Day 63 What a turn around! Got my watering issues manageable. Last watering for Candace I added Mykos and Azos to my water. Switched from SimPro to Terp Tea. #GIRTH # FROST #AROMA Sheryl got that same recipe tonight. Candace didn't need water, but I splashed about 8oz in her dish for the bottom roots. Take Away? It's a weed so it's resilient. Have patience, don't panic, let the plants tell you what they need. Came back from out of town and the girls were looking famished. I put 1Tbl of Terp Tea Bloom in a gallon of rain water with Mykos, Azos, and Fish Sh!t. Fed both plants half gallon each.

4 Week

Only got Gorilla Cookies left. Chopped down Gorilla Zkittlez last week. Gorilla Cookies is filling out. Buds getting denser. Smell is great, like an Earthy, Berry, gasy Lemonade lol Gorilla Zkittlez looks like it’s coated in Trichromes. Smells berry. Thanks for checking out my diaries. ⭐ TrolMaster tracking ⭐ I started to track my crop during week 15, when I got the Tent-X TCS-1 by TrolMaster. First impression was: this is too professional for me, I can't handle setting it up and using it well. Then I started reading some posts on Instagram, I visited their site and in 5 minutes my cultivation experience took a huge step forward with disarming simplicity, I couldn't believe it. I have uploaded tracking videos from the TrolMaster app for each week from the 15th to the 19th, as well as the two weeks of drying stage. ⭐ Controller Chronicles ⭐ Day after day I appreciated the clarity and precision for data, access to all settings and instant readings by connecting a WIFI router to the controller's LAN port. I loved the possibility to dim my lamps remotely, or even automatically based on the temperature in the box! 🌱 GERMINATION (2 days) Seeds in a glass of EC 0.4 tap water for 10 hours, then in root riots and under the lamp. They sprouted after 48 hours from dry seed. 🌿 GROWING STAGE (10 weeks and half) I decided to give these plants a long vegetative growth and this allowed me to do a lot of training on both. Starting from the 4th veg week I started with defoliation sessions every two weeks, for a total of four during the entire vegetative phase. The last defoliation was done a couple of days before the switch, in order to allow the lower parts of the plant to get as much light as possible. Furthermore I did Topping on week 6, cutting the apical branch, then on week 8 I did Topping again on several sites, as well as SuperCropping on the highest branches to make the canopy uniform. The light cycle I used is 18/6 and the last two veg weeks I lowered the light hours to 16/8 first and 14/10 then. During the veg stage I made 4 DWC change, PH was always between 5.5 and 6, about EC I started with 0.6 and was 1.4 on the last veg week. 🌸 FLOWERING STAGE (9 weeks) I started this phase after 36 hours of darkness, I then changed the DWCs solution (adding a flowering stimulator). Then I mounted the ScrOG-net about 50 cm from the base of the plants and I wove the phenotype #1 through the net occupying at least 60% of the available space; the phenotype #2 stretched shortly after the switch and I used the net only to widen the central branches. They showed the pre-flowers two weeks after the switch, then I made two defoliations on week 3 and 5 flo. During the last four weeks of flowering (weeks 6-9) I simply paid attention to the PH-EC levels to provide the roots with optimal conditions. I then kept the TEMP-RH-VPD-PPFD values ​​under control and this also thanks to the Tent-X controller by TrolMaster which allows me to provide optimal conditions also above. I chopped them when trichomes were about 85% milky and 15% amber. During the flowering stage PH was always between 5.8 and 6.2, about EC I started with 2 and was 2.3 on the last week before flush. ✅ HARVEST - From dry seed to harvest: 140 days (2 days germination + 75 days veg + 63 days flo). - Chopped after 4 days flush and 48 hours in dark; - Wet trim, removed fan leaves. ✅ DRYING STAGE - Time: 14 days; - Average: 20° C - 50% RH. - After that I made a dry trim, removed branches and sugar leaves. ⚖️ DRY WEIGHT - Phenotype #1: 230 gr buds + 25 gr larf; - Phenotype #2: 105 gr buds + 50 gr larf. So, the overall dry weight is: 335 gr buds + 75 gr larf. ✅ CURING STAGE - Curing is done after 30 days with Boveda 62%.

