Most growers run 12/12 — and while that’s great for many strains, we’ve chosen 11/13 for a specific reason: 🌒 Shortening the light period can help trigger earlier flowering and more aggressive hormonal shifts, particularly in sativa-dominant or haze genetics like these. 🌘 In nature, light hours gradually decrease, and this slightly shorter photoperiod mimics late-season sun, signaling to the plant that it’s time to reproduce. In our experience, this encourages a quicker transition into flower, sometimes with denser stacking and better resin development down the line. The trade-off? Slightly less daily photosynthesis, but with the right lighting power and nutrition, it more than balances out. ⸻ Nutrient Shift – From Start to Top As we flip into flower, we’ve also transitioned our nutrient formula to support the shift in energy: • Removed: • Aptus Start Booster – previously used to support early-stage root development and vegetative vigor. • Introduced: • Aptus Top Booster – same application rate (0.25 ml/L), but designed to stimulate early flower development, improve transition timing, and lay the groundwork for bloom stacking. Why this change? Because the hormonal shift has begun. We’re no longer supporting root initiation, now we’re priming the plant for floral identity, helping her internal systems prepare for the stretch, calyx development, and bloom site stacking. Our base feed remains: • Regulator – 0.25 ml/L • CalMag Boost – 0.25 ml/L • All-in-One Liquid – 1 ml/L • Top Booster – 0.25 ml/L ⸻ Growth & Structure Update These girls are branching like mad, spreading their wings and showing incredible vegetative structure just before stretch kicks in. Both phenotypes are looking stunning: • Pheno #2 & Pheno #3 • ~55 cm in height • Both with 8+ nodes, symmetrical branching, and healthy internode spacing. • Deep green leaves, upright posture, and zero signs of stress or deficiency. ✂️ Harvest Day – Jealousy Diesel Auto (Octogenetica) Cosecha de las autoflorecientes. Llega el momento de cosechar las Jealousy Diesel autoflorecientes de Octogenetica. Aunque sobre el papel esta genética indica un ciclo más corto, en la práctica se ha decidido respetar completamente su ritmo, permitiéndole alargar su ciclo hasta alcanzar el punto de madurez que buscaba. La cosecha se ha realizado cuando las plantas han mostrado señales claras de maduración real, priorizando calidad y efecto por encima de tiempos teóricos. 🔬 Motivo de la cosecha La decisión de cortar se ha tomado tras una observación constante de tricomas y del estado general de la planta: -Tricomas mayoritariamente lechosos. -Aparición progresiva de tricomas ámbar. -Pistilos mayoritariamente oxidados. -Cogollos completamente formados y resinosos. -Aroma intenso con notas bien definidas. Aunque podrían haberse cosechado unos días antes, se ha optado por darles el tiempo extra necesario para que la resina terminara de madurar correctamente. 🌱 Estado de las Jealousy Diesel en cosecha Las autos han llegado a cosecha: -Tras completar el lavado de raíces. -Sin signos de estrés. -Con hojas perdiendo color de forma natural. -Energía enfocada completamente en las flores. Este comportamiento confirma que la planta estaba cerrando su ciclo de manera natural y sin bloqueos. ✂️ Proceso de corte La cosecha se ha realizado con cuidado, respetando la estructura de las flores y minimizando la manipulación para proteger la resina. A partir de aquí comienza el secado, fase clave para conservar el aroma y la calidad obtenida durante el cultivo. Muy contento con cómo han respondido estas autos, demostrando que la paciencia también tiene recompensa 🌿🔥

The gutter hoe grow show powered by the viparspectra XS2000 is moving along. A couple of the plants started showing some nitrogen deficiency early in the week after the water change so I gave them a little maxigro. I'm not sure if the roots are running out of room or what is going on but the nutrient does aren't as efficient in this gutter compared to the dutch buckets. I suprecropped the crescendo to keep it even with the other plants. The cookies has strange looking buds on top. Not many pistils popping on it. Other than that the show will go on.....

I must say that among the three, the one that had the greatest success on LST was OG2 folded one week after the others excellent response even from ICE CREAM even if I see it too empty .... I can't say why ... maybe it was the exposure one thing is for sure, the best satisfactions happen after so many mistakes ... kiss kiss to everyone who follows me happy and abundant crops

I let the soil dry, then gave 72 hours of darkness, after which I harvested.

Last week went well after I realized that I had the light a tad too close and I had to up cal-mag 1 mL per gallon more. She is showing improvement. It seems that she just had some spotting on some fan leaves as a result of the light being too close. Adjusted the lst ties and other than that, it's been smooth sailing for her. Started giving her big bud during feedings. I am going to say that the next run of this strain will be a good one! Has great potential. Wish I had the light for her to be under by herself from the start, but things happen. I am a believer in the quality of Mars Hydro LED lights and I am going to be using them from now on. Everything good normal looking good will start to flush in a week or so…smell is awesome as always I ran this cutting a few times it’s a real keeper checks all the boxes

I needed a bigger reservoir, runoff catchment, and dehumidifier drain bucket because I had to go out of town for 5 days. Fortunately I calculated the volumes accurately and so when I got home I had at least another 24 hours of solution in the rez, and space in the runoff and dehumidifier catchment buckets. The other fortunate thing is that I came home to very happy and vigorously growing plants. The tallest colas are now 30 inches above the coco, and 20 inches from the light. There is one cola (pictured) whose stem is as thick as a sharpie! I ran out of the AN base nutrients and decided to switch over to GHE because the PH perfect buffers in the Advanced Nutrients line have been a huge pain in the ass. Also, I decided to mix my own bloom booster from Potassium Sulphate (0-0-53), Monopotassium Phosphate (0-52-34), and Epsom Salt after finding a DIY recipe (https://www.thcfarmer.com/threads/diy-hammerhead-confusions.47992/) to achieve a (0-9-18) NPK ratio. Significantly cheaper, but will be interesting to see what the results are in the end. I will be doing one more heavy defoliation on day 21 of flower because there are so many fan leaves laying on top of each other that its hard to keep the humidity down. Stay tuned!

Day 105 - Next will be the last week of the lady. I'm planning 3 days of plain water and then other 3 days of darkness and no water to frosten up the buds 🤞🏼

I welcome you from Russia my friends from different parts of the world. The end of 16 weeks has come. Plants already fully show their ripeness, and buds SAG from their weight. Soon I will be harvesting, as soon as I get the final dry product I will make the last update of this diary.

We had a nice jump in height this week; still drinking loads of water every day. One of the plants has this wierd mutated limb that I have been watching progress, kinda interesting. Just chugging along, second week of flower, everything looks to be on schedule so far. 🔮

Has a problem, not sure what. Tried adding a little CalMag today. Anyway going strong. Drinking a couple liters of water per Day

Flowering coming on really well now and things seem to be going ok, one plant stretching a lot faster than the other so hopefully it slows down want these to be a little smaller in size than my previous grow
