For the past month, the humidifier has been an issue putting out way too much humidity; often leaving water in the bottom of the tent. In addition, the temperatures are also out of control. I added an AC last week to keep the temperature below 80. I finally determined the exhaust vent is also broken and has been for some time. AC Infinity does not extend the warranty to the replacement parts. I guess that makes sense since they would be in a state of perpetual free replacements. I bought a new one from Amazon that came with a new controller which is different from the controller 69 currently using. I decided that while it is very inconvenient and inefficient to monitor the tent through the day, I would rather finish this Frostbanger run without introducing a new unknown variable. I will continue using 3 circulating fans, the 4” exhaust vent from my 3x3. I have the AC pushing air in and the exhaust pulling air out. This creates a neutral pressure tent environment-neither positive nor negative. It looks like growth has stopped and plant height has been reached. Now is the time for buds to fatten and frost up. All 6 of them are short remaining less than 3 ft. They range from 15 to 31 inches. #4, 5 &6 are showing some fade, particularly #4. Upon opening the tent, a melon smell comes off the buds if I get close, and more stickiness was observed during the process of defoliation. They are living up to the new strain’s name. #5 is the frostiest followed by #2. Wow week 3 of flower and that much frost already. Before FastBuds announced the strain name and characteristics, I was disappointed that FBA2502 could be an indica sleepy strain but the universe provides what you need at the time. The new strain profile indicates a whopping 29%THC with mainly sativa uplifting, euphoric, social effects with sweet fruity flavors which I love and enjoy. In addition, I recently bought a dap press and this strain is frosty and resinous. She will be great to press for live rosin. FBA2502 is FROSTBANGER. 1/14: This morning, I did a foliar application of big bloom and fulvic acid, then about 5 hours later I watered them with about a half-gallon of rainwater each and added armor si, humic acid, endoboost myco/tricho, liquid molasses, and a bunch of cal-mag. Today, I also I wired up and mounted my new samsung sun board strips (660nm/730nm) and my Solacure FlowerPower UVB fixture. I'm running the deep red/far red bud boosters a few hours per day right now, but will run them for the entire photoperiod once I start flowering them. I'll run the UVB for 4 * 15-minute sessions a day for the full flowering cycle, and if they don't protest too much I'll increase each session by 5 minutes and evaluate again. Some strains are more forgiving than others and I've got 5 different strains in this space...so really not sure much time I'll get away with exposing them to the deadly rays without damaging them too much...😈 Both "A" and "B" put on an inch overnight. Now that the soooperstunted mutant runt is acting like a normal plant, so henceforth I'll refer to her as "C." 1/15: I received one of the rapid led/growmau far red initiator pucks today. With the placement of my UVB light, I'm realizing I'll need another far red puck to have even and intense far red coverage, so I'm ordering another with Prime delivery and waiting to start flowering until I receive it. I sprayed them down really well with ph adjusted rainwater tonight to rinse off nutrient build-up from foliar applications. 1/16: I'm really excited to try flowering under 14/10. I grew photos indoors on an off for 15 years before I semi-retired. If I added up all the additional flowering time I could have done through the years if LED technology existed, I'd have had an extra truckload of bud to smoke. I did another application of Axiom Harpin a|b Proteins this evening, right before dark. I'm expecting a big growth burst this week, leading up to the flower stretch. I really need them to trigger under 14/10 within 4 or 5 days🙏 ...if not, I'll switch to 13/11 and wait a few more days🙏😟..if still no pistils are poppin, I'll go to 12/12 and chalk it up as bad luck or varietal indifference to Pr and Pfr manipulation. 1/17: I fed each of them about 3/4 gallon of full strength veg nutes. This will be the last. I'll go with half-strength veg and half-strength bloom for a week, then go with full strength bloom nutrients until I start flushing them in 6-8 weeks. 1/18: I installed the second far-red flowering initiator today and got all my timers configured for flowering: ========================================= timer#1 - power strip with qb's and red boosters 10:00am -12:00am timer#2 - (dual/independent setting) sideA- 3-way cube with uva bars 10am - 3pm 7pm - 11pm sideB- flowerpower uvb 1pm - 1:15pm 4pm - 4:15pm 7pm - 7:15pm 11pm - 11:15pm timer#3 - far red pucks 11:00pm - 12:15am timer#4 - sub-canopy tube 10am - 1pm 3pm - 6pm 8pm - 11pm ======================================== I also did some testing on the timers and sealed myself into the closet to check for any light leaks. All good.👌 1/19: Tonight is their first long night. It's ON!👍 I moved #3 into the tent with my DWC rig to veg a little longer. 1/20: I watered them today with about a half gallon each. I'm seeing calcium and magnesium deficiences here and there, so added some boomerang and heavy cal-mag-Fe along with liquid molasses, humic acid, and endoboost myco. I also foliar fed with big bloom and fulvic acid. #3 is still vegging in my SCROG tent with the #8 FFT DWC plant. She's coming along, but still not ready for prime time.. That's it for week 4-

Week 10 - Buds are looking insane very dense extremely frosty. Easily one of the best smelling plants I’ve ever seen in my life. Strawberry gorilla is no joke I’m hoping to harvest next week !

Hi guys So end of week 7 entering week 8. Blue cheese stinks buds are solid the dark phoenix scrog is frosty asf!!! They still have a way to go yet tho. I reckon by day 70 all will be well and done There under a 600watt hps light now to finish them off as using the led lights in my pot noodle grow off with wifey. Yeesh, what a ball drop Circuit Breaker kept tripping. Using 3 450w, co2, exhaust fan, 3 fans. I unplugged the Co2 after 3 days of troubleshooting. Vpd got totally screwed, plants didnt get watered and messed up the steer. Irrigation system clogged(probably from stagnating) Reservoir has buildup of organic material. Think it was caused from Kelp, and microbes being added to the tank A bubbler didn’t help, covering it didn’t help. I did not try “hydrogaurd” I will stop adding organic nutes. I am now watering by dubbing a bucket into the tank and gand waterin Also, no more than 1000w of lighting in a room. I prefer to use a full quality setup with less plants. No Co2 is ridiculous. Each test ive done has shown that co2 gets me heavier yields.

Well guys! home stretch! as you can see in the photo, harvest day is not far away)) Both plants look amazing! the structure of the Buds, trichomes, smell, stickiness and oiliness, all this is in excess!)) Buds are very solid and elastic .. very happy ..

This week was explosive! I bumped up the grow nutrients and added the Bud Ignitor at 1/4 strength. I also increased the water amount progressively building up to a half gallon by the end of the week. Mid week I stepped the exhaust fan up and increased the light to about 175w. I started the “new to me” training method as well getting some nice light down into the side shoots and lower canopy. Rings were left on during light cycle and misted with plain water and rings removed before lights out. This week I also dropped the tower fan to the floor and brought the clip fan down a foot above the canopy and am running on the same schedule as the humidifier. After a thorough inspection, all affected buds were removed and discarded to prevent the spread. A quick note to all growers: defoliation plays a massive role in airflow and prevention of such issues. This is why mid-flower defoliation is a game-changer, and I’m grateful it kept the rest of the garden healthy!
