Day 94, 5th of November 2020: Nice strain no really strong smell haha good to grow more safely :) This situation is crazy never happneed to me. It is only the 5th week of flowering and she looks ready to be harvested.... WTF.... I immediately stop fertilization.... I checked the trichomes and it is interesting. I see ambers and I see milky ones but also translucent ones.... I have an idea what happened. She had gotten aot of darkness I mean she did not get always the standard 12/12 she qas once 3 days in darkness before owering that's ok.... After I left her one day in darkness once.... And what I think is when I went on holiday my friend looked after her so she was with different strains and needed to remove out of the tent manually so he went to work early and back late so she spent 14 hours darkness but stilll.... I have no idea ;) I am going to make a question here :)

Start of week 5 today, everything seems to be going great! The Gelato OG is by far the biggest plant of the bunch so far but they all seem to be taking well to LST, HST , Topping & defoliation! Will be going in the flower tent as soon as the other ladies harvest so they will probably have atleast 2 to 3 more weeks of veg!

7/26/2021 - 1st week of flower. - Mites are super active on the layer of trim I left on the soil surface. They're not on the actual plant, so I'm much more confident in thinking they're beneficial soil mites.

Well…these ladies have me always guessing! TYPICAL! Lmfao also growing a newer strain so I’m glad to be a part of it all. They’re def chunking up and showing signs of massive purpling on just a single plant. The other 4 aren’t quite there. Let me tell you though, the shorter one DEF have a berry/gas smell compared to the taller more sativa-like plants which have such a peculiar bud structure. Either way both looking awesome and quite surprised as to how they bounced back and are chunking up quite nicely. I’ll be expecting to use my ripening dry kool bloom next few waterings then flush time for the yum time 🤤 💨

There is some yellowing on a couple plants on the leaves right above the base of the plant. I broke a branch in lady 1 , Alil yellowing on the a couple plants from the soil being Alil to hot. But the rest of them are perfect . Only issue with 2 of them and it’s my fault. These ladies have been rocking strong. Update soon. Peace out

It seems that the girl is counting her last days, some of the trichomes are already showing an amber color, the buds look simply fantastic, it's a pity that I can't transfer that image with my phone - share that image with you, you need to see it live :) good luck to everyone:)

Day 48 of flower and day 77 total. Started giving her some Kool Bloom nutes and she's taking it well. Buds have some good looking structure and is packing on weight. I'm going to tie them up for the last few weeks. Looking forward to the finish line!

Week 8 Veg – Go Big or Go Home! 🌱💪 Hey, Grow Fam! 🌿 What an intense week it’s been in the grow room! This was one of those “go big or go home” moments, and I decided to take it to the extreme. I’m holding off on flipping to flower for just one more week because the plants are filling up the space beautifully—I can’t help but push things to their limits and see just how much these ladies can give! 😎✨ This week was all about maximizing growth and creating the best canopy I can. I did a light defoliation, just here and there to open things up a bit, and then came the bending—LOTS of bending. 🌱 I’m working hard to create an even canopy, though with all these different genetics, we’ll see how close I get! 🤞 Regardless, I’m giving it my all, and I’m super pumped to see how everything will respond in the next stage. The final touch this week? I ended it with a bold 36 hours of darkness to prepare for the big flip next week—flower mode, here we come! 🌸 What Went Down This Week: 1. Canopy Work – Bending and training all over the place to try and keep things even. It’s a real challenge with different genetics, but the payoff is going to be worth it! 2. Defoliation – Just a little bit of leaf removal here and there to help with airflow and light penetration, prepping them for that final veg stretch. 3. 36 Hours of Darkness – Closed out the week with a full day and a half of darkness. The 36 hours of darkness is a technique I like to use to help signal to the plants that it’s time to transition from veg to flower. 🌒 By giving them an extended dark period, I’m mimicking the natural shift from summer to fall, when daylight hours start to shorten. This kick-starts the plants’ flowering hormones (phytochrome), helping them shift into flower mode more smoothly and quickly. In my experience, this method helps speed up the flip, reduces early flowering stress, and often leads to a more uniform bloom across the canopy. It’s like giving the plants a little nudge to let them know, “Hey, it’s time to bloom!” 🌸 This technique is especially useful for growers like me who want to maximize the efficiency and performance of their plants. 😊 4. Grow diary 11 stage 5 Days 41-50 During the week she had some training and I removed the damaged leaves. The whole grow has suffered from me not getting the watering schedule sorted. This westcoast hasn't started with the pistils yet but she can't be far off. Hopefully I haven't done to much damage.

Flower Week 5 Day 35 to 41 - 4/22 to 4/28 They both look extremely healthy this week. The calyx are swelling with maturing hairs, the pistols are orange, the trichomes are mostly white, and the leaves are fading/changing colors - still not ripe enough for me, but flushing with half nute feeds now. Feed this week was an auto pot reservoir flush feed at 400ppm total before add-ins. I used 400ppm of Bloom concentrate mix (recipe week 5). However, I also added 1ml/gal of CaliMagic (General Hydroponics 1-0-0) and ph balance this week was for 5.8 where Io plan to maintain it until harvest. Next week will continue the same half nute feed. I will continue to monitor the signs of trichomes, pistols, and calyx for a better harvest and allow the buds to mature more.

Really impressed at this point. Treating them all same the whole time due to harvest times , it will be interesting to see how they preform.

Dia 32: agregamos mas sustrato a cada planta y realizamos poda de hojas bajas y nudos mas desfavorable Dia 35: agregamos la primera dosis de blossom blaster pro. 6 ml en 6 litro de agua, aplicamos 500ml a cada planta. Dia 37: aplicamos 500ml de agua por planta. Dia 38: sesión de fotos a todos los ejemplares de este cultivo y rotación de las plantas dentro de la carpa, todos los dias hago estos movimientos para que todas capten la misma luminosidad y el sustrato se seque mas parejo. Dia 39: aplicaremos monster bloom en el cultivo, la solución será de 1.8g (ya que es en polvo) en 6 litros de agua

Holy growth! All these ladies grew exponentially since my last entry. I even left them for a weekend without any issues. This week I decided to start on my second round of nutrients by including Fox Farm Grow Big. I also added an Exhale Co2 bag for additional growth support. Will have an update next week.
