start of week 4: i cut off the fanleaves to give the stems light. a day after that there is still water drooping out of the cuts like it doesnt heal ? weird. it has been a bit cold at night, the humidity also swings a lot but they grow, when the lights go out leaves curl up like they are freezing. the video here is when the lights have been on for 8hours already, when they in the dark they look dead lol

1/29 Week 5 Nothing but the kind of problems I asked for, some white tips that mean an increase of runoff is needed. Half expected to see this as I have been varying the amount as a learning experiment. Will up to 20% for a few days In addition will be reducing nuets slightly keeping cal-mag as is until reason to change presents itself. Will be kind of boring the next couple of weeks at least till they get into the big tent. 1/30 Aeryn now at 15 inches Runoff at 40% and nuets reduced to lower pot EC Ive tossed out my old bottle of Cal-Mag I think its turned on me as these white tips did not appear until it was folded into the feed. Just no way this dose of nuets is causing the tips to show burning. 2/1 Major defoliation last night at lights out. Removed perhaps 25-40% or leaf mass on all plants to allow them to stay in the tent another two weeks. It was time to learn the process anyway, took a compromise path to doing it, some recommended taking more some less, hey sounded good to me. Plants doing very well after defoliation except for those aggravating white tips, going to be reducing Cal-Mag again to 1ml/gal and keep CT at 5ml/gal taking C-M to zero based on what I see. 2/2 Dropped Cal-Mag from feed, want to see if that has anything to do with those white tips. Runoff is at 40-50% ppm out under 900 so dam if I know. Will continue to defoliate as we go when something pokes its head where it does not belong. Otherwise they are beautiful, good job so far Fast Buds. 👍 2/3 man they recover fast, removed a few fan leaves that poked their heads where they shouldnt. Add Si to feed tomorrow for stem strength Not comfortable leaving these in veg for two more weeks, just asking for problems. So... Plan for flowering: Flipping this weekend so new week will still be veg. Removing one plant from the Moya tent to the Flowering tent to relieve space pressure as both tents will be set to 12/12 and just flower them all. Should have space in Moya to cover the few days they are in there with just three plants, have a bout 18" of light hang to work with. Thinking of moving Aeryn as she is largest and most likely to cause issues. Just not sure what the stretch is going to be 😳 2/4 The white tips were absolutely caused by the Cal-Mag, considering the doses and PPM that is puzzling to say the least. Adding Si for a few feeds to get em ready for flowering as I have no idea how these are going to grow so heading off some potentials. Plants hit 20" over night still flipping in a few days

Last 2 weeks only plain water on blue medi kush. Flushing other girls for a week now and this should be their final week of life but dinafems grape and og kush are still shooting white hairs or they are just turning them to orange very slow. I got the runoff ppm on all girls down to 200(my tap water), want the smoke to be as clean as possible.

July 18: Plants are recovering from hail damage 7 days ago. Weather is good now but it’s fairly hot reaching 30 C the last couple days and about 21 C overnight which is quite warm for Edmonton. Starting force flowering tonight. That is 10 h darkness plus 2 h virtual darkness using 730 nm far red light at dusk to initiate dark mode. In garage at 9 pm, few seconds of 730 nm far red and then out of garage at 7 am. 12 h darkness within the ‘26 h day’. Your mileage will vary at different latitudes but that timing works for me here at 53 N. July 22: force flowering seems to be agreeing with her. Still stretching and looking pretty good despite the hail damage. Started use of Plagron Power Buds and I still need to get malted barley to use as a top dressing. July 23: grew 6” in 5 days. Hot again so watering more often. Spraying side of wagon and growbags during direct sunlight to help cool it a bit due to evaporative cooling.

* ******* Week 10 - June 13 to 19, 2020 - Days 64 to 70 from germination * Adding in the pictures right now.......... She continued to ripen this week and really stated to push out the frost at the end of the week when humidity was dropped to 50% and lower at night. She still has lots of nutrients in her to eat up as her leaves are pretty green. Her colas are starting to form points now and swelling/ripening.😍 She is done being fed this week and will start to feed on her leaves and flush out the nutrients👍😃 On Wednesday she was given at 32L flush of plain water to help lower the pH further and since at the end of her life it’s okay to hit the medium hard. She took the flush well and fattened up more. Frost also noticeably increased over the days after.......or the tricombs turned more cloudy😋😋 She has fought off all pest and environment issues and is very stable. She has liked to dry out a fair bit before her next watering as she was outwardly the most happy when pot was kept light. They were switched to a 20 hour light cycle at mid to end of flower and she took that well and swelled further. Opened her up on the inside to the let the light in and she has rewarded with fat little nugs on the lower sites!! She liked the LST and would push harder the day after being tied down. Very nice little girl in the grow portion of her life!!! Smoking part is looking very promising for yield and potency.........that will have to wait😉 Little more detail......... June 13/20 - Day 64 - 1.5L plain water 275ppm, pH to 5.1 - lower pH to help the building numbers in the pot - she is not taking up much right now.....slowing down a bit? - She bulked up a fair bit overnight though.....seems to have liked yesterday's feed. June 14/20 - Day 65 - dry out day - KK swelled even more last night. She is a bushy little girl! - tips forming slowly on the tops and moving away from the button look......ripening👍 - suspect she will be the first one done? - raised the lights roughly 3" little less intensity right now and leaf temps a little high. June 15/20 - Day 66 - Flush day today.....need to know where we stand with pH. - 32L (8 gal) of plain water given, 3.4pH and 280ppm going in. - in the trays before flush was runoff with a pH of 7.4 and ppm of 1800. (Both are too high for this stage of growth......6.4 and 900 would be nicer) - runoff numbers after were 6.9pH and 380ppm - had to stop there as I am using over 30 gallons of water today to flush all the girls......I am out of water😡 - environment holding at 80 degrees and 61% humidity. June 16/20 - Day 67 - dry out day.......you think :) - green leaves and red hairs started forming more.....she is ripening now.....no more feed.....only low pH water. - squished a couple of buds and she is firming up. June 17/20 - Day 68 - 3.5L watering today.......decided to give Rezin and Liquid Weight @ 1.5ml/L = 285ppm with a pH of 4.0 - yeah.......no NPK but I did give some supplements to help with tricombs and flavour. - there was lots of runoff water.....didn't bother to check it.......it will be high. - need to work on lowering the temps and humidity a bit more now as well.....80 degrees is too high now......76 and 55% is the goal. June 18/20 - Day 69 - dry out day - for the most part the girls were left alone today.....raining outside so humidity is rising. - lowered the light again......raising my temps to 78 degrees though........need an air conditioner in the lung-room! June 19/20 - Day 70 - 2L watering with Rezin, Liquid Weight, and Sensyzime for enzymes to finish cleaning up the roots......more salt I know.....but not too bad...bigger win. - 385ppm and 4.5pH.........left the pH alone. Didn't want to add pH adjuster with the enzymes being added to her. - Her top leaves are lightening and she is feeding on herself....perfect. - the rest of her though appears to be slowing down......swelling on the inside hopefully👍 - frost levels the last 5 days have really increased!! - raised the light back up again.......don't want fluffy buds so will reduce the temp and accept a little less intensity. That is it for week 10! We are flushing her and trying to keep her cool now💪

Week 9 Day 60 Hmm really dissapointed in my self this time. Blue Dream looking great ,Cinderella Jack and Purple Punch too. But then comes Trainwreck and Lemon Kix with Orange Sherbet. Buds didnt Fat up till now and they already starting to get those brown pistils. Lemon kix is Full with trichomes but looking like she gonna foxtail. I backed up the light a bit . Orange Sherbet looking better after just pH water and some Batguano - i love this stuff. Smell is also amazing, fruity with cream hints like my last one. Trainwreck looking overall good but also the buds didnt fatten up like it should be. I can just wait now 😑 Day 63 Orange Sherbet gonna be the First one to harvest Batguano did her really good.

Same old, same old.. despite the hot weather and my messiness, i think we are in a slow but good way.. Added 1ml of bio bloom, same schedule.

🌿 Frosted Guava Auto by Zamnesia | Pheno B | Week 7 (Flower Week 4) 🌱 Small in Size, Huge in Character One of the things I've enjoyed most throughout this entire 8×8 Adventure has been watching two sisters grow side by side while expressing themselves in completely different ways. Same genetics. Same room. Same lighting. Same feeding program. Yet every week they continue reminding me that a phenotype is far more than a name on a seed packet. Frosted Guava Pheno B has never tried to become the biggest plant in the room. She simply became herself. Now, entering her fourth week of flowering, she's proving that elegance doesn't need size. Because what she lacks in height... She more than makes up for in beauty. 🌸 Week 4 Flower – Beauty Is Taking Centre Stage Standing at approximately 101 cm tall, Frosted Guava Pheno B remains one of the most compact Frosted Guava phenotypes in the room. Very little training has been needed throughout her life. Apart from some gentle Low Stress Training and the occasional leaf tuck to expose developing bud sites, she's been allowed to grow almost entirely according to her own natural architecture. Sometimes that's the best decision we can make as growers. Rather than forcing the plant into our vision, we simply help her become the best version of herself. And that's exactly what she's done. Her stretch has now almost completely finished, allowing her energy to move where it belongs. Into the flowers. ✨ A Plant That Simply Shines This week she's absolutely beautiful. It's difficult to describe any other way. The deep green foliage creates the perfect contrast against the explosion of bright white pistils that now cover nearly every flowering site. Every cola seems crowned with fresh white hairs reaching toward the light, while clusters of calyxes continue stacking a little more every single day. Even before the flowers gain serious weight, there's already an elegance about this plant that's impossible to ignore. She's one of those phenotypes that naturally catches your eye whenever you open the tent. Not because she's the largest. Because she's glowing. The structure remains wonderfully organised, with each branch carrying its own collection of developing flowers while maintaining excellent spacing throughout the canopy. Everything feels balanced. Everything feels intentional. 🍃 Healthy Leaves, Healthy Flowers One thing that continues standing out is the overall health of the plant. The foliage remains lush, vibrant and beautifully coloured, showing exactly the kind of rich green every grower hopes to see during early flower. Leaf posture remains excellent throughout the day, suggesting healthy transpiration, strong root activity and a plant that's completely comfortable in her environment. The stems continue thickening naturally while supporting an increasing number of flowering sites. Every new day seems to add another layer of flowers. Another handful of pistils. Another little promise of what's still to come. 💡 Light Above And Below Despite her compact size, she's still receiving approximately 1,000 PPFD across the canopy from the Future of Grow Black Series lighting system. For growers unfamiliar with the term, PPFD measures the amount of usable light energy reaching the plant each second for photosynthesis. Rather than simply making the room brighter, it allows us to provide the plants with the energy they need to maximise flower production without unnecessary stress. Below the canopy, the Lumiflora under-canopy lighting continues complementing the main fixtures by bringing light into areas that would otherwise become increasingly shaded as flowering progresses. The goal isn't replacing the top lighting. It's helping lower flowering sites receive additional energy so they can continue developing alongside the main canopy. The real results will come at harvest, but watching the entire room evolve with this lighting combination has been incredibly exciting. 💧 Hand Watering – A Different Kind Of Connection One major change over the past weeks has been irrigation. At this stage, every plant in the room is now being hand watered. It certainly requires more time than automated irrigation. Every watering means mixing nutrients, checking pH, monitoring EC, walking plant to plant and making sure each one receives exactly what she needs. It's more work. There's no question about that. But there's also something incredibly rewarding about it. Hand feeding creates moments to slow down. To observe. To notice the little details that might otherwise go unseen. Sometimes caring for the plants becomes just as enjoyable as watching them grow. Current feeding remains beautifully consistent: • Terra Bloom — 2 ml/L • Pure Zym — 1 ml/L • Sugar Royal — 1 ml/L • Power Buds — 1 ml/L • Green Sensation — 1 ml/L Maintaining: • EC: 1.95 mS/cm • pH: 5.8 Sometimes consistency is the best nutrient we can provide. 🌡️ Environment The environment continues supporting healthy flower production throughout the entire room. Current conditions: • Day temperature: 29°C • Night temperature: 25°C • Relative humidity: 60% • Root zone temperature: 21°C • Solution temperature: 21°C • CO₂: Approximately 639 ppm Environmental stability remains one of the biggest priorities inside this garden. The plants are flowering under a VPD that encourages healthy transpiration, while fresh household air constantly replenishes natural CO₂ levels through the ventilation system. There's no bottled CO₂ supplementation here. Just good airflow, proper ventilation and letting nature do what it does remarkably well. 👀 Looking Ahead The coming week should bring one of my favourite transitions of the entire flowering cycle. The bright white pistils will continue multiplying, individual flowers will begin merging together into more defined colas, and resin production should become noticeably heavier across the sugar leaves and surrounding calyxes. Although she isn't the biggest plant in the room, I genuinely believe she has the potential to become one of the prettiest by harvest. Every week she becomes a little more convincing. And I can't wait to see how she finishes. 🙏 Final Thoughts Frosted Guava Pheno B has become a wonderful reminder that every grow tells multiple stories. Some plants impress you with explosive growth. Others impress you with massive harvest potential. And then there are plants like this one. Plants that simply make you smile every time you walk into the room. She has grown naturally, confidently and gracefully from the very beginning, asking for very little while giving back an incredible amount of beauty. Watching these two Frosted Guava sisters develop side by side has been one of the highlights of this entire project, and I'm more excited than ever to see how each of them finishes their journey. Looking good pistils coming in but probably won’t touch it too much and prune

Pulled this beautiful girl today and the house smells like an orchard, it’s truly something special this strain . Looks to be about a half pound so I’m just stoked. One day when I get sorted to breed my own or clone I’ll deffo be revisiting this strain , hands down my favourite smoke ever.

Day 82. Last week for them, next weekend they are down. Was expecting them to be developed a lot better, but this grow went with hiccups too ... Looks like they stuck in the development a bit. My friend left light dimmed down twice for few days each time ... Gnats ... And we are here ... Still colas fat, Gelato not so smelly, Wedding Cake is a lot stinker. Happy Growing !!!
