Seed was put in a glass of water on the 2nd of January 20:00 (8PM). Around 15h later it sunk to the bottom and I transferred it to a wet paper towel inside a zip. Around 51h later (so ~36h inside zip) the seed had not yet opened. I am a little worried, but at the same time not because I've looked up what the pro's say and some of them don't even look at the seed until after the seed has spent at least 48h inside the paper towel. I will be patient and wait for the seed to open. After the seed has opened I will be even more patient and let the root grow for a bit. I have grown 2 of these plants in my lifetime and first time was really good, second time was very bad, and the second time I planted it when the root was ~1mm long. I will not rush things this time. I will also be careful to not let the root grow too long. If I'll have it my way, then I'll be planting this baby tomorrow evening, so in a bit less than 24h from now. If I have to reschedule then it will probably be planted on the 6th of January. Worst case scenario: We have to restart with a new seed. Bless you. Update 5 Jan 2022 17:29 (05:29 PM): We have a root! The seed has opened ever so slightly and the root has grown more and more during today. I want the root to grow a tiny bit longer before I plant it. I will take another look before bedtime. Update 5 Jan 2022 20:43 (08:43 PM): Root has not grown much since the last picture, will plant tomorrow. Update 6 Jan 2022 10:05 (10:05 AM): Will plant later. Root is too short. Update 6 Jan 2022 15:00 (03:00 PM): Root is still shorter than I had in mind but my patience has ran out and I think it is still a fine length for the seed to do really good. I also have very good soil for her with claimed great amount of nutrients for seedlings. When it gets large enough I will transplant her to a 11L pot. The 11L pot has been filled with more than 11L soil. Probably around 15L. By the way, the plant has a name, her name is "Satan" but is referred to as a "she". Update 12 Jan 2022 18:00 (06:00 PM): We have a sprout! I saw the sprout some hours ago. I am sure that I planted the seed quite perfectly in the middle. However, the sprout happened very much to the side. I suspect that there was something in the soil that might blocked the sprout. So far it looks like we planted Satan on the 6th of January and we got a sprout on the 12th. I will consider Satan to be in germination stage until it grows a little more. Then I will treat it like she's in the vegetative phase. ----------------------------- SUMMARY: Day 1-21 in Satans life has been so wonderful. Not a minute goes by without me feeling euphoric about her. Every day when I wake up I go to the grow-room and tell her good morning. I hold her largest leaf between my thumb and index-fingers to hold leaf (hold hand) and we just hold leaf together for a few seconds while I admire her beauty. She is so absolutely gorgeous and kind and she is also very happy with her environment. I already have another plant in another grow-room which also is a Northern Lights and I have kept a diary of her as well, just not on growdiaries.com (everything is kept in a Word-document). This other plant is called Kim, named after Kim Jong-Un. Kim and her diary is going to be utilized as a "roadmap" for Satan, so I should know what to expect and when to expect it. I also did a few mistakes with Kim, such as water too much or let her grow with way too much nitrogen in the air. Satan will instead be the best grow I have ever done - hopefully. Start of week 2 🌱🍁 Unfortunately some poor advice led to a nutrient overload. 350-400 ppm is far to much for a seedling so back to 150 for a other week until I start adding tarantula. Maybe other strains can handle it but the peyote didnt like it. See you in a couple of days 🌱🍁❤️ Watermelon zkittlez autos looking good. the plants slowed down a bit this week due to pruning, but then they resumed and are developing well

The plants are growing at a good rate now and drinking a litre each per day. I feed them by hand and each plant gets 2litres every other day. Didn't do anything else this week other than install the trellis on the last day. This plant is on the laft in the timelapse video.

That's her final week. I realized there are almost no leaves left. I'm not sure what happened. If you have an idea, please leave a comment. Basically, only one of the plants turned out to be very sugary and good-looking. The other two didn't show too many trichomes. The leaves became yellowish and dried. At this point, almost no leaves are left. I'm harvesting it soon.

Nov/21 She grew like crazy. Big green fan leaves coming in. Branches are growing strong. Smell is starting to get intoxicating. i finally got over my habit of nervous watering and am feeding the girls way less and they're happy. Cant wait to flip this girl to flower. No problems this week at all. 11/29 Shes growing ok. Green and healthy branches and leaves. She growing more like a sativa, sativa hybrid tall and branchy, manageable fan leaves but because of that she started to get some light burn. Dont have my tent yet so i cant adjust my light any higher so i tried to lower the plant down a little So hoping she can do without super direct light for another day or so. Other than that shes looking healthy. (some of this is the same as White Widow diary) 11/30 It wouldn't let me do veg and flower in the same week on the diary so i just split it up in here. I spent tuesday putting the tent together and dropped a video of the new setup because im REALLY excited about. got the ladies nice and cozy. Started them on 12/12. Its my first time on an indoor grow so i hope it works out well Shes super healthy. Super green leaves are big stems are thick everything is a lovely dark green i can smell it more because theyre tented now. but it looks great. 12/1 topped dressed with some happy frog soil I couldnt add the castings amount in the thing above So ill say i mixed about a quarter of the amount of soil into about 1 to 2 gallons of top soil i had some down to earth dry amendments i mixed in with that soil as well. i couldnt tell how much soil exactly. I only put in 5 tsp of great white instead of the recommended 7 because i switched the bloom nutes and i didnt wanna over do it i couldnt tell how much soil exactly. Fed them some flowering nutes, but cut back on the amount of nutes by a lot. Decided im going to just follow what biobizz instructions say from now on so apparently less is better. started the bloom and the top max kept everything else the same and cut out the fish mix for flower, added great white at the end. Defoliated the bottom few branches and cleaned any growth at wasnt going to produce. Nothing to major. 12/2 Temp of tent is steady at 70, 71 degrees. thats a little bit lower than id like but ill figure out something in the next few days. Took the bottom branches and leaves the night before and Wanted to give it a night of rest before i defoliated the big leaves. Took most of them off but left the few at the top of the plant. Looking extremely green. Hoping i get to see some pistils soon.

Day 70 - She grew 5cm / 2" this week! The amount of trichomes she has on her is frankly ridiculous 😍 totally white over. The smell upon touching them is intense Grapefruit 😍 PhenoFinders have done a great job breeding this. I'd like to try more of their range.

One week of 12/12 and there stretching out nice I've defoliated the central cola to allow the side branches to catch up. Will start to feed soon

Diamond Belle, here we are doing good and flourishing. They took well to the nutrients and transplanting. Im impressed 👏 good work. Im pretty sure these 3 are ladies so we are in for a treat. How ever we will surly find out with in the next coming weeks. Im thankful to be here. Happy growing yall.

Hello everyone, how is growing? I'm pretty happy if the results of the plants without trimming, its hard to keep the canopy even, however, I believe the final production can surprise me! Day 36 - Both plants were watered and trained.

this week was a good week I watch my girl.grow from a seed to a plant and is now starting up.flowering stage she's the shortest out of my 3 plants and I just added one plant to my family didnt wanna be to excited with this one because I lost her twin sister already but her strain is (its 1 day since she popped up)"wedding cake "

Really Babied these girls and shows the capability of some strains under optimal conditions. Especially throughout flower. Progress is becoming very noticeable. What a great experience making rosin!

buds starting to get shape and trichs coming in nice. the blueberry muffin has such a unique berry pastry smell. no dank weed smell at all. the khalifa mintz x (bcc x jealousy) is still pretty gassy, with stronger fruit profiles on both strains now that the buds are starting to get fuller. update in a bother 2-3 weeks lol.
