RO water, wetting agent, 1ml CalMag/quart, leaves well covered on both plants at lights out. Put the lights off pics at the top 12/15 Phasing out Coco Tek Grow in favor of Bloom Defoliation day - opened them up cleaned up lower end pics later maybe tons going on 12/16 All Bloom now 850ppm watching leaf tips close, increasing feed amount for good runoff 15%

Welcome to my Fast Buds sponsored shootout and living organic soil v coco side by side. I also plan to use this grow to my full advantage regarding a few age old nagging questions about methods. I have had a keen interest in L.O.S ( supersoil) since reading a few threads a while back on how amazing and productive it can be. After too much research and procrastinating I had to give it a go. I have been a decades coco/nft grower and recently threw my hat in the rdwc ring too. I have avoided soil due to the overwatering worry ( heavy handed chimp brain !) and the best potting soil/feeds. Catching up on the advances in indoor soil gardening and organics led me too subcools supersoil recipes to name a few but being a town dweller with farms everywhere around me still drew blanks on a lot of the ingredients needed and where the hell I could even begin to get them from. Thankfully , commercial savvy has now made buying it in ready to use and with a full range of beneficial bacteria ect available in amendments from a grow shop here in the uk. ecothrive have realised the potential for us to dive into this medium with all the mixing , measuring and resourcing. I bit the bullet and £150 later I now have 4 x37Litre pots that will be used for as long as I want to feed the soil for without EVER needing nutrients again potentially. The coco has also had charge mixed in to encourage the bennies to colonize there too. I will be using the shogun nutes that I know do the business with coco to compare with for yield , growth and taste. I have 3 seeds each of 4 Fast Buds Strains to use as a control for the grow and am journaling each strain in their own diaries. This statement will be used to start each one as the information is identical at this point but following this I will do them individually. I am now starting their second week since opening the seed packets , straight into soaked and shook root riot cubes and into the heated propagator. They had all showed their heads by end of day 3 and a couple needed helmet surgery to open up without being hindered . I have has them in the prop for a few days but they needed to get settled as they were popping roots out all over the cubes. They have now been in their final pots for 2 days complete and starting their 3rd today at day 8 since planting in cubes. I am impressed with the speed and success of these girls already (12 of 13 germinated) . Well done fast buds. So here we go folks , any comments , ideas ,questions , advice are always welcome and I hope we can have some fun experimenting with defol v non defol , topping v fimming v bending and any other curiosities along the way. 😎 The plant continues to give birth to new leaves and the trichomes grow in number and size 😏 With the window open there is no smell in the house, if I leave the windows closed a few hours you can smell the typical smell of marijuana only in the room where there is the plant.. 👋 I water the plant once every 3 days with 1 liter of water with the fertilizers described above.

Week 6 is here, these colas are really packing some weight. The end of this week I will start getting ready for the flush and just be feeding these girls water.

У Халка все в порядке, поливаю каждый день, опрыскиваю мегафолом русским, вообщем норм вроде. Скоро для корней штука придёт, тоже должно понравиться. Буду добавлять фото в течение недели. Такой формат привлекательнее как по мне. 14.09.21 9 дней, рост начался, корешки заполняют стакан. К концу неделю пересажу в мешок 10л. 15.09.21. 10 дней, реакция на вчерашнюю подкормку рутфармом вместе с основным кормом хорошая, переживал из за ррм раствора=900. Но все нормально. Халк кушает и не давится. Но наглеть не надо, все в меру. 17.09.21 халк реально толстая малышка. Обратите внимание на фото, при росте 5-7см ствол толстый мама мия. Завтра буду пересаживать в мешок 10л, всем спасибо, до встречи 🙏✌️

This is plant one and two, plant one cane down 5 days before plant two so didnt get the exact wet weight, 5 days into hang dry plant one weighed 250g, plant two was cut down and chopped for box dry, weighed 200g for the heads and 300g for the lower plant produce, will update when dry and tested

Still growing crazy the fastest growing I’ve ever done. I am still feeding once plain water and then next feed nutrients. I will be starting biobizz (alg a mic) next feed.

Day 120- Day 72- 11/11 - Still just giving that liter of plain, non pH'd RO water every morning. - Again, not checking ppms in or out anymore, she's ready Day 121- Day 73- 11/12 - Gave 1 liter of water Day 122- Day 74- 11/13 - Gave her last liter of water this morning - Tis her last day! Will cut this evening.

Fixed my lighting up to where the cheese is not getting overwhelmed. Had a case of light bleaching going on.... Lollipoped the girls and did a little defoliation on larger fan leaves. Adding 1 tablespoon per gallon of unsulfered molasses.

Another big jump in height this week; we are starting to lose sunlight here by about three minutes a day now. I heavily defoliated these plants at the end of this week, and took off any “unviables”. I also topdressed with some extra bloom nutes and some new soil to help keep some moisture in. As of the date of this post, we are just coming out of a heat warning, and it’s been 47 days without measurable rain in my area, we are also seeing pollution from forest fires northeast of us in our province. It’s hot; it’s dry, and now, we have this eerie light that I call “the fire sun” Luckily the goils seem to be thriving as best they can in the midst of it all. ☀️ 🔥

Day 78. Kushes were finally ready and all postponed work was done. Girls will breath better, all lolitoped personally, now two tall Zkittalicious took all 4th row and both Kushes are in 3rd now. Never did it so late in flower, took half of huge bin bag shoots, leaves and other crap away. Biggest branch trimming ever for me... Changed feeding a bit, they all look very hungry. Day 80. Plain water and girls are flying !!! Have very nice and super stacked Zkittalicious, looks like she will be my new love ;))) Happy Growing !!!

.... Really good week but the work continues. The stretch is on. The 2 ladies on the extreme left has a proper stretch going on. It may be due to those are the girls I mainlined or it could be the blurple lights that both of them are under. Still removing some of the thick lower growth below the netting. its think but i remove just a little everynight for a gentle reduction in foliage. Not pictured here but on Day 12 white hairs were beginning to show. A few issues with high humidity during lights on or high heat when the dehumidifier is on. No strain specific smells as yet. Huge difference observed between the mainlined strains ( Orange Sherbert and Green Gelato) and the other LST strains in the tent. The stems of the mainlined strains tend to be fatter and there is a significant reduction on foliage on the mainlined strains. The LST strains (Blue Gelato 41 and the Vanilla Kush) are more bushy, squat with heavy foliage. Also not so much as a long stretch.

This girl smells amazing...She was also pollinated a couple day ago with the SKUNK #1. I can't wait to grow those seeds. No complaints this week...It's rainy season here so I'm just working around that.

Welcome to my first grow report on this site! I've chosen for 4 Runtz seeds from Zamnesia. Seems to be a great strain, 50/50 hybrid with a high thc percentage. After 5 days, all 4 germinated. I don't do pre-germination, the seeds go straight into pre watered soil (Ph 6.2) Just kept the temperature between 22.6 - 27.4°C (72.6°F - 81.3°F) and the humidity between 64-94% No nutrients right now.
