THURSDAY 11/29: Impressive plants..both of them. Cruella is waaay more sensitive to heat and needs soil with VERY good drainage. She wilts for a few hours every time I water her, no matter how little I give her. I continue to poke and prod it with my moisture probes regularly to keep it from compacting too much for her. Carlotta hasn't given me any problems at all. She's just a little slower, but almost Cruella's equal in size now. I foliar fed a few times and did a photo session. FRIDAY: Foliar fed a few times and tweaked a few things.. They are both spending most of their energy making flowers now...only grew a half inch last night. SATURDAY: Both Cruella and Carlotta continue to stretch. I fed therm with about 1/3 gallon of full-strength bloom nutes today and foliar fed them a few times and re-positioned them. SUNDAY: Cruella's buds are swelling up a bit now. I plucked off most of her burnt-up leaves and she's looking quite sexy now.😋 Carlotta's main stalk and branches have really thickened up. She's gonna be able to support some super-sized colas like her older sister now.👍 I tweaked my ventilation on Saturday and the temps were staying at or below 84, so... I quickly added my other 60w 3500k COB light to the tent..it's and positioned it on the Cookie-twin's backside.. 😎 MONDAY: I foliar fed them today and will again for a few more days, but will probably start rinsing them off with ph'd spring water after that. Their buds are starting to thicken now. TUESDAY: Cruella and Carlotta both appear to have root problems. They look overwatered even when i just feed them a little and even when they are almost dry. I probed their soil very well and they were actually almost dry. I just fed them a tiny dose (12 oz each) of ph'd water with boomerang, kangaroots, calimagic, and some bat guano powder. If I don't see improvement in the next couple of days, I'll assume they are rootbound and transplant them into 5 gallon fabric pots.

I'll be updating the comment with the daily log shortly, but figured I'd get the photos and weekly overview up. I started off this week with a topping at about the 4th node, leaving the larger fan leaves on for now. I then left then alone for a bit while I waited for the new branches at the nodes to grow out, rotating as needed. By the end of the week, they had all bushed back up with new foliage and growth. I also included photos pf the flowering mother plant to keep up with that sneak peak. She still wasn't showing signs of flowering, so I gave her an extra 24 hours of darkness to hopefully kick start the process. As I went to go shut unplug the light source, I noticed that there was a smaller light leak from one of the vent ports, so I also made sure to close that up. At the end of the week when she started to show signs of flowering, I defoliated her to help with light penetration, as she's got massive fan leaves. You'll see in the photos that I took that opportunity to decarb the trim as well. I'm sure there's little to no THC-A, but whatever other compounds are present should make for a nice addition to some butter later on down the road. I just won't factor it in when approximating the potency of the final product.

Weeks 7-9 Days 42-63-5 Both phenos got defoliation done to them and opened them up for fattening. They've stopped putting upwards hight and on day 42 I done their only heavy defol and put them back under my P1000 (100W led) which did this plant from start to finish. Kept steady feeds. The last 4 days or so it was put on water. After 6hrs dark rest both were chopped and hung upside down. (More indepth 3 week review) Phenos at the end of week 6 here, finished preflower both are around 62-65cm. Been the general hight for my other 2 pheno pot grow . Then on day 42 I done a hard defoliation and just put them back under the light for 3 weeks. Steadily kept feeding Xpert Nutrients but not in the way I should have. But, for the short time (9 weeks) and just making sure that the substrate never ran dry. I got some decent results. Again these were more tests. As I like to see how breeders phenos react in similar environments and you can't get closer than being in the same pot, got 2 small but more or less twins of Auto Fractal, giving me around 45-50 dry grams Nutrients were given sparcely but always made sure NPK feeds were no longer than 3 days apart. Had I given everyday and focused more on flushing etc. Id of gotten bigger phenos. But, it was a test. And I got to try their autos and now know that I'm most cases you won't get 7-10g plants. Just give enough space and don't stress and you'll get big autos. Put on good bud mass just under a 100w in a crowded tent. Got really fruity bud and overall very happy with my 2 small lush phenos 1st 2pheno (separate strains, autos kabul/opium also showed how steady the genrics are I've got a 5 pheno SCROG of Euphoria fem by Divine coming along nicely. I also have a white widow auto by divine in an 11L pot and its really big its still weeks out from being done. Proving to me. Their gentics are 🔥 and give good results if you put in the right effort. GrowDiary Verslag: The Bird × Red Wine – Feminized F1 Pheno-Hunt (Week 6 Bloei) Kweker: Xpie77 Datum: 11 januari 2026 Strain: The Bird (Sensi Seeds) × Red Wine (Seeds Genetics) – zelfgemaakte feminized F1-zaadjes Aantal planten: 16 stuks Huidige fase: Week 6 bloei Foto-update (Week 6) Hier een close-up van één van de buds in week 6 – kijk die insane trichome-laag! De hele top is bedekt met een dikke laag frost, alles glinstert onder het licht. Nog steeds voornamelijk groen, maar de pistillen worden dikker en donkerder, en er zit al een lichte paarse gloed in de calyxen bij sommige pheno’s. De echte paarse/blackout kleuren laten nog even op zich wachten, maar de resin-productie is nu al next level. De bud ziet er super gezond en harsachtig uit – precies wat je wilt zien in week 6 van een indica-dominante kruising zoals deze. Stand van zaken in Week 6 De 16 planten zijn in volle ontwikkeling en de bloei versnelt echt: Bud-ontwikkeling: Buds zwellen flink op, calyxen worden groter en dikker. De toppen beginnen compact te worden. Trichome-productie: Mega frost overal! Sugar leaves en buds zitten onder de hars – veel pheno’s lijken nu al harvest-ready qua trichomes (maar nog niet qua kleur/rijpheid). Kleur: Nog grotendeels groen, met lichte paarse hints bij een paar planten. Ik hou de nachttemperatuur laag om de anthocyaninen te boosten – verwacht meer paars in week 7-8. Aroma: Wordt steeds intenser in de tent: zoete druiven/bessen (Red Wine) met een gassy/funky punch (The Bird). Ruikt nu al als een premium strain. Gezondheid: Topconditie. Bladeren donkergroen, geen tekorten, goede stretch voorbij, alles gelijkmatig. Wat te verwachten de komende weken Nog 2-4 weken bloei (afhankelijk per pheno: 8-10 weken totaal). Buds harden verder op en trichomes gaan van helder → milky → amber (tijd om te checken met loep!). Hopelijk meer kleurverkleuring bij de Red Wine-dominante pheno’s. Beginnen met lichte flush richting het einde. Conclusie Week 6 is waar het echt spannend wordt – de frost is insane en de potentie schreeuwt eruit. Deze The Bird × Red Wine F1’s ontwikkelen zich prachtig, en met zoveel variatie in de 16 planten ga ik zeker een paar absolute killers vinden. Hello the greater community that is GROWDIARIES!!! This week has been well, uplifting should I say! Two weeks ago I was pretty dismal, I had one out if three auto flowers. I had high hope for this grow with RQS being g pretty reputable, but all was going wrong! Then! with a little help from my friends here on GrowDiaries, I was inspired to carry on lol! Now a fortnight later, I'm my opinion, things have turned a corner! I'm seeing flowering behaviour again from these three that were completely stuck in veg! So I'm happy :) Supercropped the big sativa. Just made sense. Only one hasn't been HST, the runt who is actually most progressed of the three. Followed by big sativa. Feeds are pretty unique for each plant so just ask, but the one shown relates to the one in flower. Summary: 1 auto 3 photo periods all under 12/12 for the past 2 weeks. Thanks for taking a nosey!

Week#7 Day#44 Update: shes looking nice and bushy from the ponytailing. I gave her a half a gallon of water and she drank it right up . I gave it to her day 42 I believe I noticed her leaves droopy. I still have not topped her yet there’s atleast 13 main arms needing to be pinched out currently. I’m still riding the fence with whether I’ll top dress feed her and keep her in this pot for one more month or will I transplant her up and boost the feed proportionately with the increased pot size . Week#7 Day#45 update since I can’t seem to stop riding the fence on the methods I want to use to grow this plant I decided I atleast needed to do a heavy defoliation to expose those growth sites to encourage more branching . I could continue with ponytailing & defoliation for a while I just keep kicking the can around on whether topping will make this healthy vigorous growing plant better . It’s already doing everything I could ever want in terms of lateral growth . Could it stand to be a bit more vigorous on the upwards growth ? Sure , however I’ve still got 3 ladies maturing up in this tent that I need to move out so I’m sort of happy shes not requiring a lot of leg room know what I mean ? I think as the fan leaves grow out I’ll pony tail up each top again . Week#7 Day#46 No changes Week#7 Day#47: started pony tailing her tops as the fan leaves get large enough to pin up I’ll cover as many as possible to let those lower growths get growing . Week#7 Day#48: still pony tailing tops 😁 we’ll make her into a Week#7 Day#49: those new fan leaves neeed to be pony tailed but are also incredibly yellow . I wanted to try putting the dry amendment at the bottom of my planter but for the sake of time I won’t experiment & have wasted a 2 weeks considering I knew last week she “ should be getting hungry “ & it’ll take 1 week of top watering before these dry amendments are available to the plant so she may stay e looking deficient. I gave her 2 heaping tablespoons & watered her in with 1/2 gallon of ph’d water with (organic)cal mag .

