Hi everyone :-) This week a lot of nice things happened in the flower tent :-) Everyone looks super nice, and is growing stronger and more beautiful week by week 😍👌. The blue cheese smells like a dream ;-) As usual from this variety 👍. The kosher tangie is also very, very tasty 👏🏻. Both got Pk 13/14 this week for the last time :-) Everyone else is developing very well 👍, That will be the last diary with several strains together :-) In future everyone will come individually 👌. This is my best harvest yet.

Everything went well, well.. I broke its root as I began to plant it (by accident!), still goot good result, plant raised now is 2cm tall with light source 15cm above, growing pretty good at this moment, I'll keep you tuned!

This girl keeps growing. Started shortening her light cycle as she is getting really big. I have bent the main tops so often so that the rest can catch up. She looks great thought... Love this plant.

Hello growers and tokers! 👋 👩‍🌾 🧑‍🌾.🔥💨 There has been much change this week!! First there was a big defoliation done, I cleaned the bottom of the plants. All the growth that wouldn't amount to anything because the light doesn't penetrate that low. Also took off the biggest fan leaves to give more room for light. Then finally switched to 12/12.. After just 36 hours after the defoliation there was a major change. New growth everywhere, colas started stretching upwards fast. By far the tallest girls in the tent. Her colas are stacking up nice and tight if she keeps that up we'll have some nice dense colas. 😁 Great reaction to the defoliation and 12/12 switch. I'm still watering every other day, After the defoliation I watered with only Enzymes 2ml/L to clean the roots a bit then started with the nutrientes again. I dropped the amount of grow nutrients from 3ml/L to 1ml/L and started adding bloom nutrientes 2ml/L for now. I'll slowly be upping the bloom nutrientes and after week 2 I'll no longer add grow nutrients. That's it for this week. Stay tuned to see how they flower. Stay safe!

📆 Week 15, 30 April - 6 May 2024 30 April - Turned light power to 75%. 1 May - Did a significant defoliation. 2-6 May - Observed and let the plant grow. 📑 I was debating on keeping the lights at 100%, or defoliating the plant. Defoliating won this time. There just wasnt enough light penetration getting to the lower buds (half the plant) to mature them for maximum growth and quality yield. So leaving the lights that bright did not achieve my expectations. It is a tricky situation when you start taking leaves away from a plant in flower, but when shadows are blocking bud developement you have to balance your grow and open it up. My method is to start with the lowest leaves and work your way up, use common sense, discard yellowing and damaged ones first, leaving the healthy green leaf on the plant. Then strategically remove the few that shadow the buds you want more focus on. This will help ensure the plant continues processing energy while avoiding possible shock by removing too much leaf. 🍶 30 April changed nutrient solution 🍽️ 30 April updated feeding schedule 💧 Using reverse osmosis water with EC/TDS at 0 🐉 Nutrient Solution EC 2.2 at 72 degree F 🔆 Light power at 75%, DLI 45-50 canopy coverage at 12hrs 😤 Using General Hydroponics, HGC728040, Dual Diaphragm Air Pump, 320 GPH That is it for this week. Good day to all my friends and visitors here on GD. The finale grow week for the first Tropicanna XL is there (the one by the wall), she came out just lovely and the smell is mad. I could use it as perfume it's so rich and fruity, never had a plant with such outstanding fragrance. This week we start of changing the reservoir water to which I decided to add nutrients. Yes, this plant will not get a flush before harvest, it's the first time i'm not flushing a plant for the cut but you know only two of the four girls are ready to chop and it's not possible in my RDWC to seperate feed them. So yes it's kind of an experiment for me...some time ago i heard that "man does not need to flush"... yeah I don't really believe what the white coats tell us but then we watched Dr Bruce Bugbee stating the same thing and he quoted experiments performed by his team... I believe him, and I don't really have much choice. Something's not right with my fresh solution or the plants get root rot or something but the girls starting to show K deficiency...I ended up adding an insane amount of PK through the week...good that the plants are on the finish line :) The SE7000 runs at 550 Watt and about 33cm from the canopy and is doing an astounding job. Day 57 about to do my first schwazz Day 60 did a heavy defoliation. Not quite a schwazz. Almost Filled a 2 gallon bucket up with clippings a lot more light and air penetration is available. I think she’ll bounce back nicely Day 64. As the week comes to an end. I am very pleased with the progress. Canopy is nice and even. You can’t tell which one is the main cola. And for a little 300 watt light even the lower flowers are getting pretty dense. Still a long way to go. I would imagine this one will take over 90 days before see Amber. But we shall see

I’m happy with her canopy she’s almost like a table made of leafs. Gonna leave her to stretch the bud sites for me hopefully she will, this plant is definitely sensitive to light as I’ve had the P1000 on 80% since week 2 till now. D37 Had to raise a 100 watt led by 1.5 inches because of light bleaching.. it now sits 15 inches from the canopy but I can’t believe how sensitive this plant is to light. I hope she will fill out nicely 🤞🏼

Added bud iignitor this week along with bulky b. Went to about 1031 ppm on the total nutes. Looking at just a slight tip burn but pushing them is how we grow gas!

Week 9: Growth, Clones, and Preparing for Buds This week brought some important changes to the grow! The plants stretched significantly, taking advantage of the rainy weather, despite the temperature fluctuations. Overall, the conditions are supporting their development well. Notes: I made a few more clones, and so far, all of them are thriving. It's exciting to see a 100% survival rate for the clones so far. Out of the 12 plants, I identified three males. Two of them have started opening their pollen sacs, and I’ve begun collecting. The pollen is being stored in the freezer for future breeding projects. I did a light defoliation to improve light penetration to the lower branches, which should help promote even growth.
