After the trichomes have been checked (70% milky 30% amber) as always, it was left in complete darkness for 48 hours before it was neatly trimmed by hand. After trimming, she was put back in the drying tent on nets. There they are allowed to dry for the next 8-12 days at 62% humidity before they are put into the jar to ferment with 62% boveda packs. After about 4-6 weeks in the jar I will swap the 62% boveda pack for a 58% boveda pack where it can be ready for another 4-6 weeks to enjoy :-). As always, the remains of the leaves are used to make Ice o Lator and oil. Of course, as always, there is a final update during the fermentation process. Day 30 toady, i switched to 12/12 3 days ago e the babies are already stretching hard and some are showing preflowers i'm pretty happy i'm watering with no nutrients as i'm using Canna Pro Plus soil and it should have enough nutrients for the first 3/4 weeks of flower. I cleaned the bottom of the plants from lowers branches and leaves and i will continua till day 14 of flower and i fixed it with a bamboo stick i got gifted from @AlpineGoat i will fix the other branches in the next weeks i'm pretty stocked with this grow this genetics are really solid growing strong and fast! Lots going on this week. Prince (LST’d Purple#1 - my favorite in structure) turned out male and I caught it just a day or two after moving him into his final 25l pot. He got a bit of a trim, re-repotted back to his 7l pot, and moved into a tiny grow box indoors under 12/12 light. I’ll keep him in there until pollen sacs are ready to go into the fridge to pollinate a bit of one of the Casamance Sativas later. With that 25l pot (and a bunch of fresh soil) now available, I quickly moved Jimi in there and got a growth spurt almost immediately after. With everyone in their final pots the table is getting crowded despite Prince moving out. Made me measure current canopy dimensions to start thinking about how to get them into the tent in a couple weeks. Turns out they’re all around 60x40cm in width/depth, which means I’ll get only three in there at best… In other news - I’ve only just figured out that I might have been overfeeding them. BioBizz nutrient schedule says only up to 3ml/l Grow and I’ve been feeding up to 5ml/l. Does anyone have real experience to share? Most importantly: Can you identify any male or female signs in the close up shots I’ve uploaded?

6/18/22 Today starts week 4, and the first day of flowering!! The day has finally arrived, and my large (flowering) tent is packed! With these 4 additions, there are now 6 plants all together. I defoliated the living daylights out of all four of my ladies today. I also cut off all the lower, small growths as well as the large bottom 2 branches to provide clearance near their bases. At this point I’m more interested in the ease of growing instead of volume at harvest. Their mother is big enough to give me a pretty good yield. The 4 of them will still be large enough. I measured each one as well today, and their sizes are as follows: #1 & #4 are both 21 inches tall. #2 is 22 inches tall, and #3 is 20 inches tall. They are all approximately 28 inches below the light at 100% power. I fed each plant half a gallon of water today mixed with the early bloom step 1 level nutrients. I mixed 2 separate gallons containing the following: CALiMAGic - 2 ml FloraMicro - 5.7 ml FloraGro - 6.6 ml FloraBloom - 6.6 ml Floralicious Plus - 1 ml The pH was 6.2 in each of the two gallons and was not adjusted. Runoff was sufficient for each plant, and the pH was as follows: #’s 1 & 4 were both 5.8. #2 was 6.2, and #3 was 5.7. The tent temperature was 81F, and humidity was 66%. Today has been a long day, and I’m tired! Happy growing everyone! 6/20/22 Stella’s Cuatro are all doing well. They all seem to have recuperated from their massive defoliation on the 18th. Right now they all seem to be naked since they haven’t started to develop any bud nodes yet, but I’m sure they’ll be beautiful eventually. Today I mixed 2 more gallons of solution to feed each plant half a gallon of water with the early bloom nutrients. The nutrients are the same as the other day, so I’m not going to repeat them here. Both gallons had an initial pH of 6.3, and we’re not adjusted. Each plant had plenty of runoff as well. The runoff pH was as follows: #1, 3, & 4 were all 5.8. #2 was 6.1. The tent was 84.2F, and the humidity was 52%. Not much else to say, except, happy growing everyone! 6/23/22 The stretch is on in full force with Stella’s Cuatro! Just since 6/18/22, only 5 days, #1 green 5.5 inches, and is now 26.5 inches tall. #2 grew 8 inches, and is now 30 inches tall. #3 grew 4 inches, and #4 grew 3 inches, and now they are both 24 inches tall. I’m hoping that the stretch stops soon and that they don’t choke off the space I have left in the tent. I mixed 2 more gallons of water with the early bloom nutrients. Each plant received 1/2 gallon, or 8 cups of the following: CALiMAGic - 2 ml FloraMicro - 5.7 ml FloraGro - 6.6 ml FloraBloom - 6.6 ml Floralicious Plus - 2 ml Liquid KoolBloom - 1 ml The pH for both gallons was an equal 6.4. Each plant had sufficient runoff with pH’s as follows: #1 & #4 were 5.9. #2 was 6.2, and #3 was 5.8. The tent temperature was 85.1F, with humidity at 51%. Stella’s first 4 daughters are doing well, but I’ll be glad when they stop growing, and start producing some pistils, and bud. Happy growing everyone!

Have flushed her with plain water, not going to feed for another 2 days to allow lots of oxygen to get to the roots before I change to stretch feed. Upgraded to a 600watt hps Overall happy with all the progress Going to install another net in the coming weeks.

1/30/2023 - Day 28: beginning of week 4. All plants are doing great. They all seemed to react great to the first topping. The two Grand Prix are definitely more stretchy. The Ice Bath and Frozen White Runtz already have some nice braching starting, but they have a slight droop today. Think I may have slightly over watered. I'll give them all a few days to dry down. Will be transplanting into their final 3x3 bed in another week or two. Just chopped and dropped the cover crop last week, so letting that mulch in a bit first. 2/1/2023 - Day 30 veg: mov3d the plants into the 3x3, but just placed them on top of the bed for now. Foliar fed all four plants with 6.5 ph water and Pure Protein Dry. 2/2/2023 - Day 31: watered with a mix of ThermX-70, Rootwise Mycrobe Complete, FishShit, BuildASoil Big 6, Rootwise Bio-Catalyst, and Yah-Whey. 2/3/2023 - Day 32: started my weekly IPM. Foliar spayed each plant with warm water mixed with Tweetmint Plant Wash. Also, the droop I was experiencing the other day, which I thought was the plants being thirsty, may have been something else. I think they might be slightly overwatered. They still have been drooping and the growth seems to have slowed. Letting them dry out more before I water again. I would like them to be a little healthier before transplanting again. 2/5/2023 - Day 34: all the pots were feeling light today, so I watered all 4. Water was a ph of 6.5, mixed with Jay Plantspeaker Quillaja Extract, Yah-Whey, and FishShit. I also checked the roots before watering and they are ready to transplant. I did not have enough time today, but plan to get then into the 3x3 bed next week.

It was finally time to harvest her, what good times we had with her. Amazed with how beautiful this plant is, how easy to manage and train and how rewarding Orange Hill Special is. So we said our thanks and goodbye, thanked her for all the joy she gave while growing her. I realize more and more how I love growing them even more than the end-product. It takes my mind of all going on for a while, in my miniature jungle world in the attic. Im sure all of you just sometimes sit there and watch them, in wonder, dreaming away with a good buzz on, watching them wave in the wind of the fans. So with a heavy hart I apologize, play them their last music, sit with them and feel them and smell them, watch the glistening of the cristals. In the end we had 209 gram dried Orange Hill Special, I will know the total of the grow, in a few days, since the final big whopper still has to dry: my XtraKush, be sure to check the harvest of that one *in couple of days) and see a one-dollar seed outperform two 10 dollar seeds. A really good plant. Gave a okay yield. 60g dry all covered in resin! Smells really funky little citrus but also very 🧀

They got to get in the big tent because now THAT is the small tent lol! My friend gave me a bigger tent for flower so now I no longer have to worry about Veg Space. Its hard to tell but I made some big decisions here and went out and lollopped these girls hard!!! I'm trying real hard no to get alot of LARF and REALLY concentrate all bud formation to the top of the canopy. I should have done a better job documenting it, but i was so concentrated on beating these girls up!!! ___________________________________________ I did quite a bit of tucking and gave em a midweek water They seem like they are all a bit diffrent timeline. its annoying, but I hope everything is just great. They are getting a heavy feed but as long as they dont get burn I'm not worried!

this week is going really good! I am flushing right now with just plain water. I was supposed to harvest but I decided to give it another watering since the ppm values were the maximum recommended for harvest and I want as less fertilizer in my buds as possible😁 next time I'll water I'll give them 4/5 liters per plant and when the soil is kinda moist and about to dry I will give them 24 hrs of darkness to increase resin and then FINALLY chop everything off! I'm really excited to try them! they smell really amazing.

I am a bit confused, it's flowering, but it's slow. I am sure temperature doesn't help, I gave her 1 liter of water every 3 days, supplemented with 1ml of biobiz biobloom and 1ml of biobiz topmax. I also had to defoliate a bit, it's in a 3x3 tent with another nl, a bit smaller, but still bushy.

Strong smelling now and very sticky, started bloom, bulk and microbs from growgancia...not letting me add these. Not a lot of changes, watching the magic happen :) Much love Littlefoot

Day 92: what’s happening guys! Week 14 is here. Temps have been okay and humidity has been okay. I’ve got the 400w hps set up and it’s dropped temps slightly and slightly raised humidity which is what I wanted. In my opinion she’s looking ready for the chop! I’m seeing plenty of cloudy trichomes and a few ambers and I’m going for less of a couch lock so I’m thinking around now she is ready. I started plain water 6 days ago and she’s recieved 2L,1L and then 1L again today. All leaves have started yellowing, I imagine this is the plant pulling the nitrogen from the leaves as there’s none at the roots. How much longer does she need to be fed plain water for before she is ready for the chop? Thanks! Stay safe and happy growing✌️🌱🍁 End of the day edit: I decided to harvest the majority of her. The bottoms just a bit under developed so I’ll leave it going a bit longer. After chopping and taking photos out of the hps light the nugs are looking a tinge purple although I can’t see it as strong with my eyes. Hopefully I’ll get a wet weight later so I can add it to the diary later on. Temp is around 24c and humidity is 45-55. How does that sound? I’ve got extractor at the top and a fan at the bottom. We’ll see how long it takes to dry, hoping to go for atleast 5 days. With the virus going around I’m really making use of what I have at home so hopefully the climate will hold up🤞 any tips and advice about drying and curing etc is hugely appreciated🙏 I’ll be back with the harvest update once she’s dried out✌️many thanks happy growing!🍁🌱 She weighed in wet at 110 grams. Any ideas what she’ll weigh dry? I’m guessing an ounce if I’m lucky.

Harvest time is here for both Mandarin dreams. Both plants were frosty, sticky and healthy, with MD2 being the better of the two. Will update in 7-10 days with dry weight and smoke report. Thanks for stopping by 👽🌳🔥💚 Update 01/26 - dry weight of 141 grams, MD1 surprised me with the higher weight, her buds are much denser than MD2. Smell and taste is fruity, citrus, with a little berry.

7/7 17 days old. Calling this her first week of veg. She did not appear to be growing much for a few days after being transplanted. However in the last couple of days she has been putting on height. Now that she is growing again it seemed like a good time to top her. Topped her at the fifth node. A few of my previous grows I topped at the single leaves. This gave me two main branches that I just tied down. Then let all the branches grow up. Gave me a very uniform plant. 7/9 She has a very healthy dark green color. Her branches almost immediately started growing after being topped. I can see the difference in 2 days. Her nodes are very close together. 7/10. This lady has huge tits/leaves. Her leaves are so big they’re blocking out the light for the branches. I used some coat hanger to pull the leaves out of the way. Really her leaves are huge for her age. They’re almost the size of my hands and I’m 6,3. I pulled 1 leaf off to help open her up some. I will do some reading on this strain. I believe as she gets older she will look more sativa. Right now she looks heavy indica. 7/11 She broke ground 21 days ago. She graduated into veg 4 days ago. This plant is growing very nicely. 7/14 25 days old. Gave her water with liquid kelp. Her branches are quickly growing to the top. Would love to do some defoliation but I’m not. Other than a few 3 blade leaves in the center. Absolutely love her dark green color. So far the living soil is doing a great job. The company says just water. We will see. Ethos Genetics is top shelf. My friend grows mostly Ethos and these plants are just amazing. I was hunting for old school so I didn’t grow any Ethos until now. Old school is gone. I have never saw buds like these Ethos. This plant needs to come out close to or better than my friends. She is growing in organic living soil and her color is great. The only thing I added was myco supreme on her roots. The next time I water her she will get some liquid kelp and humic acid. The plant is relying on the living soil to eat. So I want to make sure her root system is very healthy and able to process nutrients.

As I am am writing this I have officially cut down my second grow🤘🤠 I’m really proud of this grow as I managed to get a completely even canopy without any topping! Low stress training and a bit of suppercropping is all you need:) Been flushing for the last week and a half now. Did a heavy flush during week 8 so, she’s definitely eating the nutrients left in her leaves now. She actually has a bit of purple sugar leaves towards the tops which was nice to see:) however, I have seen some really purple phenos of this strain before. I have cut the plant as a whole and will aim for a 10-14 day drying time, room temperature at 60% humidity. Really excited to smoke this girl! Her terps are really fruity and exotic. Not to mentions the buds are very frosty and super dense :o Will report back with a dry weight in the next couple weeks:)

This plant seems to have grown much denser and better than my first plant. I just got the ac infinity ventilation setup with controller 69 for my 2x2, still trying to learn, hopefully grow #3 goes even better. Stay tuned
