And another week has passed, they are bigger but didn't do the growing I expected them to do. I think something stressed them for a couple of days, where the XL Runtz took the stressing factors a bit better. I'm trying to find out what it could have been and preventatively softened the light, lowered temps and it seemed to recover. Maybe I pushed the SP-3000 by Mars Hydro a bit too hard... We also had some white pointy bits... With a lot of trust in this growing method, after the previous grows, and the plants look overall happy I'm not too worried. The soil will balance out if just don't push the lights too hard. It's a matter of adjusting and finding sweet spots and limits. So I started bending a little and this week will bend over the tops, to further the LST which is about the only thing ill do and maybe some defoliation after 3rd week of flower.... FF soil, distilled water spray on top of soil. Humidity 65 to 70%. King Tut looks good, the rest seem a bit shorter. 78 degrees, oscillating fan added closer to end of week.

Die Green Crack F1 Auto zeigt sich bisher als echtes Kraftpaket. Sie wächst zwar etwas wilder als ihre Nachbarinnen, aber genau das scheint zu ihrem Charakter zu gehören. Normalerweise steht sie etwas geschützter als im Video, trotzdem sieht man gut, wie problemlos sie mit Wind und Wetter zurechtkommt. Die Triebe werden von Woche zu Woche kräftiger und die gesamte Pflanze wirkt erstaunlich stabil. Das einmalige Toppen hat ihr sichtlich gutgetan. Sie bleibt dadurch etwas kompakter, baut aber eine schöne breite Struktur auf und scheint ihre Energie lieber in stabile Seitentriebe als in unnötige Höhe zu stecken. Gerade Outdoor kann das später ein echter Vorteil sein, wenn die Buds schwer werden.Außerdem macht sie dadurch einen deutlich transportableren Eindruck. Wer seine Pflanzen bei Gewitter, Hagel oder anderen Wetterkapriolen mal schnell umparken muss, weiß das durchaus zu schätzen. Bisher macht die Green Crack F1 Auto jedenfalls genau das, was man sich von einer Outdoor-Pflanze wünscht. Robust, unkompliziert und immer mit einem kleinen Hauch von Chaos. 💪

Day 28 after switch. Looks good to me, stopped stretching and bud develeopment is doing well. This week watering only water maybe a little bit melasse together with Bactrex.

Week 13, Week 13 is the final week! Woohoo! I used some ClearEx at the start of the week to help the flushing process. I am beyond happy with the results. The buds are big and dense! Devil cream Auto is growing tall and Healthy, I'm excited to see the final height as it's already standing at 2ft5 before the big stretch, this round of grow has been the tallest I've had grow indoors. I would be tickled pink to have it turn out to be a 5 foot plant in my current space

This one has been delightful to grow full of buds everywhere with very little Fan leafs can't wait to cure and tested. I have cut down in jar everything the wait was 97 grams please consider that when they comes to my scale weight i wait until the main stem breaks with a loud crunch and the buds are really dry to the touch reason for it I have a very busy life and at the end of the day this is just a hobby so I cannot be opening those jars many times a day at most one in the morning and one in night so I want to avoid mold on them.so I push in a Boveda pack to keep them nice Thank you for reading I will update the other details when ready have a happy grow.

She getting chopped today and hanging the whole plant, just trimming the big fan leaves and putting her into my drying box. She's down, had to split the branches as they were very tightly packed and not much room for air circulation.

Day 38 - they are still alive ? interestingly keep these mazar seedlings still alive in seedling stage... going to setup a little dwc project, see what happens... Day 39 - decided to build 7.5L DIY DWC 's ...... 👍😎

