Week 9 - Fourth Week of Flower The Donutz gang is hitting its stride as the fourth week of flower unfolds. Trichomes are developing beautifully, and the plants are entering full production mode. A few challenges cropped up this week, but quick thinking and some DIY ingenuity kept everything on track. Key Updates: Trichome Progress: The resin glands are popping off, with a frosty layer forming across the developing buds. The plants are starting to show their true potential, and the tent is starting to smell. New Fan Installation: The old ventilator tapped out this week, so a replacement was installed to maintain proper airflow. This ensures the plants stay cool and prevents any issues with humidity or stagnant air. Lamp Adjustment: The front-left plant shot up too close to the light, so I had to get creative. I built a DIY solution to raise the lamp higher, ensuring even coverage and preventing light stress. Accident Recovery: During the light adjustment, I initially tried securing the front-left plant with a rubber band. Concerned it might melt, I removed it, but in the process, the main stem got damaged. Thankfully, the plant is a fighter. The main cola is now growing sideways but remains fully healthy and strong. This unexpected twist has added some character to the tent, and the plant is bouncing back beautifully. Observations: Despite the challenges, all plants are thriving, with strong growth and healthy bud development. The sideways-growing cola on the front-left plant is a unique highlight, showing the resilience of the Donutz genetics. Next Steps: Keep monitoring airflow and light height to avoid any further issues. Continue with the nutrient schedule and reverse osmosis (RO) watering to maintain stability. Watch the trichomes closely as they continue to mature, signaling the start of the final phases of flower. The Florida Gang grind is real, and the Donutz are proving their worth week after week. This tent is shaping up to be a legendary grow!

So let me tell you, my Tropicana Cookies is doing amazing in week 2 of flowering. She's stopped the stretch and is now fully focused on fruit production. And let me tell you, even though the buds are still small, they are already packing a punch with those trichomes with i start to believe is the Fast Buds way for them all <3 <3 <3 crazy , much respect to them <3 <3 <3 . I've been using autopots for this grow and I have to say, I'm pretty smitten with them. It's such a breeze to keep her hydrated and fed without having to constantly check on her. And my Tropicana Cookies auto seems to be loving it too! I can't wait to see what kind of buds she'll produce in the next few weeks. But even if she stayed like this, I'd still be head over heels for her. There's just something about watching a plant grow and thrive that makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside. As you can see on the pics, the leaves suffered some damage. I think it was damaged by a bit too much light for a bit too long. My approach when I grow it next time would be more Calmag (just a try) so the N is under control, and again strong lights. 😎 For now, the plant seems happy! 💚 DAY 57 Watered with nutes. 💧I always do 2L and stop when I see runoff. Tried to battle the millions of fungus gnats with nematodes.. 🐛 After watering, added the nematodes to the moist soil and covered the pot with a black plastic bag, so the bugs don't get sunburned. 😎 DAY 60 Keeping the soil moist now. 🐛 Watered with nutes again. 💧 I must say this plant stinks alot. It smells like dirty clothes which were in a closed box for weeks. Sweat, dankness, sweetness as well, but remember cherries differently. But I think that cherry coke has also kind of a dulled aroma, just like if noone would tell you what it is, you wouldn't know.. For the most part the girls did well other than the Durban Poisons getting some rapid purple leaf on both plants at the same time. One morning temps hit 15c due to an error with my new heater. Hoping that is what the cause is. Got tired of chasing fungus gnats so I decided to fight fire with fire and be a little proactive and release ladybugs and a few million nematodes 🧐🤓. Nematodes will become a weekly part of all growing in the future. As will ladybugs just to ensure they help keeps mites and gnats at bay. No obvious bug damage so far but I don’t want to jinx it as I have 3-4 weeks left on these 🤔🤔. Check it out at thebuglady.ca if you don’t want to use sprays! Till next week!

Growing strong and big

Sta procedendo bene ma è molto lenta eppure è carica di nutrienti ma il giusto per non bruciarla. Speriamo aumenti di marcia ed esploda con bellissimi fiori. Speriamo bene dajeforte growers.

This solocup grow is moving along nicely. Shes flooring and starting to want to stack. Smells very strong of fuel. HOWEVER I did catch 4 different pollen sacks this week. I was able to remove all of them before they ever opened. I kmow the correct move would be to eliminate the herm. But, I would really like to make this grow work! I'm gonna sew if she will get thru another week without causing me any more problems.. if it herms any more, I will have to execute her! I have another of the same strain running in a 5 gallon pot without any sign of herm. Id definitely say this is streas induced from the tiny pot. These are big plants with big root systems regularly. Fingers crossed I can keep her going! Of course I xould have left this part out, but its the real world. And im trying to bring it to you like it is! These things happen sometimes!. Moved her to the HPS light this week from the T5.

Hi everyone :-) This week a lot of nice things happened in the flower tent :-) Everyone looks super nice, and is growing stronger and more beautiful week by week 😍👌. The blue cheese smells like a dream ;-) As usual from this variety 👍. The kosher tangie is also very, very tasty 👏🏻. Both got Pk 13/14 this week for the last time :-) Everyone else is developing very well 👍, That will be the last diary with several strains together :-) In future everyone will come individually 👌. 420FASTBUDS FBT2106 WEEK 5 Wow what a big diffrence fron last week till now. They both almost seem double in size and are still moving upward. Over all health seems amazing as I don't see any issue's. I did up there feeding to now 1-2 liters every 2-3days as before was only 16oz. They're drying out just as fast so I know they are doing good as far as water/feed intake. I bumped up the GH Flora series 3 part nutes. I kept the Gro at 1tsp/gal but decided to add more of the Micro & Bloom to a 1-1/2tspgal so will see how they handle it. If I had to take a guess if they're like anyother Fastbuds amazing strains, they wont skip a beat and ask for more. Happy Growing
