 and sheโ€™s stretching healthily (4DAYS)! Sheโ€™s bushed out so much I figured it was the right time to flip as I have the others that had reached my ideal time of 6 weeks! Iโ€™ve removed grape ape as she was too small but gave her to a friend to finish so sheโ€™s still documented on grow diaires thanks to @godg420 stay tuned for flowers ๐Ÿ’

~ FastBuds PAPAYA SHERBET Photoperiod~ Well here we go on another journey together through 'Canna-land' and this one's kinda special... forget that, it's VERY special because this is FastBuds newest surprise for the community, a FEMINIZED PHOTOPERIOD STRAIN!๐Ÿคฏ I was fortunate enough to score these seeds, of which only 1000 were available and can't wait to see what this strain can do! This Papaya Sherbet, according to FastBuds, is a hybrid with a 9-10 weeks flowering period. For a more detailed and accurate description of this strain the following from FastBuds says it best: "Combining the massive stature of Papaya (Oni Selection) with the strength and resilience of one of our best keeper cuts (Sunset Sherbet), this strain develops into a big, expansive bush adorned with numerous bud sites that later transform into a generous harvest of medium-sized buds. Papaya Sherbet flowers deliver a signature flavor of premium cannabis with subtle citrus undertones that emerge upon inhaling. During growth, her aroma makes for a sweet yet pleasantly bitter fragrance, giving you an idea of what the smoke will taste like. Notably stress-resistant, Papaya Sherbet is a great choice for growers working in challenging environments. She is very forgiving and rebounds quickly from any adversity, allowing growers the freedom to experiment with confidence that she will take everything like a champion she is. This strain embodies resilience, flavor, and abundant yields in every grow cycle." Sounds like an epic strain and I personally cannot wait for this lady to strut her stuff!๐Ÿ˜ ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The Setup: This is going to be an outdoor grow, but I have started the Papaya Sherbet photoperiod indoors as our weather is still a bit too chilly to put a newly sprouted seedling outside (nighttime temp's dipping regularly into the 40'sโ„‰). The plan is simple... let her grow inside under a 19/5 light schedule until the nighttime temperatures are in the mid 50'sโ„‰, which shouldn't be long. After which, she'll be moved outside and transplanted into the soil which I have already setup and inoculated with beneficial microbes from BioTabs and slow release dry amendments from Gaia Green. Once she's established herself outside she'll be given periodic top dressings of Gaia Green 4-4-4 and 2-8-4 along with worm castings and Compost Tea's. Her grow area is approx. 5'x5' and I have posts and a trellis net set up already for when she gets bigger to aid in training her. Let the fun begin!๐Ÿคช๐Ÿ’š ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 7/26- Week Eleven of veg is here and the FastBuds Papaya Sherbet photoperiod is getting taller by the day and is looking fantastic! Our summer weather continues to be brutal with daytime high temperatures hitting over 90โ„‰ everyday, and nighttime low temp's rarely going below 75โ„‰ with super high nighttime RH in the 70-90% range. 7/28- I am continuing with my daily watering regime of 5-8g every afternoon after sunset, with the exception of days that we receive measurable rain. 7/30- The Papaya Sherbet photo is continuing her growth spurt and is at 6 1/2 feet tall now! She's got that wide node spacing reminiscent of Sativa's, and I'm just hoping that she doesn't wait too long to begin flowering which would run into our wet season when issues with fungus and mold become more of a concern. 8/1- The FastBuds Papaya Sherbet photoperiod is now 84 days since she first appeared, and she has really come a long way since. Hopefully in the next few weeks she will shift gears and begin to flower which will be a welcome sight to see! Thank you for checking out my diary, your positive comments and support make it all worthwhile! ๐Ÿ’šGrowers Love!๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿ˜Ž๐Ÿ™

Rainbow belts are down and now it's just the landraces. Zed black is looking to show some toxicities from the flowering feed I use once a week. I definitely think it's an overfeed of nitrogen. In the future I'll keep note. Other than some minor tox the plants are doing great. Some foxtailing is beginning but so far nothing major Hash plants are chugging along perfectly fine. No toxicities or issues. Very easy plants to grow. A few of these are also giving me a really nice yield.