Week 8 of flower is in the books and this show is quickly coming to an end. I said last week we had about 7-10 days and I was spot on at the 10 day mark. I was only wrong about the order. The cheese is ready to chop before the rest and the gorilla cookies, cherry Bomb and lemon haze will follow in due course. The cheese is a beast and it’ll take a little time to get it all run through the bowl trimmer. At least the big one goes first. Her tallest colas have foxtailed like mar, despite the late supercrop. You can tell where the sweet spot for the light is at about 10” distance from the canopy. Any closer than that and the tails begin to show prominently. It’s a good example of just how close you can get to these fixtures with a little bit of prior experience. It’s been noted for the next run😎👍😎. The res. is on an h2o2 only flush for the remainder until the rest are ready to come down. Not a moment too soon either - the pollen chucking project has stalled out waiting for these girls to finish and now that we’ll have a little extra room, we can start running our cuts in the aerocloner🤟. Not long at all now folks. Thanks for tagging along through all this. Learned a bunch about this system and we’re back to hardware mode to make some serious improvements for the next run🤙😎. I love hardware mode😉. Background/Repetitive Nonsense The strain line up on this grow is look’n quite saucy 😈. We’ve got 2 FB strains this time around - Gorilla Cookies (seems we always have some GSC cross in the works). Mainly because the colours look stellar and remind me of a sugar breathe we did last year that was 🔥. The other FB is their original Cheese strain... because we already smoked all our cheese... and we really like our cheese...😉. Emerald triangle was kind enough to include a freebie of Lemon Haze. Wasn’t really big on the list but we haven’t done a haze strain to write home about yet so worth a go👍. The last is a Cherry auto from Bomb seeds that we’ve been trying to get to for months. Let’s just hope that she’s not a dud like the last bean. The new digs for this run are courtesy MarsHydro👊. Their 2x4 single grow tent, paired with a shiny new 240w QB courtesy ViparSpectra. These folks were kind enough to discuss a collaboration and as a result, here we are to test out the gear with an inaugural run of autos. Each week, we’ll try to expand on some of the benefits of each, as well as any limiting factors or considerations that need attention when pondering purchase. Already I can say that both are high quality products in terms of overall craftsmanship. MarsHydro 2x4 Grow Tent: Excellent construction in terms of durability. Reinforced stitching on the zippers and corners ensures zero tearing. Conveniently placed screen vents and intake/exhaust ports. The ceiling exhaust port only exists on the right side. Perfect for me but not great if you’re running exhaust from the top on the left side (left side wall port makes up for this however). The aluminum frame is rigid enough to support the weight of the lights and accessories. Once you have some weight in the tent, she’s go’n nowhere and you can assemble and break it down in record time if moving or stashing the grow op. Only limiting factors I’ve noticed is that temp. Control will be an issue for a tent. It just doesn’t have the same insulating ability as a wood cabinet or other permanent enclosed space. No worries, this is offset by a small desktop heater and keeps the environment exactly where desired. The other issue was a production problem - the ceiling vent was accidentally stitched into the corner seams on the assembly line. Again, no real issue - just pulled it out with no damage or fraying to the tent or port👍. Closest comparable to it that I’ve seen would be spiderfarmers line of qbs. They feature the same top-o-the-line components and roughly similar spectrums. Where VS takes the advantage is in the convenience of the dimmer nob which is easily accessible and works great at 50% with no strobing👍. The heat sink is also larger which contributes to lower temps. That’s not a good thing in my case but beneficial for most folks. I can already say that this will be a great fixture through all stages of growth. Where I know this light will excel will be in the veg. Stage for sure. Dimming function gives seedlings a much better chance of success with the ability to use lower lighting levels early on and the coverage area on a 240w is great. The average grower will find this panel suitable and fitting to their needs in a 2x4 grow space although I’d suggest 2 units if going any larger than that. The total output in this space equates to about 30w/sq.ft. Which is a decent amount of coverage based on power vs. Growprint. Ideal for veg. Certainly but, in flower - I tend to run closer to 50-60w/sq.ft to achieve higher yields. Again, similar fixtures have performed admirably in the past and while this wouldn’t be considered an “entry-level” fixture, I’d recommend that any grower new to the game not skimp on lighting and start with one of these. The price points are a great value for quality LED tech. These days, so there’s little reason to even consider a lesser fixture👍. I have no detail on limiting factors for this light as yet but have heard that stock branded fixtures don’t necessarily incorporate enough red diodes. I’ve seen no issue myself but confess - I’m no lighting guru. _Environment I got the VPD to 1.3 - rather by luck (watering less frequently + ambient temp. rising/ ambient RH dropping (spring around the corner)). _Flower Gorilla Z starts to develop it's trichom stalks, showing that the plant is pretty much done (I'm literally just waiting for the heads to turn milky/ amber). Besides that, the structure is really airy (foxtail). Mimosa Cake on the other hand has still mostly transparent trichomes; it's stucture is much more what you'd expect. The smell also started to increase to a point where you can definitly sense it within the whole room. _Harvest I expect Gorilla Z to be done around early week 15; Mimosa Cake should need 1 week extra, so I'll try to hit the sweet spot in between. _Fertilization On day 88, I gave about 2 tbl spoons (10 ml) of selfmade calciumacetat-suspension (mixed with 2 l of water) to the plants. This was the only watering they got during this week. [1 cleaned eggshell, sterilized at 180 °C (oven) for 20 minutes, then ground into powder, added about 50 ml of 5% apple cider vinegar, left standing until the reaction is complete (no more bubbles rising), mixed with water 1:200 ratio] This is rather an experiment to see if 1) this works and more importantly 2) the plants need/ can take more calcium in their current stage (anaerobic, dense soil). _Plants At first, Gorilla Z shedding all its leaves (sun sails) seemes like a problem, but it's turning out to be an absolute stroke of luck! The leaves literally fall off by themselves (video), which means that a) I have little to no trimming to do, and b) there's almost no chance of mold. *Gorilla Z Auto was 46 cm tall, Mimosa Cake Auto 27 cm.

Everything looking good so far, they stretched quite a bit already. Been about 2 weeks since 12/12 one week since I considered flowering. I am going to defoliate again in a few days before I have to leave them alone for a few days/week. So it'll be about 2.5-3 weeks from 12/12 when I do another defoliation. They seem to be drinking more, I added 2 more minutes run time to my watering schedule for next week so it works out to be 7.5 liters a plant instead of 6.5. I'll keep adjusting as needed.
