OMG growing Cosmos F1 from Royal Queen Seeds has been an otherworldly experience! I mean, have you ever seen a plant with a Whorled phyllotaxy mutation? It's like the angels themselves came down and blessed my garden. in the flowering time i dont give them any nuts i let them flower in a natural way and i wanna see if they give good buds with no nuts and if the taste is different

Overall, this is 9th week of flower for the entire F'22 grow season. With French Macaron beginning week 7 flower and Afgooey #1 and #2 in mid-week 5 of flower. The Afgooey #3 is just starting to form tiny budlets after an extensive defoliation as she's squatty with lots of foliage. Updates & Observations - a lot of maintenance this week from continual ph'ing and flushing as Afgooey #2 has joined the French Macaron with low ph runoff readings. Given I'm growing in a living soil mix with periodic top dressings and teas every 7-10 days, I'm stumped. So, no more feedings for the French Macaron until harvest. Decided that next watering I will flush both girls with fresh rain water captured/stored which I have stored outside in 30 gallon barrels. Rain water tested at 7.2 ph, which to me is good enough for the flushing. It's raining for 3-4 days next week, so this will exhaust existing supply and replace with fresh rain water. Perfect timing. Will update next week.

Day 95 the two that were flushing got cut and the last five are still growing strong Day 97 4 more girls getting flushed only two left growing

the waterworks come covered in some olie residue and i only did a few rinses. I think it kept the ph high for some time and i did a few more water cycles after complete setup. Everytime getting rit of more oil film. I like the bucketd rinsed the leca pepples in high ph tap water and again it took me some time to get ph down but this time no oil residue :) After a few days i felt i got ph under control so started the canna nutes schedule.

First of all thank you @fast_buds for this amazing strain, had a blast growing and experiment with her. It turns out that growing cannabis is not that difficult. All it takes is enough watering to balance the substrate. During the grow I did not even measure ph or ec once. And the leaves were healthy all the way through. In flowering I watered about half the size of the airpot every day. In order to successfully water as such every day and grow without unnecessary measurements need a ventilated flower pot And a Soil substrate enriched with perlite. The plant responded great to massive watering, grew quickly and recovered easily from stress. I took her to the limit But I did not provide her with sufficient lighting, it was reflected in the flowers that came out bit airy. (Yet 253 grams are a respectable crop.) So here is my next grow resolution I will make sure to provide the plants with all their needs So that they will take care of mine ;).

This 3 of these seem to be doing fine. I actually accidentally threw away 2 of the other seeds by misplacing the proper germination paper towel. That's OK though all 3 of these popped so can't complain. Hoping to see a lot of stretching and a more leaf growth.

Week 6 lovely green space

Heeey! 👋 Another update! :D This week I made another transplant, this time from the drink cups to a small 3.5 liter pot and I also applied some more mycorrhizas to my babies! 😃 From both of them Pistachio seems to be the one who's developing faster and Matcha is trying to catch her sister. The plants ended with about 19500 lumens! Couldn't rise them more because of heat issues 😟 The only tricky part this week was when I decided to add a bit of growing nutrients to my plants so I ended up watering them a lot after the transplant and the results were quite shocking! I barely added 2ml of total nutrients per liter but the runoff water I got was around the 1400 ppm which all honestly scared me a lot! That's way too much for two young plants (and I believe some of the excess nutrients can be seen on Matcha) nonetheless they are still developing so I'll just continue with water for now till they start to lose color (the Light Mix I used should have enough 'food' for at least 2 weeks, so that's good I believe! Besides that everything went well. I'm using tap water for my humidifier and its sediments are being thrown into the air by it, but so far it seems my plants are doing well. During the last 4 days the plants developed a lot in their new pots so I'm quite happy for that! If things go well next week I'll be moving them to their final container! Thanks everyone for reading! Another good week getting ready. They are all very well, as envisaged last week I will switch to Extreme mode of the table Aptus. I hope not to make mistakes, my mixture is ready but I find it very busy, but I tell myself that I follow the guide Aptus. We'll see 😥😱?