Start of week 3 I believe the girls are doing good a few minor worries but thatโ€™s at ease for now I think , i have added nutes at a low level and will increase once I see how the plants react to the introduction of the nutes .. Looking into starting lsd on some plants but not too sure wether itโ€™s to early or so . will continue to update the week but for now Started lst on a few plants day 15 and seen good reactions by day 17 so quite happy with that and will continue this process I will also look into topping my plants as well but not just yet ... they seemed to like the nutes as well so all good week so far Soo topping done on 4 plants wasnโ€™t as scary as it sounded haha letโ€™s see how they recover ! Going to combine lst as well now Very good recovery it looks like and the end of week 3 looks promising with the plants happy growing

22 days since my little girl sprouted from the seed๐ŸŒฑ Third week of growth of my Dosidos Auto ๐Ÿ’šโญ๐ŸŒฑ Nutrients: Plagron Alga Bloom is an organic flower fertilizer for growing in soil. The fertilizer is based on algae and contains amino acids, proteins and a balanced ratio of phosphorus and potassium ๐ŸŒบ ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Plagron Green Sensation is a flower booster. Green Sensation is a 4-in-1 product, so you don't need to add additional fertilizers. Suitable for all types of substrates and systems ๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿ’š ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Bud Candy is a carbohydrate supplement from Advanced Nutrients that maximizes the growth and aroma of flowers. It supports strong root activity by providing food for beneficial microorganisms ๐Ÿƒ๐ŸŒฟ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- BioBizz Calmag is a 100% organic, but also vegan-friendly fertilizer with BIO certification. Biobizz Calmag was designed for professional growers and home growers who need an extra dose of calcium and magnesium. It contains added humic acid ๐Ÿ’ฉโ˜˜๏ธ- I only apply it once a week. --------------------------------------------- Biobizz Bio pH-/ Biobizz Bio pH+ is a 100% natural and vegan-friendly pH regulator. Suitable for all types of substrates and crop types. For use in growth and flowering. ๐Ÿ’ฉ๐Ÿ‹๐ŸŒฑ ------------------------------------------------------- PRO-MIX CONNECT MYCORRHIZAL POWDER - in the substrate General: Dosidos Auto ๐Ÿ’šโญ๐ŸŒฑ The plant is already strongly transitioning to flowering, beautiful white pistils are forming on the tops ๐ŸŒบ Above I listed the nutrients I switched to during this period. Anyway, I stick to organics, except for the bloom booster, which is about half organic. This week - the third week - in most cases, she does LST and defoliation twice ๐Ÿƒ ๐ŸŒฟ This is really a classic, the plant is beautiful, strong, beautifully green and absolutely perfectly regular. I use the new PH and EC meter Aqua Master Tools P110 PRO, the measurement is fast and accurate. So far I manage to keep the PH and EC as they should be. I use Biobizz Bio +/- to correct. These are excellent products. I think that the plants were definitely very well affected by the spraying of Vita-Race (in vegetation) and the excellent PRO-MIX Connect Mycorrhizal powder to support the roots. All the girls have been very strong and stable since they were little ๐Ÿ’š๐ŸŒฒโ˜˜๏ธ Training: As I mentioned above, I did the first LST and defoliation, the plants usually quickly re-leaf, other branches also grow quickly. So I'm doing twice defoliation and twice LST in this third week ๐Ÿƒ๐ŸŒฟ ๐ŸŒบ Girls growing in a tent: Mammoth Pro+ 80, with reinforced Mylar 600D reflective foil Lighting: Mars Hydro TS1000, this light is sufficient for lighting in my growing space. The plants respond effectively and the light is technically very well managed - I try to have 50cm between the light and the plants, so I regularly move it up. Mars Hydro TS1000 Quantum Board ๐Ÿ’ก๐Ÿ’ก๐Ÿ’ก Power: 148W Dimensions: 90 x 90 cm Dimensions: 360 x 330 x 34 mm Chip brand: Epistar Thanks for the likes See you soon ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜ป
