Shorter plants 13”, larger is 18”. Beneficial nematodes and the sticky trap seem to have handled the gnat issue. I’m continuing to use nematodes after watering, and the traps will remain. I did a little trimming but probably won’t do much more defoliation until the stretch is over. This will probably be my last shower grow. I think it makes more sense to get a bigger space like a tent or build one and some more lights. It’s getting cramped in there. It’s also starting to reek. I water about every 2-3 days using a 1/2 gallon jug to mix my nutes. I’m keeping ph close to 6.5 and ppms between 600-800. I don’t use nutes in every watering—it depends on how the plants look. 12/11Might be a day early but I'm calling it the start of a new week. The ladies have been looking super unhappy last couple days determined they were root bound so got em put into their final home this morning. Chop and dropped cover crop put thin layer of mixture of BAD worm castings and Coast of Maine lobster compost and watered in with goodies. Set the ppfd to 300 and vpd closer to 1.0 12/13 everyone is looking happier but a bit hungry mixed up light foliar mainly for one girl but gave it to all of em. Inoculated the bed with BB+, Gnarly barley, and Kashi Gold, put down straw layer and watered in some wdg3000. 12/16 top dressed around each plant with craft blend and ocean blend and a mixture of castings and compost. Then watered in a quart each with all the goodies

02/26/2022 Just enoying the smell, pollination was successful! On #6 seeds forming nicely 🙏🏻 Also some weird stretching I'm top buds from accidentally leaving light's on a couple days. But should be good. looks like my efforts to pollinate one branch didn't do so well plenty of seeds to grow out now lower buds look clean of pollen no sign of pollination. Should start adding weight in next two weeks.

Aug 16: Mimosa Shot is progressing but it has been cool and rainy lately. There are indications of P deficiency because of the cool weather. The top dressing of malted barley and Power Bloom will do its thing so I’m not worried about it. Hoping for more direct sunlight though. Aug 18: video shows use of far red light at dusk. To keep on a natural schedule, I use Civil Twilight as listed on timeanddate.com for my location. At this time of year it is getting earlier by 2-3 minutes every night. The far red 730 nm light puts the plant into dark mode two hours faster and is like getting a 26 h day. It works and is a good trick if you have daily access to your plants.

CBD Medi Kush is amazing I fimmed a bit by accident of the top "head" no problem at all and again continued with LST. She is a beast. Blue Berry seems to be a bit "pale" let's say light but apart from that she is more than okay. LST is done on her too... Afghani Gold I just love her chunky indica comin' I can see the leaves lol. She received her first LST as well. Spliffs Strawberry is alright as well so I am happy. Actually, not much has changed since last week I just set the lamp back to 125W so approx 40% of the max and the water intake is more a bit so: Lamp is set to be on 125W approx 40% of the full power..... Humidity stays on approx 60% Ventilation switches on in every 2 hours for 5 min.... Watering like 0.08l per day.... Fertilization also with Bat Guano, Biobizz family - BioGrow, BioBloom, TopMax... so these ones 2x a week.... Epsom salt.... 1x a week.... Ratio can be found above. That's all basically. Day 7 of flower. Cleaned up some of the lowers realized the strip is gunna be miserable. Put a humidifier in each tent so I can run the co2 with the exhaust low without getting the condensation. The trop juice 4 in the back right of the 5x9 is gunna be a monster.

The stretch this week has been intense, with the plant shooting up significantly. To manage her vigor and focus her energy on bud production, I’ve had to step in with defoliation and additional lollipopping. This Week’s Highlights Massive Stretch: The plant stretched dramatically this week, filling up the vertical space in the tent. Defoliation: I removed a significant amount of fan leaves to improve light penetration to the lower branches. Lollipopping Redux: Further cleaned up the lower parts of the plant, focusing her resources on the top colas. What I Did Lollipopping: Removed more of the lower branches and leaves that were unlikely to contribute to bud production. Defoliation: Took off some large fan leaves to improve airflow and light exposure throughout the canopy. Nutrients: Continued with the bloom feeding schedule, ensuring a balance of phosphorus and potassium for flower development. Environment Management: Adjusted the light height to prevent light burn and tweaked the fan placement to improve airflow in the now more open canopy. Observations The plant’s stretch has been both impressive and challenging, but the defoliation and lollipopping seem to be working. The top canopy looks well-lit and primed for flower development. No signs of stress from the grooming, which is always a relief during such an aggressive stretch. Challenges The rapid vertical growth is pushing the limits of the grow tent. I’ll need to monitor her closely to prevent overcrowding or light burn. Next Steps Keep monitoring the stretch over the next week—potential supercropping if necessary to control height. Day 32: It's the 5th week already! The soil plant is starting to flower as well. The roots of the hydro plant are healthy again, although the plant is of course still very small. I removed a few leaves that overshadowed some of the lower flowers/nodes. Day 34: The results of the LST really start to show. A number of flowers begin to grow. The plant takes more and more horizontal space. I redid the LST today to move the buds even further away from each other Day 37: A lot of growth / stretching went on this week. For the soil plant I redid the LST again today, and the whole pot is almost covered when it was only half of it a couple of days ago. The hydro plant has quite a bushy top now.

Hello Diary, White Widow has completed the third week of vegetation and is entering the flowering stage. This week the White Widow grew 15 cm, got a bunch of new leaves and started to form flowers. The leaves are a nice green color and generally White Widow looks healthy. It is really developing very nicely, which makes me super happy. The summer heat is still present which affects the temperature in the grow box, this week the average was 29 degrees although sometimes the temperature rises to over 31 degrees. But I don't notice that it is harming them, I make sure to water them regularly, so that the soil does not remain too dry although that sometimes happens. Every week, as the plants grow, I increase the amount of water when watering. I continue to add Bio Grow Fertilizer and CalMg with each watering. pH I drop to 6.0 with Plagron's Lemon Kick. At the end of the week, more precisely after taking photos for day 21, I increased the power of the led lights to 80%. Here is a quick overview of the week: 10/08/2024 - Day 17. Watering. I prepared 8 liters of water, added Bio Grow Fertilizer and CalMg. With that amount I evenly watered all three plants on the farm. 13/08/2024 - Day 20. Watering. I repeated the same procedure as the three days before. 14/08/2024 - Day 21. Photographing and measuring the height of the plants. Official end of the vegetation phase.
