Week 5: Transplant Time & Root Power! Oh man, this was one of those weeks! We transplanted all five phenos into bigger pots, and let me tell you, they’re thriving! (Check out the complete video episode for all the details 😉). The girls are looking amazing, all pretty much the same size for now, so I don’t have any favorites yet—but let’s see what the future holds! For photos, I used both my Nikon P900 and Sony A6000, with a bunch of lenses and filters to preserve the true colors—these LEDs are powerful! Current Setup & Conditions This week, they’re still chilling with their sisters in the big tent, but in about a week, they’ll be moving into the TrolMaster ecosystem for even better environmental control. Watering: pH 6.06, EC 0.96 Temperature: A bit cold , but it is what it is. We’re facing some freezing outdoor temps (as shown last week in the frosty veggie garden pics!), yet these Runtz are holding strong like true champions. 💪❄️ Nutrition: Still on the Aptus Clean Program, with: Regulator System Clean RO Water Conditioner All-in-One Liquid Root Development: The Real MVP! Let’s go deep on roots! The mycorrhizae in the Pro-Mix soil has been working its magic, and I’m still boosting them further with a touch of Aptus Holland Mycor Mix. The root development on this transplant was insane—super white, healthy, and ready to explode with growth. What Are Mycorrhizae? The word “mycorrhiza” comes from Greek: • Myco- meaning fungus • Rhiza- meaning root Mycorrhizae are a type of beneficial fungi that form a symbiotic (mutually beneficial) relationship with plant roots. These fungi extend far beyond the root zone, creating an underground network that helps plants absorb water, nutrients, and improve overall health. This is not a single species but rather a whole category of fungi, mainly divided into: 1. Ectomycorrhizae – Live on the outside of plant roots, forming a sheath around them. In a natural environment, plants are constantly forming relationships with these fungi. However, in modern agriculture, excessive tilling, chemical fertilizers, and fungicides have reduced their populations, making supplementation necessary in many cases. How Do Mycorrhizae Work? Once mycorrhizae colonize a plant’s roots, they start forming an underground fungal network called the mycelium. This network extends the plant’s reach into the soil, acting as a second root system. Almost to the finish line for most of these girls.Everytime I get near the tent it just smells so great and wow are they building up some trichomes.The buds are chunky and super dense now and finishing up in the coming days except for one plant that has been lagging along the whole grow.It is smaller with a massive center cola so I’ll let her grow as long as needed. Day 66 placing two of the Papaya cookies in the dark in another tent for 24-48 hours before I cut and hang them.

I just removed the lower leafs, im not sure if i screwed it or not as maybe this causes some stress, but we will see, i think soon she will start to flower, at least i think so 🤔 Also provided some grow food this week and continued the LST, the stem is getting fatter which is obviously good 👍😊

03.04.24 Startet soaking them in Water, all of them fell to the bottom.💧 Transplanting them later on the day into cups.🥤 05.04.24 Transplanted them into their cups, now waiting till the 4 girls show up. 🌱 07.04.24 Banana and GG #4 showed up first and pretty much at the same time. The other are still underground.🌱🍌☀️ 09.04.2024 Sunset paradise showed up, now just waiting for the Runtz.. 🌱 10.04.2024 They all doing well, besides the runtz. Still no sign, but it surely comes🌱 11.04.2024 Everyone doing well, just runtz doesn’t want to show up… slowly I believe it’s never coming but we will wait a few days🙏🏻 14.04.2024 Oke guys I think the runtz is dead.. im a little bit sad bc i wanted to test this strain.. but it happens🙂 Addet some new soil for the bigger 2, because the head was too heavy.. hope this doesn’t cause more problems..🙏🏻 But let’s see how the other 3 are going. F-MILF takes 70 % of my tent now...wtf Hope all this green gives some good buds at the end. Deficiency from last week is under control...added some Silicate from TA...no idea if that helped or anything else...of course...there is too much light photons for the above area...but wtf I cannot do the plant smaller...lamp is on 75% now und lower would be bad for lower buds. NL untopped (F-MILF) getting this week: (TA nutrients mentioned above are for NL topped from other tent...pictures follow) Aptus Topbooster 6 drops/l (increased) Aptus P-boost 12 drops/l (increased) Aptus regulator 3 drops/l Aptus All in one 0.6 ml/l Aptus CaMg 0.6 ml/l TA Silicate 0.4g/l 4-6 litre each day nutrified (thats a real problem) F-MILF cannot get enough...just makes me poor that fat big milf

After just sort of 5 weeks at 18 hours light, the photoperiod RQS Mimosa plants are at 16". I'm starting to worry about the 'stretch' of the sativa plants will grow too close to lights. So I switched to 12/12 at this time. Started the Fox Farm flowering nuts about this time as well. Photos here are bit into week 5... but wow now we can see the starting of the flowering, so cool.

Defoled and tied down and she’s pumping now , another week of veg keeping up the defol and spreading her out before flipping. I’ll raise the lights this week to get a bit more vertical growth .

So introduced a scrog net into my grow tent this week and tied some high growing stalks down a little so the others can try and reach there height! Whether I’ve added the net to late is a different question and answer!! My first grow so still learning as I grow haha! Temps been good and they look like there flowering heavier each week which is a bonus! Still unsure on the flush system when harvest is nearing!

Everything about this grow was amazing! She was a late shooter meaning she was quite small up to the flower stage then after defol she went crazy and sprouted so many sites and buds were huge, frosty and dense! Best of all was the smells during! Like candyland had landed in my nostrils! Honestly no regrets with this one! I have the buds curing in a 3L jar with 62% Boveda packs! Shall add a smoke and ash report once the buds have fully cured! I’ve added a few photos since cute! This bud is fantastic tastes and smells like fruits and yummyness literally all the way through and it’s so strong! Has pineapple cube kinda flavour too! Loved growing her!

8/16/25 looks like she's gonna produce some chunky buds. Thick white trichomes everywhere on the plant. Seems like she would produce a decent yield

Will report back with a smoke report, but this thing smells incredible and budded extremely well. Didn't have much of any issues with pests. Got a BIG 4' plant from only super soil in a 5-gallon fabric pot. Tons of resin. Very impressed with these automatic genetics from Pride of the Lion Seeds... and I'll definitely be growing another one of them in the spring.

"Hi, I received my pH meter this week, so from week 6 onwards, I'm aiming for a pH value of 6.0 - 6.5. This week, I noticed that the plant in the small pot received too much fertilizer. The other two 7.5-liter fabric pots also received double the recommended amount according to the feeding schedule, but they don't show any signs of over-fertilization."

Plant grew very fast last week. Will give more nutrients from next watering. Has very nice sweety/skunky smell, and pretty strong for week 6. Very little purple color can be seen on buds. Day 36 - 3,5L water. Day 39 - Wanted to bend main cola stem a little bit more, ended up with broken stem. Luckily it broke for only 20-25% This day already sucks. Attached it to main stem., you can see it on a video. Hopefully it will end up with just a little stress. 3,5L with nutrients, started to give Big Bud. Peace
