Super Silver Haze (Zamnesia Seeds) – Flower Week 5 ⸻ 🌿 Quick Recap – From Seed to Week 5 Flower • Week 1 Flower: Fast transition—pistils everywhere, healthy roots, compact growth. • Week 2 Flower: Morphology shift in full swing; feeding adjusted with Top Booster and Plagron trio (Power Buds, Sugar Royal, Green Sensation). • Week 3 Flower: Light defoliation to open structure. Plants ~120 cm, hybrid leaf traits, strong root activity. • Week 4 Flower: Bud stacking accelerated, pistils thickening, recipe simplified (soil NPK carrying, boosters fine-tuning). • Week 5 Flower (current): Buds swelling, pistils everywhere, resin heads sparkling. Slight leaf spotting observed—likely Ca/Mg imbalance. Adjusted by reintroducing Aptus All-In-One Liquid for a nutrient push and better balance. ⸻ 🌱 Plant Development Both phenos continue to mirror each other, tight internodes, balanced structure, and lush hybrid leaves. The buds are swelling rapidly, calyxes stacking beautifully, and pistils are thick and lively. The resin layer is already visible, giving a frosty shimmer that promises density and potency in the weeks ahead. A few spots appeared on lower and mid leaves—most likely a calcium/magnesium issue. To counter, we increased nutritional support by bringing Aptus All-In-One Liquid back into the mix, ensuring a complete and balanced NPK profile while keeping boosters steady. ⸻ 💧 Feeding & Nutrition (Week 5) • Aptus Regulator – micronutrient transport, cell wall integrity • Aptus CalMag Boost – raising Ca/Mg levels to address leaf spotting • Aptus All-In-One Liquid – full-spectrum NPK support reintroduced this week • Plagron Power Buds, Sugar Royal, Green Sensation – continuing to enhance flower development, aroma, and resin formation Soil still provides a strong nutritional backbone, but this week’s adjustments help stabilize the balance and support heavy bud development. ⸻ 🌡️ Environmental Conditions • Day Temp: ~29–30°C • Night Temp: ~25°C • Humidity: ~65% • VPD: ~1.3–1.4 kPa • CO₂: ~700 ppm • Watering: ~1.5–2L per plant/day, at ~20% soil dryness • Soil EC: ~2.0 • Light Intensity: 760–780 PPFD across canopy AC installation is still pending, so temps are slightly higher than ideal, but plants remain vigorous and unstressed. ⸻ ✨ Special Focus: Trichomes – Nature’s Treasure Houses At Week 5, trichomes are beginning to form in visible density, and this is a great moment to explore what they are and why they matter. 🔬 What Are Trichomes? Trichomes are microscopic, glandular outgrowths on cannabis flowers and leaves. They are resin factories—producing cannabinoids (THC, CBD, CBG, etc.), terpenes (aromatic oils), and flavonoids (pigments and antioxidants). 🌸 Cannabinoids • THC (Tetrahydrocannabinol): Primary psychoactive compound; euphoric, creative, uplifting. • CBD (Cannabidiol): Non-psychoactive, soothing, anti-inflammatory, balancing. • Others: CBG, CBC, THCV—each contributing unique effects and therapeutic potential. 🌺 Terpenes Aromatic molecules giving cannabis its smell and flavor profile. Examples: • Myrcene: Earthy, musky, sedative qualities • Limonene: Citrus, uplifting, mood-enhancing • Pinene: Piney, sharp, potentially focus-enhancing These terpenes modulate the effects of cannabinoids in the entourage effect. 🎨 Flavonoids Less talked about, but flavonoids contribute to color, taste, and antioxidant activity. They can influence the final bouquet and even the therapeutic properties of the plant. 🌌 Why They Matter Now At Week 5, trichomes are initiating en masse, but they are still clear and immature. As the weeks progress, they’ll cloud, then amber, signaling ripeness. Monitoring trichomes with a loupe is the most reliable way to judge harvest time, not just pistils. ⸻ 🎛️ Gear & Setup • Lighting: Future of Grow Black Series 600W, ThinkGrow ICL-300 LEDs, and Lumatek Zeus Compact Pro 465W—all synced under TrolMaster for environmental control. • Airflow: Dual 6” extraction with carbon filters (TrolMaster Aerofan + Spider Farmer), controlled separately for redundancy. • Monitoring: TrolMaster Tent-X + WCS substrate sensor—tracking EC, moisture, and real-time root zone conditions. ⸻ 🌿 Outlook The girls are in their prime flowering momentum. With nutrients adjusted and trichomes stacking, the coming weeks should bring bulk, aroma, and resin explosion. This is where the legendary Super Silver Haze genetics (Skunk x Northern Lights x Haze) begin to show their pedigree—old-school power, modern stability. 11/2: The Starcandy x Gelato and the Starcandy x Strawberry Cheesecake both show signs of N deficiency, so I'm gonna feed tomorrow. 11/3: I fed today and started foliar feeding with kelp and fish emulsion every time I check on them. 11/4: They're looking a little better today, but still not 100%... Skunk is kinda mutated..a little wonky looking and slow, but maybe she's just a slow starter.. Strawberry Pie is catching up despite being a few days behind. 11/7: no time to comment

