Topped & Sun-Kissed ☀️✂️ This week, I finally made the call—she’s been topped! 🌿 After a bit of back and forth, I decided it was time to give her structure a little boost and open things up to more sunlight. The side shoots are now reaching out confidently, soaking up every bit of that warm summer glow. ☀️ She’s had a golden week of sunshine and handled it like a champ—strong, vibrant growth and no signs of stress post-topping. 💪 Here’s what went into her care routine this week: 🔸 Fed with BioBizz Grow, CalMag and Alg-a-Mic 🔸 Followed by some homebrewed compost tea two days later for that microbial boost 🔸 Two days after that, a fresh round of Effective Microorganisms to enrich the soil life 🔸 And every 3 days, a light misting of silica spray to keep her leaves strong and resilient I’m super happy with how she’s shaping up so far—great energy, lush color, and the new growth is coming in fast. Curious to see how she responds to the topping in the next week!

Week 4 and buds are beginning to fatten up nicely, I’ve changed the position of the gelato and one of the Zkittles to improve light penetration into the canopy as the leaves have began to defoliate themselves from the plants. This being said all plants are looking green and healthy and show minimum environment stress. Hopefully this change in the canopy will allow each of the strains to grow to their full potential with the limited space that I have.

Now we're back on track with the 6 week old mother plant Diary. The last couple of weeks were showing the pollen Donors, which are a week ahead of the seed mothers. I chose the 2 frostiest, and most Sherbert smelling out of the 5 potential "Seed Mothers" that I grew to pollinate. I pollinated all the tops, and let them sit in that enclosed room, by a window for 12hrs., then I saturated them with water to kill any stray pollen. The next day, in fresh clothes, I moved them back to the grow room, which is a 10' x 10' room, but I'm basically growing in a 4' x 4' area, under a MarsHydro TS3000. In 35 days we should have ripe fem seeds!

week three flower everything looks fine so far :D eight days after defoliation I water them with 1.5l every 48h the light I use was set to 80% and it hangs 80cm away from the tops gelato 1 threw some balls, but I removed them as soon as I saw them, I'll keep watching it!

Finally she has shown some signs of flowering. I thought that she would stay short, because i accidentally broke her in half. But she survived and grew much bigger than i even thought she would. The main cola, that i broke is the biggest of them all 😁 Other than that everything looks nice. No signs of any kind of dis balance ✌️