Day 15 the start of week 3. I have defoliated a couple times. Once before I scrogged, and once after today. I am planning on feeding another round of Gaia Green Power Bloom and All Purpose with worm castings. I have also watered with molasses and recharge. Pheno 1 is my favorite so far. She is the second tallest plant. She is the frostiest so far. Darker leaves and more color. The other 2 are similar in colors. Pheno 2 is the tallest, and pheno 3 is not behind much only a few inches shorter. I also shoved a few small pots in the corner of gorilla gas and another random seed I found on the floor hahaha.

Overall I was happy with this strain and I did not have many problems growing. Plant was healthy for the entire grow with little to no signs of deficiencies. The only issue I had with the plant was it started sprouting a good amount of nanners the last few weeks of flower. I was able to pull them all off with tweezers, so now I just need to hope they didn't pollinate any of the other plants. Still need to dry for another two weeks, so I will provide a smoke report at that point. The plant is loud and still has that sweet funk. Excited to smoke it. I will be drying at 60° and 60% RH for 12 to 16 days. 12/28/2022: day 10 of drying at 60° and 60% RH. Smallest branches are starting to snap, but most of the main branches are not providing a noticable cracking sound yet. Buds are a little on the airy side, from what I can tell, but I'll provide a final update once trimmed. 1/2/2023: started trimming today, which is day 15 at 60° and 60% RH 1/4/2022: finished trimming and totaled 84 grams, so just under 3 oz. I know I said earlier the bud was a little airy, but I must have grabbed some lowers. Not the densest ever, but pretty nice nugs. Found some additional nanners I missed, but no seeds so far. Pretty happy with the results.

3rd week of flower , I’ve started the boost at 1.5ml per litre , both my lights are about 6-7” away from the tops of the plants and are not causing any issues . I’ve lowered my humidity to 45% in the day and about 55% at night , had to purchase a decent dehumidifier and put it outside the tent . Gave them there last lollipop and defoliation on end of week 3 .Will only take some fans leaves off when needed from now

Starting to stretch a lot 3 plants 32 in the rest about 24. Have about 2 feet left until max light height. Do you think they will get that tall?

AVT is coming along nicely. Especially considering the abuse I put her through a few weeks ago. Buds are developing nicely and starting to get frosty 😃. I kind of dig the bonsai'ish shape she has near the top due to my over HST'ing. There will be no more abuse to this girl, only some defoliation as needed. AVT is front-left in the group pics.

Pollen was dropping like crazy as the male flowers got ripe and ready. The females got good and coated and fully pollinated. I harvested the males to collect and preserve the pollen. Some dried and I veiled it up. But the bulk majority is still drying up. I left just the bottom portion of the male kicking for some extra pollen well the females throw off. The diary will now begin to focus on the pollinated females. The journey to beans is well under way! Until next update. Happy growing and stay lit fam.

FBA2501-week 1 of Veg This week has been wild. Once the roots made a foundation the upper growth has been explosive the last few days. Really cool to watch and see the daily growth. I introduce calmag and grow nutrients this week starting at a 1/4 strength. All in all they've responded well showing no burn what so ever. Happy

Great to see you and I missed you, I had some time so I created a video to thank our lovely foster company, who were so kind to let us try their light in return for a review. Now, most of you don't know I'm also into making music, mostly Techno but I also love HipHop and Gangster rap, mainly 90's Westcoast, although I'm fond of East Coast and a little dirty South, so this was an excellent time to showcase one of my tracks. If you don't count the about a thousand fungus gnats I have been fighting. I'm manually manifolding and training the girls, into the desired shape, which is a bit hands-on but I see it as a collaboration more than a 50 shades approach to training. You can't just bust out a rope and domination on girls like that. We ease it in there, going to the limit every time, making them stretch and curl underneath the touch of our tender but firm hands. And when they are used to a little groping and fixation, we might bring out a few ropes here and there to spice it up a little. Anywaaaays.... I'm getting carried away here, back to the grow. I had bought some coco-peat, after leaving none for the top layer as I suggested to all of you in the previous weeks of my grow (if you missed it, click one week back for a full recipe (the yellow image) for everyone in Europe) left me with enormous amounts of fungus gnats. Its seems to alleviate the problem already. As it did with my previous grow the Gelato 33 Golden Canopy from Heaven. In the meantime I notice my temperatures going down so Im trying to fix that too. All in all it had been a good week and this Orange Hill Special is promising to become something special! Thanks for visiting again, see you soon!