We have hit day 35 and everything's looking great! Only 2 girls out of 8 have started flowering in the past day or two, the remaining six have shown sex and I'm anticipating flowering to begin sometime this week. I gave them a full feeding today. I'm using H&G Coco A+B, which is used from seed to harvest, unlike many other nutrient brands. I will start using H&G Bud-XL in the next few days, luckily I got a bottle before the shops close for Christmas. I didn't expect these autos to get so big so fast, but I'm definitely not complaining. Update day 37 - 26/12/20 I fed the girls their first dose of bud-xl today. 5/8 girls have started to flower now, hopefully, in the next few days the other 3 start up! Update: Day 40 - 29/12/20 6/8 girls are flowering now, the two that aren't are the 2 weird pheno runts.. I've submitted a grow question regarding the 2 weird girls. I'm hoping that they're simply late to flower and not a photoperiod.. I've been feeding the girls 1-2 litres each every day, with a plain PH'd water run every 7-14 days. Update day 41 - 30/12/20 All the girls have started to flower now :D I'm incredibly happy to see them so healthy at this point too I was almost going to put the 2 runts outside but I'm leaving them inside at this point. After 21 days in turbo cloner I transplanted 4 Sweet seeds Green Poison into 1 gallon plastic pots filled with Cana coco. Few days later I transplanted another 4 clones into DWC! Stay tuned! Coco feed at 700ppm Dwc feed at 480ppm

Passion Fruitz by Zamnesia Week 5 | The Lone Survivor Begins Her Journey Welcome back to another chapter of the 8×8 Adventure! Every diary in this project tells a different story, and today’s update belongs to one of the most unique plants in the room. Meet Passion Fruitz. The only survivor from her seed pack. Sometimes growing reminds us that nature doesn’t always follow our plans. Not every seed germinates, not every seedling makes it through the first few days, and sometimes a single plant ends up carrying the hopes of an entire variety. Fortunately… She chose to fight. And she’s proving that determination can be every bit as important as speed. ⸻ 🌱 The Journey So Far For anyone joining this diary for the first time, welcome! This entire project is being grown using the 12/12 From Seed method. Instead of giving the plants an extended vegetative period before flowering, every seed has remained under a constant 12 hours of light and 12 hours of darkness since germination. The objective is simple: Allow every phenotype to reveal its natural growth pattern while comparing how different genetics respond under identical environmental conditions. Every plant receives the same room… The same lighting… The same climate… The same care. Yet every single one develops its own personality. Passion Fruitz is certainly doing exactly that. ⸻ 🌿 Small in Size… Big in Character Compared to some of the larger ladies sharing the room, Passion Fruitz is definitely taking a slower approach. At around 25 cm tall, she’s currently one of the most compact plants in the entire project. She’s a few days behind some of the other genetics, but that’s perfectly normal. Every cultivar develops at its own pace, and this one has clearly decided that patience is part of her strategy. Rather than stretching aggressively, she’s building herself from the inside out. Short internodes. Dense branching. Compact growth. Everything about her suggests she’s focusing on creating a strong foundation before making her move. Sometimes the slow starters become the biggest surprises later on. ⸻ 🍃 Beautiful, Healthy Growth One thing that immediately stands out is the quality of her foliage. Her leaves are absolutely beautiful. Rich green colour. Excellent turgor. Compact node spacing. Healthy new growth continues to emerge from every growing tip, giving the plant a very balanced appearance despite her smaller stature. Looking closely at the newest growth, it’s easy to see she’s gathering momentum. She’s quietly preparing for the next chapter. ⸻ 💧 Feeding for Steady Progress Although she’s smaller than many of her neighbours, her feeding strategy follows the same philosophy used throughout this project. The nutrient solution has been carefully balanced to support healthy root development while providing everything needed for vigorous vegetative growth.