🌱 Skywalker OG — Week 5 From Seed (12/12 Run) Hello everyone, welcome to another update, and a big thank you to everyone following along, newcomers, longtime readers, sponsors, platform, and of course the breeders and creators behind these genetics. It truly means a lot to share this journey together. For those just joining: this is a 12/12 from seed run, approached gently and observationally. No rush, no aggression, just letting the plants express themselves while we listen closely. ⸻ 🌡️ Environment & Room Conditions • Temperature: 21°C • Relative Humidity: ~58% • Outside conditions: 4–5°C with 90–98% RH Given what’s happening outside, I’m actually very happy with how stable the room is staying. The plants seem to agree, posture, color, and overall vigor are excellent. • CO₂: ~666 ppm For now, this is perfectly fine. No need to push or supplement — steady and natural. ⸻ 💡 Lighting Strategy (Top + Under Canopy) At the start of the week: • Only top lights are running • Power: 100% • PPFD: ~700–850 (depending on plant size) As the plants stretch and rise above the under-canopy fixtures, we’re now introducing under-canopy lighting: • Lumiflora under-canopy lights • Starting at 30% power This is very intentional. The goal isn’t to blast the plants, but to teach them that light and photons will be arriving from more than one direction. We want a gentle adaptation — letting the plant reorganize how it uses light rather than forcing it. Power will be increased later, but right now it’s all about adjustment, not intensity. ⸻ 🌿 Training Approach (or lack of it) Because this is a 12/12 from seed run, we are being extremely conservative. • No topping • No hard training • No defoliation The only work being done: • Leaf tucking • Gentle leaf bending And the response has been incredible. These girls are reacting with: • Tight internodes • Bushy structure • Calm, confident growth Sometimes, truly, less touch = better performance. ⸻ 🌱 The Triple-Branching Lady (Main Focus of the Week) This week’s highlight is one very special plant showing clear triple branching. At each node, instead of the usual two shoots, she’s producing three distinct branches, stacking from the bottom all the way up. The structure almost looks like she’s tucking herself naturally, creating a dense but elegant framework. This is not something we forced. It’s purely genetic expression meeting the right conditions. She looks happy. She looks calm. And she looks like she’s planning something special. We’ll be doing a dedicated report on her by the end of the week, because this kind of morphology deserves proper documentation. ⸻ 💧 Watering & Nutrition Strategy Water Source We’re using a mix of: • Rainwater • Dehumidifier-collected water This water is extremely soft, so this week we introduced something new: ➕ CalMag Pro Not because the plants were asking — but thinking ahead. Before adding nutrition, we want a proper mineral foundation. This helps stabilize uptake and prevents issues before they even show up. Good day to all my friends and visitors here on GD. Decided to finally finish this diary, I took my time with his one ;) Now we cut the second POGP auto plant, the first cut you can find in week 17. The plant from week 17 weighted 660g. wet, this one finished at 1,85kg. wet. The girls where autoflower but thanks to me starting this grow in cold day temps (14 degree Celsius) the started flower really late, maybe that's also the reason for all my problems with this strain during the grow?! The two plants where different phenotypes, the smaller one (from Week 17)though small had nice hard flowers, the bigger one as the only plant from four I grew during the growop started foxtailing. Both of them branched nicely the smell was quite strong and awoul xD like gasoline and something rotten, it smelled so bad i checked a couple times under microscope for any signs of mold in the flower and to my suprise I found nothing. Thank God later during drying the smell would subdue to a more generic "hazediesel" smell -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- SE7000 done it's magic with this grow as with all my other grow ops. I did have one issue, the Drain Petcock on the 25g reservoir was broken during shipping. After a phone call to GrowAce, they had a replacement one on its way to me which I received in just a couple of days! I did however make one addition to the system. I placed a pair of air-stones, one in the Reservoir and the other in the Distribution Bucket to really oxygenate the water. I started all my seeds by first soaking them in tap water for 12 hours, then transferred them into pre-moistened (6.3ph) peat pellets. I placed the pellets in half Solo cups in the tent with 24hrs of light under which they sprouted within 48 hours. I kept the tent temperatures between 80-84℉, the RH at 65-70% and made sure that the pellets stayed moist, not wet. 10/3- All of the Tropicana Cookies are looking healthy and have good color and vigor! I'll be moving them into their fabric pots which have already been pre-moistened in the next day or two, or as soon as I see roots emerging from the pellet. 10/5- Today I moved all three Tropicana Cookies into the fabric pots, adding some Xtreme Gardening's Mykos into each hole before placing the peat pellets. I have the HLG 650R set to 15% and hung 30" from the seedlings. Tent temperatures are 80-84℉ with RH running 65-70%. 10/7- Well there's the first week on the books for these three little ladies and they're looking fantastic. Overall a great growing experience with FastBuds Gorilla Glue Auto from start to finish. She went 65 days and hit 27". Lots of big beefy colas. She always took to changes in nutes/environment well. End result is a bunch of smelly, sticky goodness. 380.8g wet weight. I'll update more once she's had a chance to dry... check back soon for dry weight and smoke report. Harvest Update: Ended up losing a lot more during my dry time than expected. Just barely hit two ounces of bud and about 17g of trim and popcorn. My wet weight did include a lot of stem whereas my dry weight reflects trimmed bag ready bud. But still... that's a huge difference! Still very happy with the results! The buds smell amazing, hints of pine and citrus in the smoke. Gonna let her cure up a bit and we'll be off to the races. I will definitely be popping another one of these off in the near future.

Und es ist ein Weibchen. Jetzt habe ich die Pflanze in ihren Enddtopf gesetzt und lasse sie jetzt erst Mal noch eine Weile im Wachstum. Da es sich um ein Indica Hybrid handelt, lass ich die Pflanze noch weiterhin Wachsen, da ich den Seitenaustrieb noch etwas weiter in die Höhe ausbreiten möchte. Incredible growth ... I had to bust out and move to a 2x5 with more height. Increased light coverage and airflow, nitrogen needs flushed, some signs of toxicity ... very happy.

so far so good. We had some electricity problems, but we fixed it. Girls are looking good, they grow nice and big, we have no problems whatsoever.P PH is stable, PPM is growing by days, nothing unmanageable.

Hi Growmies, This was her last week of heavy feeding. I have already decreased the nutes for the coming week and will probably start flushing her the week after. So that she should be finished by the end of the contest pretty much. Regardless of her age the rootball has shrunk only a little bit. I have also taken her out of the scrog to enable the canopy to open up further and allow more light penetration for the maturation of the buds. This worked actually very well, as the weight of the buds pull the plant open. Thanks for stepping by and until next week!