Another week past and the plants seemed to have finished their stretch. It seems that the plant one the right has the purple phenotype genetics and the one on the left is lacking the, xD. It i wasn't so obvious at first but now i can really tell. I only hope that they fatten up nicely as they come to the end of their life cycle and i get a massive yield xD. All the best guys.

Sat 18th July (day 21) Had a bit of tip burn on this lady directly after feeding, the coco had fully dried out due to my sporadic watering patterns. I went back over her with some organics only to the BBM bloom liquid and Growzyme@ 2ml/L put 2L through her straight after the feed below… 0.5ml/L - MagneCal+ 1ml/L - Canna A&B 2ml/L - Organic bloom liquid 1ml/L - Big Bud Coco 1ml/L - Nirvana 1ml/L - Big Fruits EC1.2 Sun 19th July (day 22) 0.5ml/L - MagneCal+ 1ml/L - Humic Acid Plus 2ml/L - Canna A&B 1ml/L - Big Bud Coco 0.5ml/L - Organic bloom liquid 2ml/L - Growzyme EC1.22 PH5.9 Tues 21st July (day 24) 5am I had to get this in as quick as possible each plant had 2L at 5am, checked at 8am looks ok, but now I’m sure it’s a calcium deficiency caused by too much PK. EC1.4 run off isn’t to high, Ph is a little high though. Tomorrow will be a flush with a normal dose of Calmag Ph corrected 2.5ml/L - Canna A&B (1.1EC) 1ml/L - Big Bud 1ml/L - Big Fruits 1.3EC PH6.2 Weds 22nd July (day 25) 3am Put 10L through the pots, looked like the leaves perked up, I have a nutrient lockout and precipitation between Calcium and phosphorus, I believe the PH was too high and although I was adding Cal-Mag at 0.5ml/L should have upped that to 1ml/L in the flower stretch. Plus sporadic watering and warm weather - Run off BBM 6.2 EC2.0 - Run off Cheese 5.8 EC2.0 1g - Great white 1g - TNC myco 1g - living organics 1ml/L - Humic Acid 1ml/L - Calmag (EC580) 1ml/L - Canna A&B (EC1.0) 0.5-0.8ml/L More Pk (EC1.2) 2ml/L Clean fruits PH6.0 EC1.2 Thurs 23rd July (day 26) 3am Put another 10L through the pits brought the EC down to 1.4 at one point I was seeing 2.4 coming out, so I’m pretty sure there was a lockout and salt build up. If I hadn’t had the major dry backs things would be different but now I’m having to correct PH and EC. Over all things are ok but I know I’m teetering on the edge of catastrophe. I will continue to do low EC big volume feeds to bring the EC right down and “reset”before go back in with PK and boosters 1ml/L - Calmag 0.5ml/L - Canna A&B 0.5ml/L - Growzyme 2ml/L clean fruits PH5.8 EC1.0

2 weeks to flower in main tent. Red Hot May have had a little nute burn. Lighting is at 628 on Par meter. 78deg avg. Malt was accidentally super cropped. Healing from splitting her branch. Oozecake aka Judy is my prize now. She fought through some mold 1st week. Transplanted her with only 1 node. Then her 2nd transplant to 1 gallon she was stunted for a week.

31 Aug. I start the third week of my autoflower. The plant is growing well, but I noticed small yellow spots on the leaf tips, which seem like a mild calcium deficiency. This is probably due to the fact that so far I have been giving water with a slightly low pH, around 6, while the ideal range would be 6.5–7. At the beginning, to lower the ppm of the tap water (which was around 211 ppm), I mixed it with demineralized water. This brought the ppm down to about 109–140, making it harder for the plant to absorb the available calcium. Additionally, the soil I am using, Biobizz Light Mix, is lightly fertilized but does not contain enough calcium to correct this small initial deficiency. For this week, I will not add any fertilizers. I simply want to raise the pH to 6.5 and use water with higher ppm, so the plant can better absorb the nutrients already present in the soil. The lamp is positioned about 35–36 cm from the plant and so far there are no burn issues. Temperatures range between 25 and 30 °C depending on the day, while humidity in the room stays between 40–60%. The humidifier is always on because I keep the window open, but the dehumidifier is not being used, as it is not necessary at the moment. I also have a new oscillating fan arriving to replace the current fixed one, and I’m waiting for a regulable extractor (90–145 m³/h), which will allow me to control the air perfectly during winter if needed. This week my main goals are: Increase the water ppm without overdoing it Adjust the pH to 6.5 Keep observing the plant without adding any fertilizers Everything else seems fine and growth is regular. With these corrections, I expect the new leaves to grow healthy and free of spots. ==UPDATE 31/08== To control the calcium deficiency, I will administer an eggshell solution until I reach 300 ppm (I will boil some eggshells and administer the solution in tap water). ==Update 4 Sept== By mistake, I adjusted the pH twice, once to 7 and once to 8, and obviously the plant immediately showed symptoms of incorrect pH. At the next watering, I'll give Biobizz Grow with a little Biobizz Bloom since the plant has entered pre-flowering. I'll adjust everything to a pH of 6-7 and a ppm of 450-500.

🚨 Durbin Thai/Cinderella 99 week 10 update 🚨 🚨 week 10 of veg!! 73 days old!! 🚨 So this is a clone I received on Jan 31st. She has been transplanted from a solo cup 2 a 5 gal pot. She had 2 be topped in her second week of rooting do 2 the top frying from to much light in young clone stage. Since the topping this lady has come 2 life!! She has been defoliated 4 times! Most recent defoliation 3/24! She spent her first month feeding just off nutrients in fox farm soil. On 3/2/22 I gave her her first Gaia Green trio feeding!! She has exploded with growth since!! She was defoliated on 3/27 again. She was given her second feeding of @gaiagreenorganics on 3/02. This lady was defoliated again on 4/10. Weekly update for Fantasy Feast #5 — and unfortunately, it’s her last one. The powdery mildew never fully left this pheno, even after airflow adjustments and leaf removal. To protect the rest of the tent, I made the call to remove her today. This update covers: • What the mildew looked like this week • Why I decided on an emergency harvest • How I removed the plant safely • What parts are salvageable and what gets thrown away • How the rest of the tent is doing after the removal Rest of grow information in week 33

Hey guys :-) Unfortunately I had so much to do with the flowers that I hardly had time for the veggie update last week :-) I trained the ladies with LST and topping. I will do that for a while because you still have time until there is space in the bloom tent 😅. They were watered twice a week with 1-1.2 l each time (see table above for nutrients). Tomorrow they will be treated again with nematodes against tripse because I saw some in the vegi room 😡. Otherwise everything was cleaned and checked. Have fun with the update 💚 👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼 You can buy this Nutrients at : https://greenbuzzliquids.com/en/shop/ With the discount code: Made_in_Germany you get a discount of 15% on all products from an order value of 100 euros. 👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼 You can buy this strain at : https://www.amsterdamgenetics.com/product/kosher-tangie-kush/ Water 💧 💧💧 Osmosis water mixed with normal water (24 hours stale that the chlorine evaporates) to 0.2 EC. These ladies continue to develop very nicely and lucky stopped stretching pretty much in the beginning of this week and the buds are forming super nicely. Since I also don’t observe a stretch in flower anymore, I decided to feed pk13/14 for the next week. It continues to surprise me how hungry these autos are, much hungrier than my glookies fro example. Unfortunately I realized that the plant on the very right of the box produces much smaller buds than the other two. I am pinning that on the fan right above her, so have pointed it slightly higher, but I guess the damage is done:(.

Still fighting a little bit of nutrient burn, went out an bought a blugardian all In one meter and going to go by E.C. instead of ppm. Took away a few of the big fan leaves blocking the lower sight. More tricombs forming all over the place. Let me know what you think, what I can change for next time or any other coments
